本发明的一种集成式沼气脱硫塔,包括脱硫塔体,脱硫塔体底部外侧套有位于原料进气口下方的集液筒,集液筒内侧壁与脱硫塔体外侧壁之间形成集液空腔,集液空腔内设置有竖隔板,竖隔板将集液空腔隔成浊液仓和清液仓,并且竖隔板顶部低于集液筒侧壁顶部,脱硫塔体侧壁底部设置有与浊液仓相连通的出液口,集液筒侧壁底部设置有浊液出口和清液出口,浊液出口与浊液仓相连通,清液出口与清液仓相连通。本发明的有益效果是:安装简单,节省占地,便于清理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种集成式沼气脱硫塔。
背景技术
污水厌氧处理产生的沼气含有硫化氢,会严重腐蚀气体输送管道和利用设备,因此在利用气体之前需要脱除其中的硫化氢。目前对沼气中硫化氢的处理使用,采用较多的方法是湿法脱硫。湿法脱硫具有安装较复杂、占地面积较大、设备底部容易积硫等缺点。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种安装简单,节省占地以及方便清理底部积硫的集成式沼气脱硫塔。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种集成式沼气脱硫塔,包括圆柱形的脱硫塔体,所述脱硫塔体中下部设置有原料气进口,脱硫塔体上部设置有脱硫液喷淋装置,脱硫塔体顶部设置有排气口,所述脱硫塔体底部外侧套有位于原料进气口下方的集液筒,所述集液筒内侧壁与脱硫塔体外侧壁之间形成集液空腔,所述集液空腔内设置有竖隔板,所述竖隔板将集液空腔隔成浊液仓和清液仓,并且竖隔板顶部低于集液筒侧壁顶部,脱硫塔体侧壁底部设置有与浊液仓相连通的出液口,集液筒侧壁底部设置有浊液出口和清液出口,所述浊液出口与浊液仓相连通,所述清液出口与清液仓相连通。
上述脱硫塔体内底部横向设置有圆形的散硫板,所述散硫板的中心向上隆起并且从散硫板中心向散硫板边缘圆弧过渡。
上述集液空腔为圆环形,采用两个径向延伸的竖隔板将集液空腔隔成均为扇形的浊液仓和清液仓,清液仓面积小于浊液仓的面积。
上述两个竖隔板之间的夹角为90°,其中面积小的空腔为清液仓,另一个面积大的空腔为浊液仓。
本发明的有益效果是:1、安装简单:省去了富液槽与湿法脱硫塔的安装。2、节省占地:集成式脱硫塔相当于节省了一台湿法脱硫塔的占地。3、便于清理:集成式脱硫塔通过优化设计,解决了脱硫塔底部积硫的问题,而将悬浮硫集中沉淀在某一区域,方便清理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1、2所示,本发明的一种集成式沼气脱硫塔,包括圆柱形的脱硫塔体1,脱硫塔体1中下部设置有原料气进口,脱硫塔体1上部设置有脱硫液喷淋装置8,脱硫塔体1顶部设置有排气口9,脱硫塔体1底部外侧套有位于原料进气口7下方的集液筒2,集液筒2内侧壁与脱硫塔体1外侧壁之间形成集液空腔,集液空腔内设置有竖隔板6,竖隔板6将集液空腔隔成浊液仓10和清液仓11,并且竖隔板6顶部低于集液筒2侧壁顶部,脱硫塔体1侧壁底部设置有与浊液仓10相连通的出液口5,集液筒2侧壁底部设置有浊液出口3和清液出口12,浊液出口3与浊液仓10相连通,清液出口12与清液仓11相连通。集液空腔为圆环形,采用两个径向延伸的竖隔板6将集液空腔隔成均为扇形的浊液仓10和清液仓11,清液仓11面积小于浊液仓10的面积。两个竖隔板6之间的夹角为90°,其中面积小的空腔为清液仓11,另一个面积大的空腔为浊液仓10。脱硫塔体1内底部横向设置有圆形的散硫板4,散硫板4的中心向上隆起并且从散硫板4中心向散硫板4边缘圆弧过渡。原料气从塔的中下部的原料进气口7进入脱硫塔体1,在脱硫塔体1内与从顶部喷淋下来的脱硫液逆流接触,气体中的硫化氢被去除,然后从脱硫塔顶部的排气口9排出。脱硫液自脱硫液喷淋装置8向下喷淋,由于塔体底部采用散硫板4,防止了脱硫液中所带的悬浮物在脱硫塔体1底部累积,脱硫液从出液口5进入浊液仓10后进行沉淀,由于竖隔板6的拦截,大部分悬浮物被拦截在浊液仓10区域以便于清理,经过沉淀,上部相对较清的液体从竖隔板6顶部溢流到清液仓11,清液仓11的脱硫液通过水泵打入再生槽进行再生循环利用。集成式脱硫塔,可以看做是富液槽和湿法脱硫塔的一个组合集成,该塔既包含了传统湿法脱硫塔的功能,又集成了富液槽的功能,而且两者组合,还能发挥出1加1大于2的功效。

1.一种集成式沼气脱硫塔,包括圆柱形的脱硫塔体,所述脱硫塔体中下部设置有原料气进口,脱硫塔体上部设置有脱硫液喷淋装置,脱硫塔体顶部设置有排气口,其特征在于:
所述脱硫塔体底部外侧套有位于原料进气口下方的集液筒,所述集液筒内侧壁与脱硫塔体外侧壁之间形成集液空腔,所述集液空腔内设置有竖隔板,所述竖隔板将集液空腔隔成浊液仓和清液仓,并且竖隔板顶部低于集液筒侧壁顶部,脱硫塔体侧壁底部设置有与浊液仓相连通的出液口,集液筒侧壁底部设置有浊液出口和清液出口,所述浊液出口与浊液仓相连通,所述清液出口与清液仓相连通;所述脱硫塔体内底部横向设置有圆形的散硫板,所述散硫板的中心向上隆起并且从散硫板中心向散硫板边缘圆弧过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述集成式沼气脱硫塔,其特征在于:所述集液空腔为圆环形,采用两个径向延伸的竖隔板将集液空腔隔成均为扇形的浊液仓和清液仓,清液仓面积小于浊液仓的面积。
