一种电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料
技术领域
本发明属于电力领域,涉及一种电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料。
背景技术
对于某些行业来说,绝缘防护服是经常被用到的。例如电力维修人员对室外的电线进行维修、消防队员在室内火灾现场进行扑救等情况下,都是要穿绝缘防护服的。现有的绝缘防护服除了具有最重要的绝缘功能,通常还具有阻燃、防酸、防碱等效果,但是穿着十分不方便。
已有的油性绝缘漆绸产品,普遍采用天然丝即蚕丝织物(绸、带、布)为底材,均匀地涂复油性绝缘清漆,经烘干而制得。
油性绝缘漆绸的绝缘等级、机械性能、抗霉、抗潮、抗化学即耐酸耐碱性能等项技术指标,受到底材和涂复表层两者性能独立和交互的影响和制约。因此,已有技术之产品油性绝缘漆绸由于采用低机械性能和很差的抗霉、抗潮、抗化学性能的天然丝织物作为底材,使得其普遍具有以下的重大缺陷:耐温、抗霉、抗潮、抗化学性能差。这样,电机、电器等电工产品中有较高环境要求(例如耐温)的薄层衬垫绝缘和包扎绝缘,已有技术生产的绝缘漆绸显然不能胜任;而对于热带、温热带地区,由于其低抗霉、抗潮、抗化学性能,则连普通绝缘也被明确地禁止,例如我国部颁标准JB/Z91-75《热带电工产品绝缘材料的选用》就明确规定:“湿热带电工产品不得使用棉纱、蚕丝、纸、纸板和竹子等类吸湿性和耐霉性差的材料”。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种不仅具备优良绝缘性能而且具备优良抗霉、抗潮、抗化学性能的电工绝缘织物。
本发明的技术方案是如此实现的:一种电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料,所述的绝缘材料为聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物,包含经纱和纬纱,且具有15-30g/m2的质量,该聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物中的经纱和纬纱中的任一种纱其旦尼尔数为90或更大的股线,并粗于另一种纱,较粗纱股线单位长度上的纱密度设定小于其他纱股线单位长度上的纱密度;所述经纱或纬纱中的至少一种纱由长丝直径为0.005-0.010mm的双股纱构成;
其具体的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)整经工序工艺
将聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维纱依次放在整经纱架上,所有纱线排好后用胶带粘好,卷绕在经轴上,经轴幅宽1300mm,经轴卷绕张力2500N,纱架内单纱张力40~50CN,整经车速150m/min;
2)浆纱工序工艺
浆液配方:由以下组分组成:乙烯基三氯硅烷、甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷、甲醚化氨基树脂、环氧树脂、过氧化二异丙苯、固化剂、成膜剂、填料、铬铁黑、助溶剂、散热增强剂和有机溶剂等;其中,相对于100重量份的乙烯基三氯硅烷,所述甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷的用量为60-140重量份,所述甲醚化氨基树脂的用量为40-66重量份,所述环氧树脂的用量为20-70重量份,所述过氧化二异丙苯的用量为3-5重量份,所述有机溶剂的用量为150-230重量份,所述固化剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述成膜剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述填料的用量为10-15重量份,所述铬铁黑的用量为8-12重量份;所述助溶剂的用量为3-5重量份;所述散热增强剂的用量为10-15重量份;所述有机溶剂为一定配比的二甲苯、甲苯和正丁醇的混合溶剂;所述固化剂为选自过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰以及过氧化二异丙苯中的一种或几种;所述成膜剂为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶以及聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种;所述填料为质量比为2:1的滑石和瓷土混合物;
将四个整经轴依次放在经轴架上,排钩筘、伸缩筘将纱线带过各个导辊,再卷入空轴上,开车时卷绕张力3200N,锡林出口张力1500N,织轴幅宽1530mm,浆纱车速80m/min;
3)编织工序工艺
采用喷气织机织造,将浆后的经轴按平纹组织依次穿综、插筘、上轴、织布,经纬密度为10.3×13.2根/cm;
4)后处理工序
预脱浆采用电加热方法将此布以大约80m/min的速度进行预处理;焖烧保温阶段温度410±5℃,保温时间为36h;表面处理以约60m/min的速度涂覆偶联剂,经220℃温度下进行烘干,切边、卷取、检验和包装工序。
优选地,所述较粗纱股线单位长度的重量为其他纱股线的1.5-2.5倍。

本发明由于采用了经过特殊编织的聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物作为底材,因此取得了突出的实用效果:
1、优良的绝缘性能:绝缘等级可提高两个等级,达到B级绝缘,从而胜任电工产品中要求较高耐温性能的薄层绝缘和包扎绝缘。
2、优良的抗霉、抗潮、抗化学性能,可适用于湿热带地区广泛的电工制品中的绝缘需求。
3、采用聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物,可使产品成本降低20~40%。
4、聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维原材料来源广阔、稳定、可靠。
关键地,本发明耐侯浸渍绝缘漆通过在配料中引入2:1的滑石和瓷土混合物提高绝缘漆的耐侯性;通过在配料中引入甲醚化氨基树脂乳液提高底层涂料与基材的附着力;通过在配料中引入散热增强剂提高涂料的防腐蚀性和防蒸汽渗透力。通过在涂料中添加二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶以及聚二甲基硅氧烷使得涂料在烧结成膜时挥发离去所产生的毛细管效应可以拉紧熔融粒子的间隙,并提高绝缘漆的导热率。
本发明的优点在于该制备方法科学合理,简单易行,便于实施,获得的绝缘聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物取代了现有的普通绝缘织物,不仅具有良好的力学性能,耐高温,还耐磨、导热、无毒环保,更加符合当前国际环境组织和国家所提出的“安全、健康、节能、绿色、环保”的要求。

(1) 漆膜附着性佳,织物上绝缘漆的剥离扭绞K值可以达到155以上,比目前常规的产品(K值为110)高两个等级以上。
(2) 耐侯性佳,与普通绝缘织物相比可以达到2000以上。

Claims (3)

1.一种电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述的绝缘材料为聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物,包含经纱和纬纱,且具有15-30g/m2的克重,该聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维织物中的经纱和纬纱中的任一种纱其旦尼尔数为90或更大的股线,并粗于另一种纱,较粗纱股线单位长度上的纱密度设定小于其他纱股线单位长度上的纱密度;所述经纱或纬纱中的至少一种纱由长丝直径为0.005-0.010mm的双股纱构成;
其具体的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)整经工序工艺
将聚对苯二甲酸酯纤维纱依次放在整经纱架上,所有纱线排好后用胶带粘好,卷绕在经轴上,经轴幅宽1300mm,经轴卷绕张力2500N,纱架内单纱张力40~50CN,整经车速150m/min;
2)浆纱工序工艺
浆液配方:由以下组分组成:乙烯基三氯硅烷、甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷、甲醚化氨基树脂、环氧树脂、过氧化二异丙苯、固化剂、成膜剂、填料、铬铁黑、助溶剂、散热增强剂和有机溶剂;其中,相对于100重量份的乙烯基三氯硅烷,所述甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷的用量为60-140重量份,所述甲醚化氨基树脂的用量为40-66重量份,所述环氧树脂的用量为20-70重量份,所述过氧化二异丙苯的用量为3-5重量份,所述有机溶剂的用量为150-230重量份,所述固化剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述成膜剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述填料的用量为10-15重量份,所述铬铁黑的用量为8-12重量份;所述助溶剂的用量为3-5重量份;所述散热增强剂的用量为10-15重量份;所述有机溶剂为一定配比的二甲苯、甲苯和正丁醇的混合溶剂;所述固化剂为选自过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰以及过氧化二异丙苯中的一种或几种;所述成膜剂为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶以及聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种;所述填料为质量比为2:1的滑石和瓷土混合物;
将四个整经轴依次放在经轴架上,排钩筘、伸缩筘将纱线带过各个导辊,再卷入空轴上,开车时卷绕张力3200N,锡林出口张力1500N,织轴幅宽1530mm,浆纱车速80m/min;
3)编织工序工艺
采用喷气织机织造,将浆后的经轴按平纹组织依次穿综、插筘、上轴、织布,经纬密度为10.3×13.2根/cm;
4)后处理工序
预脱浆采用电加热方法将此布以大约80m/min的速度进行预处理;焖烧保温阶段温度410±5℃,保温时间为36h;表面处理以约60m/min的速度涂覆偶联剂,经220℃温度下进行烘干,切边、卷取、检验和包装工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述较粗纱股线单位长度的重量为其他纱股线的1.5-2.5倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电力维修防护服用的绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述较粗纱股线为纬纱。
