本发明公开了一种超柔软电缆的绝缘体配方,各组分所占份量如下:稳定剂20-30份、硬钡25-28份、脂蜡酸35-50份、硬蜡10-26份、氯化铵8-20份、氟橡胶28-35份、碳酸钙10-20份、石蜡30-35份、黄磷和树脂8-12份,高岭土16-30份、对苯32-38份、液体蜡28-30份、硼酸钠10-20份,氯化镁10-20份,钛白粉18-20份。本发明具有材料搭配合理和制造成本低等优点,具有提高电缆防潮绝缘耐腐蚀度功能,延长了电缆的使用寿命,为机器设备、通信等的正常使用提供了保障。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超柔软电缆的绝缘体配方。
背景技术
随着人们对火灾防范意识的提高,以及火灾应急处置的需要,例如,争取抢险或逃生的时间。所以重要建筑、工程设施或人员高度密集区,如地铁、运动场、办公楼等场所明文规定,必须安装耐火电缆。现有氧化镁绝缘、铜管护套电缆,采用多次退火、多次拉拔工艺制成,其制品长度受到生产设备与场地的限制。而且现场敷设必须使用中间联接器,因此增大线路重量和安装工作量。柔软性可避免施工过程中对电缆造成的损坏;在电缆实际使用的过程中,柔软性又可适应于不同气候,实现张弛有度,从而为设备以及通信提供了保障。而现有的电缆材料由于本身配料搭配不合理,
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方。
一种超柔软电缆的绝缘体配方,各组分所占份量如下:氧化锌5-8份、石墨粉10-16份、松香20-30份、齐聚脂13-15份、槽法炭黑8-12份、二甘醇和松焦油20-25份、聚乙二醇30-40份,聚乙烯醇19-25份,硼酸钠12-28份、柠檬酸三丁酯10-15份、正丁醇3-5份、聚乙二醇5-10份、氯化石蜡20-25份、乙烯丙烯酸酯28-32份,聚烯烃弹性体38-40份美国杜邦22-36份,增塑剂16-28份、氢氧化铝10-25份,改性石蜡20-22份。
具体地,本发明由各组分所占份量如下:氧化锌6份、石墨粉12份、松香22份、齐聚脂14份、槽法炭黑9份、二甘醇和松焦油21份、聚乙二醇35份,聚乙烯醇22份,硼酸钠12份、柠檬酸三丁酯15份、正丁醇5份、聚乙二醇8份、氯化石蜡21份、乙烯丙烯酸酯30份,聚烯烃弹性体39份美国杜邦25份,增塑剂25份、氢氧化铝18份,改性石蜡21份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有材料搭配合理、方便制造和制造成本低等优点,具有增强电缆绝缘层柔软度的功能,是电缆能够适应于不同气候条件,从而为机器设备、通信等的正常使用提供保障,可应用于电线电缆、室外设备、气管道的表面防腐蚀、表面自洁以及防冰雪粘附的功能。
