本发明公开了一种聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成,PP-1?80-85;PP-2?10-15;马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5-10;乙烯丙烯共聚物10-15;乙烯辛烯共聚物10-15;HDPE?10-20;滑石粉40-50;偶联剂0.1-1;抗氧剂0.5-1.0;抗紫外线剂0.1-0.3;色料1-3,其中,PP-1为异相聚丙烯,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不小于100g/10min,根据ISO?1133测定;PP-2为结晶性丙烯均聚物,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不大于15g/10min,根据ISO?1133测定;HDPE的熔体流速MFR2(190℃,2.16kg)范围为5-8g/10min,根据ISO?1133测定;还公开了所述聚丙烯组合物的制备方法。

Description

一种聚丙烯组合物
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚丙烯组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯是五大通用树脂之一,具有质量轻、易加工、耐化学药品性强等优良特性,在化工、电器、汽车制造、包装等工业领域得到了广泛的应用。在汽车制造领域中,改性聚丙烯系列材料是一种性价比非常高的新型材料,它提高了基础聚丙烯树脂的综合物理性能,耐蠕变性,尺寸稳定性,具有高韧性、高刚性,优良的耐热性,耐老化性及很好的耐低温性和较高的冲击强度,但目前汽车制造中使用的改性聚丙烯仍然存在提高良好韧性、刚性、抗冲击性能的同时,需要提高其耐刮擦性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚丙烯组合物,其在具有良好韧性、刚性、抗冲击性能的同时,具有良好的耐刮擦性能。
同时提供了该聚丙烯组合物的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成,
其中,PP-1为异相聚丙烯,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不小于100g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;
PP-2为结晶性丙烯均聚物,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不大于15g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;
HDPE的熔体流速MFR2(190℃,2.16kg)范围为5-8g/10min,根据ISO1133测定。
优选的,各组分重量份为,
其中,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和168,其中抗氧剂1010与168的重量比例为2:1-1:1;抗紫外线剂为受阻酚或受阻胺类抗紫外线剂;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;色料为炭黑或二氧化钛。优选的,PP-1为异相聚丙烯,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不小于160g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;PP-2为结晶性丙烯均聚物,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不大于10g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;HDPE的熔体流速MFR2(190℃,2.16kg)范围为7-8g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;HDPE的密度为0.95-0.96g/cm2
乙烯丙烯共聚物中来自丙烯的单元为50-70wt%,乙烯辛烯共聚物中来自辛烯的单元为20-50wt%。
上述的聚丙烯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(a)称取各组分后,将滑石粉与偶联剂在800-1000转/分的速度下混合搅拌10-15min后,停留在高速混合机中待用;
(b)将剩余组分加入步骤(a)中混合好的物料,低速200-300转/分搅拌,共混30-40min;
(c)将步骤(b)中混合好的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,设定好合适的温度和转速,使物料在熔融状态下挤出,并通过冷水拉条造粒、筛选、检验合格后包装、入库。
双螺杆挤出机的设定温度为:机头190-195℃;九区200-215℃;八区220-230℃;七区220-230℃;六区225-235℃;五区220-225℃;四区215-220℃;三区210-220℃;二区200-215℃;一区195-200℃,转速:500-600转/分;频率:35-45Hz。
本发明的聚丙烯组合物可以用于制备汽车各种护板、罩板、装饰格栅等部件,效果良好,完全满足产品设计要求。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过特定熔体流速范围内的高熔体流速PP与低熔体流速PP的组合,改善了组合物的韧性;
2、通过选用特定用量的乙烯丙烯共聚物、乙烯辛烯共聚物和滑石粉,在获得具有优良韧性、刚性和抗冲击性能的同时,提高了组合物的耐刮擦性能;
3、通过抗氧剂、抗紫外剂的加入,提高了组合物的耐老化性能。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
PP-1为LyondellBasell公司产品,MFR2为140g/10min(230℃/2.16kg);
PP-2为ofBorealis公司的HD915CF,MFR2为8g/10min(230℃/2.16kg);
PP-3为LyondellBasell公司产品,MFR2为70g/10min(230℃/2.16kg);
PP-4为ofBorealis公司产品,MFR2为20g/10min(230℃/2.16kg);
HDPE为辽宁盘锦石化公司生成的HDPE5070,密度为0.985g/cm3,MFR2为6.0g/10min(190℃);
乙烯丙烯共聚物为LyondellBasell公司产品,具有乙烯单元为36wt%;
乙烯辛烯共聚物为陶氏化学产品;
抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和168,其中抗氧剂1010与168的重量比例为2:1;抗紫外线剂为受阻酚类抗紫外线剂;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;色料为炭黑;均为市售产品。
实施例1
按比例(见表1)称取各组分后,将滑石粉与偶联剂在1000转/分的速度下混合搅拌15min后,停留在高速混合机中待用;
(b)将剩余组分加入步骤(a)中混合好的物料,低速250转/分搅拌,共混35min;
(c)将步骤(b)中混合好的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,设定好合适的温度和转速,使物料在熔融状态下挤出,并通过冷水拉条造粒。
其中,双螺杆挤出机的设定温度为:机头195℃;九区215℃;八区225;七区225℃;六区230℃;五区225℃;四区220℃;三区215℃;二区210℃;一区195℃,转速:600转/分;频率:35Hz。
将上述聚丙烯组合物颗粒加热熔融后制成样品进行性能测试,其各项性能见表1。
实施例2-4以及比较例1-5的制备方法与实施例1相同,其各组分用量以及产品性能见表1。
表1:
拉伸强度和断裂伸长率采用GB/T1040.2-2006/1A/50标准测试,冲击强度采用GB/T1043-1993标准测试,邵氏D硬度采用GB/T2411-1980(15s)标准测试。
通过上述实施例和比较例可知,采用实施例1-4中的聚丙烯组合物制备的产品在具有优良韧性、抗冲击性能的同时,具有高的硬度,表明其具有良好的耐刮擦性能,能够很好的用于制备护板、罩板等汽车零部件;比较例1中的组合物,由于采用了不是本发明范围内的聚丙烯,导致其抗冲击性能和硬度降低,比较例2中的组合物由于乙烯丙烯共聚物和乙烯辛烯共聚物用量过少,导致其韧性和抗冲击性能降低,比较例3中的组合物由于乙烯丙烯共聚物和乙烯辛烯共聚物用量过高,虽然其韧性较高,但其硬度过低,比较例4中的组合物,由于滑石粉用量过少,导致其硬度过低;比较例5中的组合物,由于滑石粉用量过多,虽然其硬度高,但其韧性明显过低,不满足要求。可见比较例1-5中的聚丙烯组合物制备的产品不能具有平衡的韧性、抗冲击性能和耐刮擦性能,导致在实际应用中不如本发明产品的性能优良。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成,
其中,PP-1为异相聚丙烯,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不小于100g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;
PP-2为结晶性丙烯均聚物,其熔体流速MFR2(230℃,2.16kg)不大于15g/10min,根据ISO1133测定;
HDPE的熔体流速MFR2(190℃,2.16kg)范围为5-8g/10min,根据ISO1133测定。
