技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,特别是涉及一种炉膛高效治具清洗剂。
背景技术
炉膛是由炉墙包围起来供燃料燃烧的立体空间,炉膛一旦清洗的不够干净,将会降低炉膛内物料的燃烧热量利用率,因此,炉膛的清洗液很重要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种清洗效率更高、清洗时间更短、清洗效果更好的炉膛高效治具清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种炉膛高效治具清洗剂,包括:乙酸乙酯、乙醇、乳酸钾盐、丙酮、松节油、苏打、木质素磺酸钠和水,所述乙酸乙酯含量为3-6份,所述乙醇含量为20-30份,所述乳酸钾盐含量为6-10份、所述丙酮含量为3-5份、所述松节油含量为12-15份,所述苏打含量为2-5份,所述木质素磺酸钠含量为6-8份,所述水含量为70-80份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为5份,所述乙醇含量为20份,所述乳酸钾盐含量为6份、所述丙酮含量为3份、所述松节油含量为12份,所述苏打含量为2份,所述木质素磺酸钠含量为6份,所述水含量为70份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为3份,所述乙醇含量为30份,所述乳酸钾盐含量为10份、所述丙酮含量为5份、所述松节油含量为15份,所述苏打含量为5份,所述木质素磺酸钠含量为8份,所述水含量为80份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为6份,所述乙醇含量为25份,所述乳酸钾盐含量为8份、所述丙酮含量为4份、所述松节油含量为13份,所述苏打含量为4份,所述木质素磺酸钠含量为7份,所述水含量为75份,所述含量为重量配比。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明炉膛高效治具清洗剂清洗效率更高、清洗时间更短、清洗效果更好、更加节能高效。
