本发明涉及一种起动机缓蚀剂。
背景技术
起动机通过电磁感应原理,把电能转变成机械能。发动机的起动需要外力的支持,汽车起动机就是在扮演着这个角色。起动机属于汽车中贵重部件,轻易不会损坏,但是为了延长起动机的使用寿命,恰当的保养方法也是必需的。起动机中电刷是其重要的部分,而电刷的原料是碳,所以电刷有被称之为碳刷。起动机若脏了会影响起动机的工作,而其清洁工作很必要,其中的碳料的清洗不容易。在清洗的过程中一定要使用缓蚀剂,来防止对有色金属的腐蚀。而目前市场上的缓蚀剂,成本高,还会影响脱碳剂的效果,所以不能满足使用需求。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种起动机缓蚀剂,能够有效抑制金属腐蚀,基本无毒性,而且性能稳定,使用安全可靠。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种起动机缓蚀剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
聚丙二醇5-8份,三聚磷酸铝3-5.2份,磷酸三丁酯3.6-5.7份,聚羧酸1-2份,硝酸镍4-7份,氢氧化钠3-6份,硝酸钙5-10份,亚硝酸钠12-16份,硅烷偶联剂4-7份,明胶3-5份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-4份,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮2-5份,二氧化钛0.2-0.4份,氯化钠6-9份,酚醛树脂3.2-4份,硅氧烷4-7份。
