Abstract
本发明涉及铝型材加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法。首先向容器中加入5份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份碳酸钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入30份氢氧化钠和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份天麻苷和5份山梨醇,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入5份硫化钠和20份水,搅拌20分钟。本发明的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法以及合理设计加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使碱蚀处理液的表面防护功能得到显著的提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝型材加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法。
背景技术
在铝型材的加工过程中,碱蚀处理是必不可少的处理工艺,是为其获得良好表面的关键步骤。传统的碱蚀处理由于偏硅酸钠的累计而发生水解并沉淀,且对环境的污染较为严重。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,首先向容器中加入5份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份碳酸钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入30份氢氧化钠和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份天麻苷和5份山梨醇,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入5份硫化钠和20份水,搅拌20分钟。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、碱蚀处理方法中使用的碱蚀处理液,其配方设计新颖、合理,特别是添加了少量的天麻苷,可以显著提高碱蚀处理液的处理效率,它能够有效的防止偏铝酸钠的累计而发生水解并沉淀,以便获得高质量的细致的砂面。
2)、碱蚀处理液的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法以及合理设计加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使碱蚀处理液的表面防护功能得到显著的提升。
3)、用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,操作工艺比较简洁,通过合理设计碱蚀处理液的配方以及制备方法,从而提高了铝型材碱蚀处理效果和品质。

一、碱蚀处理液的组成
30份氢氧化钠、5份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、0.5份天麻苷、5份硫化钠、5份碳酸钠、5份山梨醇和50份水。
二、碱蚀处理液的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入5份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份碳酸钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入30份氢氧化钠和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份天麻苷和5份山梨醇,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入5份硫化钠和20份水,搅拌20分钟。
三、用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤①、擦除铝型材表面的油污,再用水冲洗10分钟,接着使用乙醇擦洗5分钟;
步骤②、将铝型材放入碱蚀处理液中,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为5分钟;
步骤③、捞出后用水冲洗直至冲洗水的pH值恢复至中性,接着干燥。

1.一种用于铝型材碱蚀处理的碱蚀处理液的制备方法,其特征在于首先向容器中加入5份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、5份碳酸钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入30份氢氧化钠和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份天麻苷和5份山梨醇,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入5份硫化钠和20份水,搅拌20分钟。
