本发明公开一种二级漏电保护配电箱,属于电气设备领域,包括前面设置箱门的箱体、设置在箱体内的电路板、设置在电路板上的刀闸、与刀闸连接的漏电断路器、与漏电断路器相连的若干接线端子;箱体侧面设置馈线洞。所带供电范围小,出现事故影响范围小,能够减少事故停电范围,对主干线路和其他负荷影响小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电箱,尤其是一种带有漏电保护的配电箱。
背景技术
配电箱是按电气接线要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上,构成低压配电装置,是一种应用十分广泛的配电装置。现有的配电箱占用体积大,所带的用户较多,一旦出现电力事故所造成的停电范围比较大,对主干线路和其他用户负荷影响较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种二级漏电保护配电箱,能够减少事故停电范围。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
二级漏电保护配电箱,包括前面设置箱门的箱体、设置在箱体内的电路板、设置在电路板上的刀闸、与刀闸连接的漏电断路器、与漏电断路器相连的若干接线端子;箱体侧面设置馈线洞。
本发明的进一步改进在于:箱体后面设置固定架,所述固定架包括与箱体背面相连的固定板、与固定板相连的工形架,固定板上设置若干组抱箍。
本发明的进一步改进在于:工形架包括与固定板相连的横向支撑条、分别设置在横向支撑条两端的侧支撑条,侧支撑条的两端分别设置一个绝缘子。
本发明的进一步改进在于:抱箍的数量为2~4个。
本发明的进一步改进在于:接线端子的数量为4个。
本发明的进一步改进在于:箱体前面的箱门为透明材质的箱门。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明所产生的有益效果在于:
本发明的二级漏电保护配电箱,所带供电范围小,出现事故影响范围小,能够减少事故停电范围,对主干线路和其他负荷影响小。
本发明的漏电断路器在出现电力故障时能够断电保护,保证了用户的用电安全以及主干线路的安全。
本发明的固定架能够将箱体固定在电杆上,固定架与箱体通过螺栓连接,方便拆装,如果没有合适的电杆位置可以将固定架拆除,将箱体固定在墙上。
本发明的箱门为透明材质的箱门,方便工作人员查看箱体内部的接线情况,不需要打开箱门就能看见,方便操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明:
二级漏电保护配电箱,包括箱体1、电路板和固定架5。箱体1为长方体形的箱体,箱体1的前面设置箱门1-1,箱门1-1为透明材质的箱门,方便电力工作人员查看箱体内部接线情况;箱体1的侧面设置馈线洞1-2,主干线路引线通过馈线洞1-2进入箱体1内部。箱体1内设置电路板,电路板上设置刀闸2,刀闸2的一端连接主干线路引线,另一端连接漏电断路器3,漏电断路器3连接若干接线端子。
接线端子的数量最多为4个,出线端最多为4个,本发明的二级漏电保护配电箱所带的用户最多为4个,所带的用户负荷较少,事故停电范围小,如果出线事故停电,对主干线路和其他负荷影响较小。
箱体1后面设置固定架5,固定架5用于将箱体1固定在电杆上。固定架5包括固定板和工形架。固定板为方形的铁板,通过螺栓连接在箱体1的背面,固定板上设置2~4组抱箍,用于将连接箱体和电杆。
工形架包括一个横向支撑条和两个侧支撑条,横向支撑条处于水平方向并与固定板焊接起来,侧支撑条处于水平方向与横向支撑条垂直连接,侧支撑条的中部连接横向支撑条的端部,两个侧支撑条和一个横向支撑条构成一个“工”字形。侧支撑条的两端分别设置一个绝缘子5-2,一共是4个绝缘子。
本发明的二级漏电保护配电箱,所带供电范围小,出现事故影响范围小,能够减少事故停电范围,对主干线路和其他负荷影响小。

Claims (6)

1.二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:包括前面设置箱门(1-1)的箱体(1)、设置在箱体(1)内的电路板、设置在电路板上的刀闸(2)、与刀闸(2)连接的漏电断路器(3)、与漏电断路器(3)相连的若干接线端子(4);箱体(1)侧面设置馈线洞(1-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:箱体(1)后面设置固定架(5),所述固定架(5)包括与箱体(1)背面相连的固定板、与固定板相连的工形架,固定板上设置若干组抱箍(5-1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:工形架包括与固定板相连的横向支撑条、分别设置在横向支撑条两端的侧支撑条,侧支撑条的两端分别设置一个绝缘子(5-2)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:抱箍(5-1)的数量为2~4个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:接线端子(4)的数量为4个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的二级漏电保护配电箱,其特征在于:箱体(1)前面的箱门(1-1)为透明材质的箱门。
