本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
喷砂是利用高速砂流的冲击作用清理和粗化基体表面的过程。采用压缩空气为动力,以形成高速喷射束将喷料(铜矿砂、石英砂、金刚砂、铁砂、海南砂)高速喷射到需要处理的工件表面,使工件表面的外表面的外表或形状发生变化,由于磨料对工件表面的冲击和切削作用,使工件的表面获得一定的清洁度和不同的粗糙度,使工件表面的机械性能得到改善,因此提高了工件的抗疲劳性,增加了它和涂层之间的附着力,延长了涂膜的耐久性,也有利于涂料的流平和装饰,但是喷砂工艺复杂,对设备和成本要求较高,因此为了节约生产成本,本发明设计一种可替代传统喷砂工艺的涂料。

本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氮化硼20-30、氮化铝18-20、纳米二氧化硅60-70、果酸0.05-0.1、氟硅酸钠3-5、八水氧氯化锆30-45、硼砂2-3、27.5%双氧水2-3、超细氧化锌10-14、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5-1、三聚磷酸铝0.8-1、磷酸二氢铝3-4、聚乙烯醇2-4、环烷酸锂0.06-0.1、聚四氟乙烯3-5、维生素c0.001-0.002、硬脂酸钙1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.6-1、氯化镧0.07-0.1、二乙烯三胺1-2。
一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述磷酸二氢铝加入到其重量10-13倍去离子水中,在70-80℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入聚乙烯醇,搅拌均匀,为铝溶胶;
(2)将上述八水氧氯化锆加入到其重量10-12倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述27.5%双氧水,搅拌反应30-40分钟,滴加浓度为20-25%的氨水,调节pH为4-6,升高温度为60-70℃,保温反应1-2小时,加入上述氯化镧、维生素c,搅拌至常温,得稀土锆溶胶;
(3)将上述纳米二氧化硅加入到其重量100-120倍的去离子水中,加入硼砂、环烷酸锂,加热至60-65℃,超声2-3分钟,得硅分散液;
(4)将上述铝溶胶、稀土锆溶胶、硅分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入三聚磷酸铝、硅烷偶联剂KH560,600-1000转/分搅拌10-20分钟,得基础膜料a;
(5)将上述氟硅酸钠、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量20-32倍的去离子水中,滴加浓度为96-98%的硫酸,调节pH为2-3,搅拌反应20-30分钟,得基础膜料b;
(6)将上述基础膜料a、基础膜料b混合,加入除了二乙烯三胺以外的各原料,搅拌均匀,为涂料组合物,在涂装时,不断搅拌上述涂料组合物,缓慢加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌均匀,过40-60目筛,即可进行涂装。
一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料,所述的氮化硼、氮化铝的粒径为30-100μm,所述的超细氧化锌的粒径为10-20μm。
本发明的优点是:

氮化硼20、氮化铝18、纳米二氧化硅70、果酸0.05、氟硅酸钠5、八水氧氯化锆30、硼砂2-3、27.5%双氧水2、超细氧化锌10、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5、三聚磷酸铝0.8、磷酸二氢铝4、聚乙烯醇2-4、环烷酸锂0.06、聚四氟乙烯3、维生素c0.002、硬脂酸钙1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.6、氯化镧0.07、二乙烯三胺1。
一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述磷酸二氢铝加入到其重量13倍去离子水中,在80℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入聚乙烯醇,搅拌均匀,为铝溶胶;
(2)将上述八水氧氯化锆加入到其重量12倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述27.5%双氧水,搅拌反应40分钟,滴加浓度为25%的氨水,调节pH为4,升高温度为60℃,保温反应1小时,加入上述氯化镧、维生素c,搅拌至常温,得稀土锆溶胶;
(3)将上述纳米二氧化硅加入到其重量120倍的去离子水中,加入硼砂、环烷酸锂,加热至65℃,超声3分钟,得硅分散液;
(4)将上述铝溶胶、稀土锆溶胶、硅分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入三聚磷酸铝、硅烷偶联剂KH560,1000转/分搅拌20分钟,得基础膜料a;
(5)将上述氟硅酸钠、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量32倍的去离子水中,滴加浓度为96-98%的硫酸,调节pH为2,搅拌反应30分钟,得基础膜料b;
(6)将上述基础膜料a、基础膜料b混合,加入除了二乙烯三胺以外的各原料,搅拌均匀,为涂料组合物,在涂装时,不断搅拌上述涂料组合物,缓慢加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌均匀,过60目筛,即可进行涂装。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述磷酸二氢铝加入到其重量10-13倍去离子水中,在70-80℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入聚乙烯醇,搅拌均匀,为铝溶胶;
(2)将上述八水氧氯化锆加入到其重量10-12倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述27.5%双氧水,搅拌反应30-40分钟,滴加浓度为20-25%的氨水,调节pH为4-6,升高温度为60-70℃,保温反应1-2小时,加入上述氯化镧、维生素c,搅拌至常温,得稀土锆溶胶;
(3)将上述纳米二氧化硅加入到其重量100-120倍的去离子水中,加入硼砂、环烷酸锂,加热至60-65℃,超声2-3分钟,得硅分散液;
(4)将上述铝溶胶、稀土锆溶胶、硅分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入三聚磷酸铝、硅烷偶联剂KH560,600-1000转/分搅拌10-20分钟,得基础膜料a;
(5)将上述氟硅酸钠、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量20-32倍的去离子水中,滴加浓度为96-98%的硫酸,调节pH为2-3,搅拌反应20-30分钟,得基础膜料b;
(6)将上述基础膜料a、基础膜料b混合,加入除了二乙烯三胺以外的各原料,搅拌均匀,为涂料组合物,在涂装时,不断搅拌上述涂料组合物,缓慢加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌均匀,过40-60目筛,即可进行涂装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可替代喷砂的锅具用防磨涂料,其特征在于,所述的氮化硼、氮化铝的粒径为30-100μm,所述的超细氧化锌的粒径为10-20μm。
