本发明涉及一种炒料搅拌装置：包括炉灶，在炉灶上设有锅体，在炉灶台面的一侧上方设有支撑架，电机设置在支撑架上，主动轮与电机连接，被动轮通过皮带与主动轮相连，被动轮上连接有一传动轴，传动轴通过轴承座设置在锅体上方的冂形支撑框架上，在传动轴端部连接有一对伞齿，伞齿的下方设有一搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片，本发明结构简单合理，成本低，故障率低，坚实耐用，节省人工，提高生产效率。

本发明属农业运输机械技术领域，涉及一种炒料搅拌装置。
背景技术
榨油过程有一道工序是炒制花生，由于炒制花生量大，用人工炒制非常辛苦，现有的炒料机价格贵，故障率高，影响生产效率，而且不耐用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单、成本低，故障率低，坚实耐用的炒料搅拌装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种炒料搅拌装置：包括炉灶，在炉灶上设有锅体，在炉灶台面的一侧上方设有支撑架，电机设置在支撑架上，主动轮与电机连接，被动轮通过皮带与主动轮相连，被动轮上连接有一传动轴，传动轴通过轴承座设置在锅体上方的冂形支撑框架上，在传动轴端部连接有一对伞齿，伞齿的下方设有一搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片。
所述搅拌叶片为上下错开设置。
本发明所提供的有益效果是：结构简单合理，成本低，故障率低，在原来的炉灶上增加了搅拌装置，坚实耐用，节省人工，提高生产效率。

结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明，参见图1：一种炒料搅拌装置：包括炉灶1，在炉灶1上设有锅体2，在炉灶1台面的一侧上方设有支撑架3，电机4设置在支撑架3上，主动轮与电机1连接，被动轮通过皮带5与主动轮相连，被动轮上连接有一传动轴6，传动轴6通过轴承座7设置在锅体上方的冂形支撑框架上，在传动轴6端部连接有一对伞齿9，伞齿的下方设有一搅拌轴10，搅拌轴10上设有搅拌叶片11，所述搅拌叶片11为上下错开设置，本发明通过电机带动，皮带传动，伞齿传动，从而带动搅拌轴带动搅拌叶片旋转，对花生起到搅拌翻转的作用，本发明结构简单合理，成本低，故障率低，坚实耐用，节省人工，提高生产效率。

1.一种炒料搅拌装置：包括炉灶，其特征是：在炉灶上设有锅体，在炉灶台面的一侧上方设有支撑架，电机设置在支撑架上，主动轮与电机连接，被动轮通过皮带与主动轮相连，被动轮上连接有一传动轴，传动轴通过轴承座设置在锅体上方的冂形支撑框架上，在传动轴端部连接有一对伞齿，伞齿的下方设有一搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片。
