本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种水泥助磨剂。
背景技术
水泥是一种应用范围广泛的建筑材料,水泥生产属高耗能工业,为了提高磨粉效率,降低能耗,最佳途径就是在粉磨过程中添加水泥助磨剂,一方面,水泥助磨剂能够提高水泥磨机的台时产量,从而直接降低了粉磨电耗;另一方面,水泥助磨剂还可以激发工业废渣的活性,降低水泥熟料的使用量,从而节省了因生产水泥熟料而造成的煤、电消耗,并降低了大气污染物的排放,提高了工业废渣的利用效率,使其资源化效率提高,目前我国助磨剂产品一直普遍存在的组分单一、成本高昂、产品质量稳定性差、对工艺条件适应性不佳等缺陷影响助磨剂的推广应用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种水泥助磨剂,性能稳定,助磨效果好,有效降低水泥熟料的使用量,降低能耗。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种水泥助磨剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-2份、聚乙二醇4-10份、丙三醇3-5份、葡萄糖酸钠0.5-5份、木质素磺酸钙2-6份、饱和脂肪酸2-6份、黄原胶3-8份、醋酸钠1-3份、葡萄糖酸钠2-6份、氯化钙3-11份、甲酸钙2-6份、乙酸钠3-7份。
本发明具有以下优点:性能稳定,助磨效果好,提高研磨效率,缩短研磨时间,有效降低水泥熟料的使用量,降低能耗。

一种水泥助磨剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、聚乙二醇10份、丙三醇5份、葡萄糖酸钠5份、木质素磺酸钙6份、饱和脂肪酸6份、黄原胶8份、醋酸钠3份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、氯化钙11份、甲酸钙6份、乙酸钠7份。
