Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝2.5-6.2份、石英粉1.2-2.5份、钛白粉10-15份、白乳胶18-25份、甲基辛基乙醛2.5-4.2份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.3-2.6份、去离子水4.3-6.6份、聚氨酯成膜剂2.2-6.1份和聚乙二醇3.5-4.7份。本发明与现有的乳胶漆相比,本发明所述的外墙涂料,不仅具有良好的耐候性、耐紫外线较佳、干燥的时间快,而且加入硅酸铝和甲基辛基乙醛后涂膜平整光滑、质感细腻,加入聚氨酯成膜剂后,成品具有较强的耐污性和优良的附着力;本发明的乳胶漆不含有甲醛,VOC的含量非常低,节能环保,还能有效地防霉防藻,流平性好,施工安全方便,是理想的外墙装饰材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保乳胶漆及其制备方法,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
目前,外墙使用的涂料的种类较多,乳胶漆是使用最广泛的墙壁装装饰材料之一,而且乳胶漆是众多涂料中最具安全性的材料。外墙乳胶漆不仅需要良好的耐候性、耐紫外线性,涂膜还应平整光滑、质感细腻,而现有的外墙乳胶漆很难同时满足所需的要求。并且,现有的乳胶漆存在甲醛和VOC均存在超标的可能,对使用者存在很大的风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保乳胶漆及其制备方法,性能全面,耐候性和耐紫外线性高,附着力强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝2.5-6.2份、石英粉1.2-2.5份、钛白粉10-15份、白乳胶18-25份、甲基辛基乙醛2.5-4.2份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.3-2.6份、去离子水4.3-6.6份、聚氨酯成膜剂2.2-6.1份和聚乙二醇3.5-4.7份。
优化的,上述环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝3.8份、石英粉2.1份、钛白粉13份、白乳胶21份、甲基辛基乙醛3.5份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.9份、去离子水4.9份、聚氨酯成膜剂4.2份和聚乙二醇4.4份。
一种环保乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配方称量,将硅酸铝、石英粉和钛白粉各组分混合均匀后,与去离子水一起加入乳化锅内搅拌加热至50-55℃,搅拌至溶解后,降温至30-35℃;
2)然后静置15-20分钟后升温搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为300r/min-400r/min,待温度升到75-80℃停止升温,搅拌至无颗粒即可;
3)将白乳胶、甲基辛基乙醛和苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚各组分按照配方称量后加入到乳化锅中,升温搅拌,升温至75-80℃,搅拌速度为400r/min-500r/min,保温20-30分钟;
4)再按配方称量加入聚氨酯成膜剂,缓慢搅拌均匀并升温至70℃;
5)加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后开始降温到室温即可。
本发明所述的外墙涂料,不仅具有良好的耐候性、耐紫外线较佳、干燥的时间快,而且加入硅酸铝和甲基辛基乙醛后涂膜平整光滑、质感细腻,加入聚氨酯成膜剂后,成品具有较强的耐污性和优良的附着力;本发明的乳胶漆不含有甲醛,VOC的含量非常低,节能环保,还能有效地防霉防藻,流平性好,施工安全方便,是理想的外墙装饰材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明为一种环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝2.5份、石英粉1.2份、钛白粉10份、白乳胶18份、甲基辛基乙醛2.5份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.3份、去离子水4.3份、聚氨酯成膜剂2.2份和聚乙二醇3.5份。
一种环保乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配方称量,将硅酸铝、石英粉和钛白粉各组分混合均匀后,与去离子水一起加入乳化锅内搅拌加热至50℃,搅拌至溶解后,降温至30℃;
2)然后静置15分钟后升温搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为300r/min,待温度升到75℃停止升温,搅拌至无颗粒即可;

实施例2
本发明为一种环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝6.2份、石英粉2.5份、钛白粉15份、白乳胶25份、甲基辛基乙醛4.2份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.6份、去离子水6.6份、聚氨酯成膜剂6.1份和聚乙二醇4.7份。
一种环保乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配方称量,将硅酸铝、石英粉和钛白粉各组分混合均匀后,与去离子水一起加入乳化锅内搅拌加热至55℃,搅拌至溶解后,降温至35℃;
2)然后静置20分钟后升温搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为400r/min,待温度升到80℃停止升温,搅拌至无颗粒即可;
3)将白乳胶、甲基辛基乙醛和苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚各组分按照配方称量后加入到乳化锅中,升温搅拌,升温至80℃,搅拌速度为500r/min,保温30分钟;
4)再按配方称量加入聚氨酯成膜剂,缓慢搅拌均匀并升温至70℃;
5)加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后开始降温到室温即可。
实施例3
本发明为一种环保乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝3.8份、石英粉2.1份、钛白粉13份、白乳胶21份、甲基辛基乙醛3.5份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.9份、去离子水4.9份、聚氨酯成膜剂4.2份和聚乙二醇4.4份。
一种环保乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配方称量,将硅酸铝、石英粉和钛白粉各组分混合均匀后,与去离子水一起加入乳化锅内搅拌加热至52℃,搅拌至溶解后,降温至32℃;
2)然后静置18分钟后升温搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为350r/min,待温度升到78℃停止升温,搅拌至无颗粒即可;
3)将白乳胶、甲基辛基乙醛和苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚各组分按照配方称量后加入到乳化锅中,升温搅拌,升温至78℃,搅拌速度为450r/min,保温25分钟;
4)再按配方称量加入聚氨酯成膜剂,缓慢搅拌均匀并升温至70℃;
5)加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后开始降温到室温即可。
将实施例1-3的本发明乳胶漆进行检测如下:
本发明粉末涂料的产品技术指标及检测方法:1)附着力:标准GB9286,工具使用百格刀,刷子,胶带,放大镜;检测结果:0-2级;2)耐水性:自来水浸泡一个月无掉色脱落起泡变软等不良影响;3)耐酒精:98%的酒精浸泡一周无掉色、脱漆,附着力1-5级;4)冷测试:在-10℃冷藏环境下24小时,工件表面各项性能均无变化;
5)热测试:在100℃沸水中2小时,表面性能无任何变化;6)磨损测试:标准ASTM4060/GB1768,工具研磨测试仪,表面未被磨穿;7)抗冲击测试:标准GB1732工具使用冲击测试仪和放大镜,结果无裂纹、皱纹、剥落;8)漆膜弯曲测试:标准GB6742,工具使用漆膜弯曲测试仪,结果无裂纹、皱纹、剥落;9)铅笔硬度测试:标准GB6739,工具使用中华铅笔,橡皮,砂纸,结果漆膜未破。表1本发明涂料与其他材质黑度系数对照表

可以看出,本发明涂料的各项指标远远超过标准,与现有的乳胶漆相比,本发明所述的外墙涂料,不仅具有良好的耐候性、耐紫外线较佳、干燥的时间快,而且加入硅酸铝和甲基辛基乙醛后涂膜平整光滑、质感细腻,加入聚氨酯成膜剂后,成品具有较强的耐污性和优良的附着力;本发明的乳胶漆不含有甲醛,VOC的含量非常低,节能环保,还能有效地防霉防藻,流平性好,施工安全方便,是理想的外墙装饰材料。

Claims (3)

1.一种环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝2.5-6.2份、石英粉1.2-2.5份、钛白粉10-15份、白乳胶18-25份、甲基辛基乙醛2.5-4.2份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.3-2.6份、去离子水4.3-6.6份、聚氨酯成膜剂2.2-6.1份和聚乙二醇3.5-4.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:硅酸铝3.8份、石英粉2.1份、钛白粉13份、白乳胶21份、甲基辛基乙醛3.5份、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.9份、去离子水4.9份、聚氨酯成膜剂4.2份和聚乙二醇4.4份。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的环保乳胶漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配方称量,将硅酸铝、石英粉和钛白粉各组分混合均匀后,与去离子水一起加入乳化锅内搅拌加热至50-55℃,搅拌至溶解后,降温至30-35℃;
2)然后静置15-20分钟后升温搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为300r/min-400r/min,待温度升到75-80℃停止升温,搅拌至无颗粒即可;
3)将白乳胶、甲基辛基乙醛和苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚各组分按照配方称量后加入到乳化锅中,升温搅拌,升温至75-80℃,搅拌速度为400r/min-500r/min,保温20-30分钟;
4)再按配方称量加入聚氨酯成膜剂,缓慢搅拌均匀并升温至70℃;
5)加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后开始降温到室温即可。
