本发明涉及中频三相交流风机的结构设计和应用技术领域,特别提供了一种交流风机。
背景技术
目前国内风机转子大多为铸铝转子,即采用镶嵌压铸结构。压铸加工精度较低和压铸成型后存在二次机械加工的问题
人们迫切希望获得一种技术效果优良的中频三相交流风机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种技术效果优良的中频三相交流风机。
所述中频三相交流风机,包括壳体1、定子2、转子3、轴4和扇叶5;定子2通过螺纹连接在壳体1内部,壳体1是风机的主体结构,起到支撑的作用。定子2产生旋转磁场,转子3与轴4采用过盈配合,转子3压接在轴4上,转子3感应该磁场产生电磁转矩。轴4通过轴承与定子2配合,扇叶5通过螺纹连接在轴4上,轴4带动扇叶5旋转,产生气流。所述转子3包括端环31、转子绕组32和转子槽33;作为转子导条的转子绕组32具体为圆铜漆包线,转子绕组32嵌放在转子槽33中,转子绕组32两端与端环31焊接相连。端环31、转子绕组32和转子槽33共同构成鼠笼结构,该转子结构省去了压铸模具,有效的避免了压铸加工精度较低、压铸出模成功率较低和压铸成型后二次机械加工的问题。提高了工艺性和装配性。
该风机转子直接采用圆铜漆包线作为转子绕组嵌放在圆形转子槽中,两端与端环短接,形成鼠笼转子。所述中频三相交流风机属于三相异步电动机。工作时,风机通入三相400Hz对称电流,从而气隙中建立旋转磁场,这个旋转磁场在短路的转子导条中感应电动势并在转子导条中产生相应的电流,该电流与气隙中的旋转磁场相互作用而产生电磁转矩,转子在该转矩的作用下旋转,转子带动扇叶旋转产生空气流动,实现风机功能。
