发明内容
技术课题
公开的技术所要达到的技术课题在于提供信息服务中结合游戏的新服务。按照公开技术的信息传输方法,其不止停留在用户单纯地传输信息,而是既要传输信息,也可感受到如同玩发射游戏的乐趣为特征。并且,适用运动识别技术和增强现实技术,来提高真实感,且具有实际的将信息传递给对方的效果。
技术方案

图3是示出根据公开技术的一个实施例,说明将信息框飞过图形增强在画面方法的流程图。根据一个实施例,用户终端对体现信息框飞过图形方法的说明如下。在步骤S132中,首先用户终端以接收者的位置、信息框的属性、信息传输命令的属性等为基础,算出轨道。作为一个示例,用户终端以被选择的信息框质量及空气阻力和,发射姿态的方向及速度为基础,可算出轨道。作为另一个示例,用户终端将接收者的位置作为轨道的目的地,且将发射姿态的方向及速度作为初期设定值,可算出轨道。根据一个实施例,用户终端可根据韩国公开专利第10-2011-0121835号记载的技术算出轨道。用户终端在获得的图像包括接收者时,从获得的图像中检测接收者的位置,或者在获得的图像未包括接收者时,可由接收者的终端GPS信息为基础,检测接收者的位置。
图4及图5是示出信息框飞过的轨道。图4是示出根据公开技术的一个实施例,接收者包括在获得的图像时的信息框飞过的轨道。接收侧终端被特定时,用户终端可利用接收侧终端的GPS信息检测接收者410a的位置,但是分析所获得的图像检测接收者410b的位置,可在体现增强现实的侧面准确度较高。如果在图4,用户由发射姿态做抓放显示在触摸显示屏的导弹430的动作时,用户终端算出从用户终端到被检测的用户位置的轨道420。图5是示出根据公开技术的另一个实施例,将信息传输给位于远距离的接收者时的信息框的轨道。在图5的实施例中,位于驿三洞的用户向论岘洞布置用户终端,并输入发射姿态,且将信息传输给位于盘浦洞的接收者。在这种情况下,用户终端从用户收到接收者的信息输入,且利用接收侧终端的GPS信息可检测接收者的位置。如果决定接收者的位置,用户终端以发射姿态为基础决定轨道初始值,且将接收者的位置为目的地算出轨道520。
在步骤S134中,算出轨道后,用户终端按照轨道,将信息框飞向接收者的图像绘制在拍摄的图像。例如,根据在图4及图5决定的轨道420,520,信息框440,530飞过的图像可通过摄像机,增强在获得的图像,并显示在画面。
图6是示出根据公开技术的一个实施例,说明销售信息框方法的流程图。在公开的技术中,以根据图1的实施例的信息传输方法为基础,建议销售信息框的新的商业模式。
在步骤S610中,销售服务器从用户终端得到至少一个的信息框销售信息的请求。在这种情况下,信息框以图形化信息传输介质的项目,作为基于增强现实的虚拟个体显示在用户终端的画面。在步骤S620中,销售服务器读取预先注册在信息框的销售信息。例如,信息框经信息传输服务提供企业,或者要销售信息框的第三企业被开发,可预先存储在销售服务器中。在步骤S630中,将销售服务器被读取的至少一个信息框的销售信息传输给用户终端。在步骤S640中,接收到信息框的销售信息的用户终端,将此输出在画面,可从用户接收选择所需的信息框。在步骤S650中,用户终端请求被选择的信息框购买,且在步骤S660中,当从用户终端具有信息框的购买请求时,销售服务器对购买请求的信息框执行结算步骤。在步骤S670中,销售服务器将完成结算步骤的信息框传输到用户终端,可使用户使用相应的信息框。销售服务器可在一个计算机运营,也可按其功能,在各自运营的计算机中分散地运行。
公开的技术还可在计算机可读的媒体体现计算机可读的编码。计算机可读媒体包括存储经计算机系统可读的数据的所有种类的记录装置。过多种计算机手段以可执行的程序指令形态被记录在计算机可读媒体中。计算机可读媒体的例子包括:只读存储器ROM(ReadOnlyMemory)、随机存取存储器RAM(RandomAccessMemory)、只读光盘驱动器CD-ROM(CompactDisc-ReadOnlyMemory)、磁带、光盘、光数据存储装置等,还包括被体现为载波(例如,通过互联网的传输)形态。还有,计算机可读记录媒体分散在由网络连接的计算机系统,以分散方式可存储且执行计算机可读的编码。并且,用于体现本发明的功能程序、编码、编码段由属于本发明的技术领域的程序设计员,可容易的推论。
公开技术的系统及装置是为了便于理解,在实施例以参考示出在图面说明,但是这不过是示例,本发明的技术人员可以理解,从此可多样地变更及可用均等的其他实施例。因此,公开技术的真正的技术保护范围,由附加的权利要求被决定。

Claims (11)

1.一种从用户终端传输信息的方法,其步骤包括:
内置在所述用户终端的摄像机获得图像;
从用户接收输入的信息传输命令;
根据所述信息传输命令,将信息框飞向接收者的图形叠加在所述获得的图像,并输出;及
将所述信息传输到所述接收者。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述信息传输命令,由通过所述用户终端的触摸传感器或者运动感知传感器被输入的手动作的发射手势被输入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述信息传输命令,由通过所述用户终端的运动传感器被输入的所述用户终端的动作的发射手势被输入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述接收输入的步骤包括,从所述用户接收输入的所述信息传输命令的属性值。
5.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述输出的步骤包括:
以所述接收者的位置、所述信息框的属性及所述信息传输命令的属性中至少一个为基础,算出轨道;及
根据所述轨道,将信息传输的图形绘制在所述得到的图像。
6.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,所述信息框根据与所述接收者的距离,不同地被决定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其步骤还包括:
当所述信息到达所述接收者时,将所述信息框命中所述接收者的图形叠加在所述获得的图像进行输出。
8.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其步骤还包括:
当所述接收者包括在所述获得的图像时,从所述获得的图像检测所述接收者的位置,且当所述接收者不包括在所述获得的图像时,以所述接收者终端的全球定位系统信息为基础,检测所述接收者的位置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的信息传输方法,其中,当使所述信息框命中所述接收者,输入被调整的所述信息传输命令时,所述传输的步骤将所述信息传输到所述接收者。
10.一种信息框销售方法,其步骤包括:
销售服务器从用户终端接收请求的至少一个信息框的销售信息,其中,所述信息框是图形化信息传输介质的项目,作为基于增强现实的虚拟个体显示在所述用户终端的画面;
所述销售服务器读取预先被注册的至少一个信息框的销售信息,传输到所述用户终端;
从所述用户终端具有对所述销售信息被传输的至少一个信息框中任何一个的购买请求时,所述销售服务器执行有关所述任何一个的结算步骤;及
所述销售服务器,将完成结算步骤的信息框传输到所述用户终端。
11.一种计算机可读记录介质,其记录执行权利要求1至权利要求10中,任意一项方法的程序。
