挖掘机齿轮是挖掘机行走、回转减速器箱中的重要组成部分,一般齿轮为行星减速结构,一般单级减速最小为3,最大一般不超过10,常见减速比为:3.4.5.6.8.10,减速机级数一般不超过3,但有部分大减速比定制减速机有4级减速.挖掘机行走减速器齿轮一般由2-3级减速组成,回转减速器一般由2级减速组成。由于挖掘机齿轮的工作性质,其耐磨性和硬度尤为重要,因此,本发明提供一种耐磨坚硬的挖掘机齿轮用合金材料。
