Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,在两块复合硅酸盐保温隔热板之间,浇注已搅拌均匀的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物,在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板,该方法工艺简单、操作方便,具有结构简单、制造方便、成本低、机械性能好、导热系数低、不易燃烧、不易老化、粘接性能好、质轻、施工方便、保温隔热综合性能优等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料的制备领域,具体是一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,随着我国进入WTO的大好形势,房地产开发业日益红火,但国内现有的建筑物的外墙基本上没有设置保温材料,因而冬夏两季需长时间打开空调,为维持室内温度不变,空调几乎是处于不停的工作状态,这显然不符合日益紧迫的对节省能源的要求。国外已在建筑物的外墙上设置保温材料,并成为一种政府强制性的要求。为改变上述状况并与国际接轨,国家建设部等相关部门已发出通知在我国的一些地区要求建筑物的外墙材料必须采用保温材料且必须符合节省能源和防火的要求。但无论是国外还是国内的极少数地方,所采用的建筑物的外墙保温材料都是由有机泡沫材料构成,如聚苯乙烯泡沫材料等,并不能有效解决此问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,在两块复合硅酸盐保温隔热板之间,浇注已搅拌均匀的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物,在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
优选地,将所述的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化成薄板后再与两侧的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板粘合在一起,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
优选地,,在所述复合硅酸盐保温隔热板四周的表面或在乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物的裸露处涂上一层涂层。
优选地,所述涂层是玻纤布、水泥或复合硅酸盐中的任意一种或两种以上。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明的上述技术方案,不但克服了有机泡沫材料易燃和有机泡沫材料作为保温隔热材料与墙体“贴敷难”的问题,而且克服了复合硅酸盐作为保温隔热材料其机械性能如抗冲击性能,导热系数方面不如有机泡沫材料的缺点,为人们提供了一种复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板的制造方法,该方法工艺简单、操作方便,具有结构简单、制造方便、成本低、机械性能好、导热系数低、不易燃烧、不易老化、粘接性能好、质轻、施工方便、保温隔热综合性能优等特点。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,在两块复合硅酸盐保温隔热板之间,浇注已搅拌均匀的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物,在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
优选地,将所述的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化成薄板后再与两侧的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板粘合在一起,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
优选地,,在所述复合硅酸盐保温隔热板四周的表面或在乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物的裸露处涂上一层涂层。
优选地,所述涂层是玻纤布、水泥或复合硅酸盐中的任意一种或两种以上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优先实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,其特征在于,在两块复合硅酸盐保温隔热板之间,浇注已搅拌均匀的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物,在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,其特征在于,将所述的乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物在常温或加热的条件下发泡固化成薄板后再与两侧的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板粘合在一起,获得中间层为硬质夹层,两侧为复合硅酸盐保温隔热材料的复合硅酸盐硬质夹层保温隔热板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述复合硅酸盐保温隔热板四周的表面或在乙烯和甲基丙烯酸或者乙烯和丙烯酸的共聚物离聚物的裸露处涂上一层涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合硅酸盐保温隔热板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述涂层是玻纤布、水泥或复合硅酸盐中的任意一种或两种以上。
