本发明公开了一种新型高效复合防冻液配方,由以下重量份的成份组成:二甘醇10~20份,氯化钙0.5~1份,亚硝酸钠10~15份,乙二醇10~20份,硅酸盐稳定剂1~3份,三乙醇胺5~10份,聚丁烯2~3份;水杨酸0.1~0.5份;茶多酚0.3~0.5份,去离子水10~15份。本发明在-45℃不结冰、泡沫消失时间小于3秒钟,高聚物的羧酸根及聚磺化苯乙烯的磺酸根与乙二醇、水溶液中带正电荷的金属离子产生吸附作用,形成保护膜,保护金属不被腐蚀,且本发明不含亚硝酸沿,不含磷酸盐,具有优越的环保性,在防冻效果的基础上充分发挥了良好的缓蚀效果。

一种新型高效复合防冻液配方
技术领域
本发明属于防冻液技术领域,尤其是一种由高聚物形成金属保护膜的新型高效复合防冻液配方。
背景技术
市场上防冻液中的缓蚀剂很多含有磷酸盐或亚硝酸盐,这种缓蚀剂在使用后会对环境产生污染。市场上防冻液中的缓蚀剂主要分为:阳极型缓蚀剂和阴极型缓蚀剂,由于汽车是由不同成分的金属构件构成的,而不同成分的金属构件构成需用不同的缓蚀剂,亚硝酸钠对钢铁、铸铁的缓蚀效果好,但对焊料产生孔蚀,这些单品种缓蚀剂虽成本较低,但难以满足防冻液诸多方面的性能要求。
发明内容
 针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种对多种金属有效、能在金属表面形成保护膜,保护金属不被腐蚀的新型高效复合防冻液配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种新型高效复合防冻液配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成份组成:二甘醇10~20 份,氯化钙0.5~1 份,亚硝酸钠10~15 份,乙二醇10~20份,硅酸盐稳定剂1~3 份,三乙醇胺5~10 份,聚丁烯 2~3份;水杨酸 0.1 ~0.5 份;茶多酚 0.3~0.5份,去离子水10~15份。  
本发明新型高效复合防冻液配方的优点是:本发明在-45℃不结冰、泡沫消失时间小于3秒钟,高聚物的羧酸根及聚磺化苯乙烯的磺酸根与乙二醇、水溶液中带正电荷的金属离子产生吸附作用,形成保护膜,保护金属不被腐蚀,且本发明不含亚硝酸沿,不含磷酸盐,具有优越的环保性,在防冻效果的基础上充分发挥了良好的缓蚀效果。

一种新型高效复合防冻液配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成份组成:二甘醇10~20 份,氯化钙0.5~1 份,亚硝酸钠10~15 份,乙二醇10~20份,硅酸盐稳定剂1~3 份,三乙醇胺5~10 份,聚丁烯 2~3份;水杨酸 0.1 ~0.5 份;茶多酚 0.3~0.5份,去离子水10~15份。
