技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC塑料加工助剂。
背景技术
PVC是世界五大通用塑料之一,近年来,随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,PVC制品每年以20%以上的速度增长,到2005年PVC年产量已达到750万吨,据预测,到2007年PVC需求量将超过1000万吨。聚氯乙烯(PVC)是一种用途极为广泛的通用塑料,在化工建材、化工防腐和日用制品领域中有着其他材料不可替代的地位。PVC熔体延展性差,易导致熔体破碎;PVC熔体松弛慢,易导致制品表面粗糙、无光泽及鲨鱼皮等。因此,PVC加工时往往需要加入加工助剂,以改善其熔体的上述缺陷。加工助剂主要是一类可以改善树脂加工性能的助剂,其主要作用方式由三种:促进树脂熔融、熔体流变改性及赋予润滑功能,助剂在加工过程中起到非常重要的作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种PVC塑料加工助剂,具有很好的耐热性和耐候性,能够有效延缓塑料老化,节约了生产成本,利于广泛应用。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种PVC塑料加工助剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
滑石粉2-6份,润滑剂1-3份,改性壳聚糖0.8-2.5份,藻酸盐0.6-1.2份,氟化钠0.3-0.8份,镀锌碳黑10-20份,碳酸钠4-7份,三元氯醋树脂6-8份,去离子水20-35份,丙烯酸丁酯10-16份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯2-3份,聚苯乙烯2-4份,马来酸酐0.5-1.5份,甘油1-3份,硬脂酸锌6-9份。
