一种对辊机辊的修复方法,其特征在于当对辊机辊表面受到磨损时,停止投入破碎物料,然后用前后移动动力带动的动力磨轮对对辊机辊表面进行磨削,磨削过程是动力磨轮沿与对辊机辊轴线平行的导轨来回移动。本发明与已有技术相比,具有修复后的辊面平整的、修复效过好的优点。

一种对辊机辊的修复方法及装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种陶瓷加工技术。
背景技术:
辊式破碎机在破碎物料的同时,辊面也不断地被物料磨蚀,并渐渐地形成凹面,破碎效果也逐渐变差。通常情况下,人们都用堆焊耐磨材料的方法进行修复,由于焊结时很难将辊面焊得平整,导致对辊机工作时辊面间隙过大,不适宜物料的细破碎。一般情况下,用这种修复方法,破碎出来的物料平均粒度在3-5毫米之间。用这种粒度的物料入球磨,和用目前10毫米以下的物料入磨相比,球磨时间基本上没有差别。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种修复后的辊面平整的、修复效过好的对辊机辊的修复方法及装置。
本发明的对辊机辊的修复方法是这样实现的,当对辊机辊表面受到磨损时,停止投入破碎物料,然后用前后移动动力带动的动力磨轮对对辊机辊表面进行磨削,磨削过程是动力磨轮沿与对辊机辊轴线平行的导轨来回移动。
本发明的对辊机辊皮的修复装置是这样实现的,包括设置在破碎物料机旁机架上的与对辊机辊轴线平行的导轨、由前后移动动力带动沿导轨前后移动的动力磨轮。
工作时,破碎物料机上的对辊机辊在动力机构带动下转动,动力磨轮沿导轨移动并抛光磨削对辊机辊表面磨损处,使对辊机辊表面恢复原有的光滑的表面。
本发明与已有技术相比,由于在对辊机辊表面受到磨损时就即使采用磨轮对对辊机辊进行磨削修复,因此,具有修复后的辊面平整的、修复效过好的优点。

现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图所示,本发明的对辊机辊的修复装置包括设置在破碎物料机a旁机架1上的与对辊机辊2轴线平行的两导轨4、由前后移动动力带动5沿导轨4前后移动的动力磨轮6。
前后移动动力5包括电动动力5a带动的丝杆5b、旋接在丝杆5b上的磨轮基座5c,磨轮基座5c沿导轨4前后移动,动力磨轮6的由电动动力6a带动的磨轮6b设置在磨轮基座5c上。
在磨轮基座5c上设置有调节机构5d带动沿导向轨5e往对辊机辊2前后移动的调节台5f,动力磨轮6设置在调节台5f上,以便调节磨轮的磨削量。
本发明的对辊机辊皮的修复方法是这样实现的,当对辊机辊2皮表面磨损达到0.2—0.8mm时,停止投入破碎物料,然后用前后移动动力5带动的动力磨轮6对对辊机辊2表面进行磨削,磨削过程是动力磨轮6沿与对辊机辊2轴线平行的导轨4来回移动。

Claims (5)

1.一种对辊机辊的修复方法,其特征在于当对辊机辊表面受到磨损时,停止投入破碎物料,然后用前后移动动力带动的动力磨轮对对辊机辊表面进行磨削,磨削过程是动力磨轮沿与对辊机辊轴线平行的导轨来回移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对辊机辊的修复方法,其特征在于当对辊机辊皮表面磨损达到0.2—0.8mm时,才对对辊机辊进行磨削修复。
3.一种对辊机辊的修复装置,其特征在于包括设置在破碎物料机旁机架上的与对辊机辊轴线平行的导轨、由前后移动动力带动沿导轨前后移动的动力磨轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的对辊机辊的修复装置,其特征在于前后移动动力包括电动动力带动的丝杆、旋接在丝杆上的磨轮基座,磨轮基座沿导轨前后移动,动力磨轮的由电动动力带动的磨轮设置在磨轮基座上。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的对辊机辊的修复装置,其特征在于在磨轮基座上设置有调节机构带动沿导向轨往对辊机辊前后移动的调节台,动力磨轮设置在调节台上。
