Abstract
本发明公开了一种制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法。所述制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:制作待制作大型膜片的模胎;步骤2:向模胎涂抹脱模剂;步骤3:向模胎铺设织物,从而使织物的一侧为待处理侧;步骤4:对织物的待处理侧进行表面处理;步骤5:向织物的待处理侧涂抹底胶;步骤6:向织物的待处理侧涂抹主体胶液;步骤7:在织物的待处理侧上涂抹滑石粉,并翻转,从而使另一侧固定在模态上,并重复所述步骤1至所述步骤6;步骤8:向经过步骤7处理后的织物粘接橡胶密封垫片,并固化,从而形成制造成型的大型膜片。本发明的制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法中,膜片主体受力骨架材料为织物,织物强度比橡胶材料高。

本发明涉及非金属零件技术领域,具体涉及一种制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法及蓄压油箱大型膜片。
背景技术
蓄压油箱是飞机燃油系统重要功能附件,可以保证飞机在进入零负过载时向发动机供油。膜片是蓄压油箱的重要敏感元件,通过膜片的运动才能把蓄压油箱内的燃油挤压出来流入燃油管路,实现向发动机供油。
现有技术中,膜片通常采用纯橡胶膜片,纯橡胶膜片具有强度低,受压后易变形的缺点。
因此,希望有一种技术方案来克服或至少减轻现有技术的至少一个上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法来克服或至少减轻现有技术中的至少一个上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法,所述制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:制作待制作大型膜片的模胎;步骤2:向模胎涂抹脱模剂;步骤3:向模胎铺设织物,从而使织物的一侧为待处理侧;步骤4:对织物的待处理侧进行表面处理;步骤5:向经过所述步骤4处理后的织物的待处理侧涂抹底胶;步骤6:向经过步骤5处理后的织物的待处理侧涂抹主体胶液;步骤7:在经过所述步骤6处理后的织物的待处理侧上涂抹滑石粉,并翻转,从而使另一侧固定在模态上,并重复所述步骤1至所述步骤6;步骤8:向经过步骤7处理后的织物粘接橡胶密封垫片,并固化,从而形成制造成型的大型膜片。
优选地,所述步骤1中的模胎为木质材料制成。
优选地,所述步骤2具体为:涂抹脱模剂,并在温度18~30℃,相对湿度不大于75%下干燥30min~50min。
优选地,所述步骤3中的织物为锦丝绸,所述铺设方法具体为:用均匀的拉力将锦丝绸绷在胎膜上,使纬线相对模胎纵轴成35°~45°分布,从下底部沿模胎纵向用钉子固定已铺好的织物,间距为10mm~30mm,保证织物以绷紧状态固定在胎膜上。
优选地,所述步骤3进一步包括:拉紧锦丝绸的圆弧段,使之无皱褶和折痕。
优选地,所述步骤4中的表面处理具体为:将拉紧到模胎上的锦丝绸用乙酸乙酯除油2次,在18℃~30℃干燥10min~30min。
优选地,所述步骤5具体为:涂刷底胶2遍,每遍胶液用量150~160g,即240~255g/m2,在温度18℃~30℃干燥10min~30min。
优选地,所述步骤6具体为:涂刷主体胶液8层~10层,每遍胶液用量130~140g,即210~225g/m2,每层干燥15min~30min,单面涂胶的锦丝绸在模胎保持24h。
优选地,所述步骤8具体为:沿膜片外边缘粘接橡胶密封垫片,并在23℃±2℃环境下硫化168小时。
本发明还提供了一种蓄压油箱大型膜片,所述蓄压油箱大型膜片采用如上所述的制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法制造而成。
本发明的制造蓄压油箱大型膜片的方法中,膜片主体受力骨架材料为织物,织物强度比橡胶材料高,因此该膜片能够承受更大的系统压力。且本方法可以使织物光滑的内嵌在膜片中,从而保证了膜片的制造质量,保证了膜片的功能。

步骤2:向模胎涂抹脱模剂;
步骤3:向模胎铺设织物,从而使织物的一侧为待处理侧;
步骤4:对织物的待处理侧进行表面处理;
步骤5:向经过所述步骤4处理后的织物的待处理侧涂抹底胶;
步骤6:向经过步骤5处理后的织物的待处理侧涂抹主体胶液;
步骤7:在经过所述步骤6处理后的织物的待处理侧上涂抹滑石粉,并翻转,从而使另一侧固定在模胎上,并重复所述步骤1至所述步骤6;
步骤8:向经过步骤7处理后的织物粘接橡胶密封垫片,并固化,从而形成制造成型的大型膜片;
所述步骤1中的模胎为木质材料制成;
所述步骤2具体为:涂抹脱模剂,并在温度18~30℃,相对湿度不大于75%下干燥30min~50min;
