Abstract
本发明涉及一种艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测方法,是一种由自助检测服务机匿名发售一次性采样装置、采样者自助采样、将采集样品邮寄或投入自助检测服务机的收样装置由专人取样、传递至专业机构检测、检测结果由专业机构上网公布、采样者通过电子终端按信息识别标记网上匿名查询检测结果的检测服务方法。目前常规检测艾滋病只能到疾病预防控制中心或医院挂号抽血检测血中HIV病毒抗体,无法保证隐私权。本发明方法解决了在高危人群中确保隐私权的同时进行艾滋病检测的难题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种艾滋病居家可及传递检测服务方法,通过自助检测服务机进行自助采样、邮寄或专人送样、专业机构检验和上网匿名查询检测结果的检测服务方法。
背景技术
艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染导致的死亡率极高的慢性传染病。世界卫生组织估计全球有数千万感染者。我国从2005年起艾滋病传播进入快速增长期,目前90%以上的感染者通过性传播,包括异性间和同性间传播。以2013年全国统计数据为例,性传播90.8%,其中异性69.4%,同性21.4%。HIV感染后无症状期一般7-10年,短者2-3年,长者12年以上;艾滋病前期1-2年,艾滋病期若不治疗,存活期仅1年。目前艾滋病没有疫苗,也没有治愈的药物和方法。开展宣传教育、预防和干预,特别是对性伴侣进行预防性HIV抗体检测是预防感染的最有效方法。由于艾滋病是经性途径感染的病死率极高的传染病,且感染者多为吸毒、同性恋等,常常受到社会歧视,精神压力极大,所以国家保护HIV感染者的隐私权。目前检测是否被HIV感染只能到疾病预防控制中心或医院抽血检测HIV抗体,无法保证隐私,使得很多人望而却步。本发明方法利用自助检测服务机进行采样装置的购买、自助采样、邮寄或专人收样、传递至专业机构检测、检测结果上网公布、匿名采样者用手机或电脑等上网终端按一次性采样装置上的信息识别标记在网上查询检测结果。该方法解决了既要隐私又想知道是否感染的难题,且专业机构检测样品、结果更准确;采样者匿名自愿送检说明他认为自己有感染的风险,使得检验工作更加集中于高危人群,更容易发现新发感染者,有利于艾滋病的控制和对新发感染者的发现。这是一种艾滋病预防性检测的好方法,扩大了检测人群、可以把有效控制艾滋病的方式方法普及到人群中。
发明内容
要解决的问题
目前检测艾滋病只能到疾病预防控制中心或医院挂号、医生检查病情、开化验单进行抽血检测血中HIV病毒抗体,无法保证隐私权,使得很多无症状的HIV病毒感染者得不到及时的检测,更无法及时得到治疗。在目前全国艾滋病快速蔓延的形势下急切需要开拓创新,为高危人群提供保护隐私、方便、快捷的检测方法。并大力倡导开展预防性检测,了解他人感染情况,进行自我保护。本发明涉及一种艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测服务方法:通过自助检测服务机购买一次性采样装置、自我采样、邮寄或由专人取样传递至专业机构检测、检测结果上网公布、采样者匿名通过个人信息终端网上查询。在艾滋病高危人群中起到预防性检测的作用,能及早发现HIV病毒感染者,控制传染源、切断传染途径,这是有效控制艾滋病蔓延的好方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决艾滋病匿名检测问题,而提出的使用居家可及传递检测的一种艾滋病检测服务方法。
本发明的方法是通过下述技术方案实现的。
1、一种艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测服务方法,包括自助检测服务机检测,所述自助检测服务机包括自助发售装置,一次性采样装置,样品收集装置部分和控制及结果查询系统,其特征在于:所述一次性采样装置具有用于检测结果查询的信息识别标记,通过自助发售装置发售所述一次性采样装置,然后通过邮寄一次性采样装置或通过收集装置专人送达传递至专业机构。从而完成通过自助发售装置匿名购买取得一次性采样装置、自助采样、采集样品送入自助检测服务机的收集装置由专人取样送专业机构检验或采集样品邮寄至专业机构检验、检验结果由专业机构网上公布,采样者上网匿名通过信息识别标记匿名查询检测结果而获得居家可及检测服务的方法。
2、根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测服务方法,其特征在于:所述一次性采样装置为尿液或指血采样装置。所述一次性采样装置带有信息识别标记,可凭此信息识别标记网络查询检测结果。将采样后的采样装置通过邮寄或自助检测服务机专人收样传递到专业检测机构。所述信息识别标记,可为任一种可以进行识别的标记。
3、根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测服务方法,其特征在于:由专业实验对采样装置中的样品检测并按采样装置上的信息识别标记网上公布检测结果。
4、根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,其特征在于:采样者可用手机或电脑等终端设备根据一次性采样装置的信息识别标记在指定网站或客户端上查询检测结果。
5、根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名传递检测服务方法,,其特征在于:通过一种艾滋病匿名查询系统,其包括数据采集服务器,按照一次性采样装置的信息识别标记查询服务器和具有加密功能的移动通信终端和/或固定通信终端来了解检测结果,其特征在于:通过通信终端输入一次性采样装置的信息识别标记来查询服务器的检测结果。

Claims (5)
1.一种艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,包括自助检测服务机检测,所述自助检测服务机包括自助发售装置,一次性采样装置,样品收集装置部分和控制及结果查询系统,其特征在于:所述一次性采样装置具有用于检测结果查询的信息识别标记,通过自助发售装置发售所述一次性采样装置,然后通过邮寄一次性采样装置或通过收集装置专人送达至专业机构。从而完成通过自助发售装置匿名购买取得一次性采样装置、自助采样、采集样品送入自助检测服务机的收集装置由专人取样送专业机构检验或采集样品邮寄至专业机构检验、检验结果由专业机构网上公布,采样者上网匿名通过信息识别标记匿名查询检测结果而获得居家可及检测服务的方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,其特征在于:所述一次性采样装置为尿液或血液采样装置。所述一次性采样装置带有信息识别标记,可凭此信息识别标记网络查询检测结果。将采样后的采样装置通过邮寄或自助检测服务机专人收样传递到专业检测机构。所述信息识别标记,可为任一种可以进行识别的标记。
3.根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,其特征在于:由专业实验对采样装置中的样品检测并按采样装置上的信息识别标记网上公布检测结果。
4.根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,其特征在于:采样者可用手机或电脑等终端设备根据一次性采样装置的信息识别标记在指定网站或客户端上查询检测结果。
5.根据权利要求1所述的艾滋病居家可及匿名检测服务方法,,其特征在于:通过一种艾滋病匿名查询系统,其包括数据采集服务器,按照一次性采样装置的信息识别标记查询服务器和具有加密功能的移动通信终端和/或固定通信终端来了解检测结果,其特征在于:通过通信终端输入一次性采样装置的信息识别标记来查询服务器的检测结果。
