Abstract

一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,其组成包括:空间调整模块、活检针调整模块、扎针模块。空间调整模块上有圆形导轨和横向导轨,圆形导轨上有外导轨,外导轨与内导轨相连,内导轨与横向导轨相连,横向导轨有下层导轨,下层导轨上装有固定支架,固定支架上装有圆筒,圆筒与活检针调整模块相连;活检针调整模块上有后端盖一,后端盖一与前端盖一相连,前端盖一与万向节相连,万向节与前端盖二相连,前端盖二与后端盖二相连,后端盖二与扎针模块相连;扎针模块上有活检针下端盖,活检针下端盖与丝杠相连,丝杠与活检针相连,活检针与活检针上端盖相连。本发明结构简单、容易加工,应用成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗活检手术领域,具体涉及一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构。
背景技术
目前已有很多医院采用核磁成像下的乳腺介入手术来进行乳腺癌的治疗工作,但是由于核磁扫描仪的工作空间十分有限,医生的工作空间狭小,很难进行复杂的手术,甚至不能顺利进行手术,故医生要在扫描成像结束后让患者退出扫描仪才能进行手术,这样不仅加长了手术时间,而且可能因为在退出过程中患者产生的震动影响到手术的准确性,使医生不能精确提取样本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是使在狭小的核磁扫描仪工作空间内进行乳腺介入手术成为现实,提高手术的准确性,而发明了一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明是一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,其组成包括:空间调整模块、活检针调整模块、扎针模块,所述空间调整模块上有圆形导轨和横向导轨,所述圆形导轨上有外导轨,外导轨与内导轨相连,内导轨可以在外导轨上转动,内导轨与横向导轨相连,所述横向导轨有下层导轨,下层导轨上装有固定支架,固定支架上装有圆筒,圆筒与活检针调整模块相连;所述活检针调整模块上有后端盖一,后端盖一与前端盖一相连,前端盖一与万向节相连,万向节与前端盖二相连,前端盖二与后端盖二相连,后端盖二与扎针模块相连;所述扎针模块上有活检针下端盖,活检针下端盖与丝杠相连,丝杠与活检针相连,活检针与活检针上端盖相连。
对方案进一步设计,为使机构更好的实现空间调整运动,所述横向导轨还有上层导轨,上层导轨上装有活动支架,活动支架与圆筒相连,使之实现俯仰运动。
对方案进一步设计,为保护扎针调整模块,所述扎针模块上加外壳套在所述活检针上端盖和活检针下端盖之间起到保护作用。
本发明有以下技术效果和优点:
1、本发明利用水平方向回转副和垂直方向回转副的结合来代替传统的移动副,利用并联机构来实现活检针姿态的调整,能在狭小的控件内有效地完成乳腺介入手术。
2、本发明结构简单、容易加工,应用成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施实例对本发明的一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构进行详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明是一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,其组成包括:空间调整模块1、活检针调整模块2、扎针模块3,所述空间调整模块1上有圆形导轨和横向导轨,所述圆形导轨上有外导轨1-1,外导轨1-1与内导轨1-2相连,内导轨1-2可以在外导轨1-1上转动,内导轨1-2与横向导轨相连,所述横向导轨有下层导轨1-3,下层导轨上装有固定支架1-5,固定支架1-5上装有圆筒1-7,圆筒1-7与活检针调整模块2相连;所述活检针调整模块2有后端盖一2-1,后端盖一2-1与前端盖一2-2相连,前端盖一2-2与万向节2-3相连,万向节2-3与前端盖二2-4相连,前端盖二2-4与后端盖二2-5相连,后端盖二2-5与扎针模块3相连;所述扎针模块3上有活检针下端盖3-1,活检针下端盖3-1与丝杠3-2相连,丝杠3-2与活检针3-3相连,活检针3-3与活检针上端盖3-4相连。
如图3所示,为保护扎针调整模块,所述扎针模块上加外壳3-5套在所述活检针上端盖3-4和活检针下端盖3-1之间起到保护作用。
下面结合附图对本发明的一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构的工作方式介绍如下:
空间调整模块的圆形导轨的内外导轨相对滑动可以实现机构的水平转动,横向导轨的上层活动支架在导轨上的移动转换成圆筒在竖直平面内以下层导轨为基点的转动,活检针调整模块上万向节通过调整弯曲状态实现机构的前后运动,扎针模块的活检针随丝杠的转动实现前后针刺运动,最终完成介入手术。

Claims (3)

1.一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,包括:空间调整模块(1)、活检针调整模块(2)、扎针模块(3),所述的空间调整模块(1)上有圆形导轨和横向导轨,所述的圆形导轨上有外导轨(1-1),外导轨(1-1)与内导轨(1-2)相连,内导轨(1-2)可以在外导轨(1-1)上转动,内导轨(1-2)与横向导轨相连,所述的横向导轨有下层导轨(1-3),下层导轨上装有固定支架(1-5),固定支架(1-5)上装有圆筒(1-7),圆筒(1-7)与活检针调整模块(2)相连;所述的活检针调整模块(2)有后端盖一(2-1),后端盖一(2-1)与前端盖一(2-2)相连,前端盖一(2-2)与万向节(2-3)相连,万向节(2-3)与前端盖二(2-4)相连,前端盖二(2-4)与后端盖二(2-5)相连,后端盖二(2-5)与扎针模块(3)相连;所述的扎针模块(3)上有活检针下端盖(3-1),活检针下端盖(3-1)与丝杠(3-2)相连,丝杠(3-2)与活检针(3-3)相连,活检针(3-3)与活检针上端盖(3-4)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,其特征在于:所述的横向导轨还有上层导轨(1-3),上层导轨(1-3)上装有活动支架(1-6),活动支架(1-6)与圆筒(1-7)相连,能够实现俯仰运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种在核磁环境下手术的乳腺介入机构,其特征在于:所述的扎针模块(3)上加外壳(3-5)套在所述的活检针上端盖(3-4)和活检针下端盖(3-1)之间起到保护作用。
