Abstract

本发明涉及汽车车灯制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺。一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,所述焊接工艺包括:提供一具有配光镜和灯体的汽车前灯装置;将所述配光镜和所述灯体焊接在一起,以实现所述配光镜和所述灯体的封装。本发明通过焊接的方法将汽车前灯装置中的配光镜和灯体焊接在一起,有效的避免了因为胶合工艺造成的密封性不好、成本高等问题,此外焊接工艺本身可以重复的进行封装,不像胶液一样不能再次利用,采用焊接方法焊接配光镜和灯体的时间也是明显短于其他的封装方法,焊接工艺的可操作性也高于胶合等方法,对焊接材料的限定较少。

一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺。
背景技术
在汽车车灯的封装过程中,尤其是汽车前罩大灯的封装过程中通常采用胶合的方法将汽车的配光镜和灯体粘连在一起,采用涂胶的封装方法存在较大的缺陷,比如涂胶的成本较高,并且需要较多的胶液才能完成配光镜和灯体的封装,胶液在短时间内就会用完,最重要的是,由于涂胶工艺的需要人工操作,人工操作即存在较高的误差率,导致封装的汽车前灯装置密封性较差,在汽车前罩大灯的使用过程中会进入水汽,影响汽车照明。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的密封性较差等问题,本申请提供了一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,能够提高汽车前罩大灯的密封性,同时降低了汽车前灯装置的成本。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,所述焊接工艺包括:
提供一具有配光镜和灯体的汽车前灯装置;
将所述配光镜和所述灯体焊接在一起,以实现所述配光镜和所述灯体的封装。
优选的,所述配光镜和所述灯体的材质为高分子材料。
优选的,所述配光镜和所述灯体的材质为相同的高分子材料。
优选的,所述配光镜具有第一焊接区域,所述灯体具有第二焊接区域;以及
所述第一焊接区域和所述第二焊接区域的材质的高分子材料。
优选的,所述高分子材料包括:聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
优选的,所述焊接工艺中,
采用激光焊接工艺将所述配光镜和灯体焊接在一起。
优选的,所述焊接工艺中,
采用摩擦焊接工艺将所述配光镜和灯体焊接在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过焊接的方法将汽车前灯装置中的配光镜和灯体焊接在一起,有效的避免了因为胶合工艺造成的密封性不好、成本高等问题,此外焊接工艺本身可以重复的进行封装,不像胶液一样不能再次利用,采用焊接方法焊接配光镜和灯体的时间也是明显短于其他的封装方法,焊接工艺的可操作性也高于胶合等方法,对焊接材料的限定较少。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,下述技术方案,技术特征之间可以相互组合。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明:
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,该焊接工艺的具体步骤包括:
提供一具有配光镜和灯体的汽车前灯装置;
将所述配光镜和所述灯体焊接在一起,以实现所述配光镜和所述灯体的封装。
本实施例中,如图2所示,汽车的前灯装置中通常包括配光镜1和灯体2,灯体2可以包括反光镜等组件。
本实施例中的配光镜1和灯体2的材料可以为高分子材料,进一步的,本实施例中的配光镜1和灯体2为相同的高分子材料,例如配光镜1和灯体2均为聚碳酸酯(简称PC),配光镜1和灯体2均为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(简称PMMA)。
进一步的,本实施例中的配光镜1和灯体2中均设有焊接区域,配光镜1上设有第一焊接区域(图中未示出),灯体2上设有第二焊接区域(图中未示出),第一焊接区域和第二焊接区域用于在焊接工艺中进行焊接,即第一焊接区域和第二焊接区域即为配光镜1和灯体2的焊接部分,其余部分不进行焊接。
进一步的,配光镜1的第一焊接区域为聚碳酸酯,并且,灯体2的第二焊接区域为聚碳酸酯。
进一步的,配光镜1的第一焊接区域为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,并且灯体2的第二焊接区域为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。仅仅限定第一焊接区域和第二焊接区域的材料,而配光镜1和灯体2其他部分的材料可以自由选定能够降低配光镜1和灯体2的成本,制作起来要求很高。
目前汽车前灯装置中,之所以采用胶合工艺将配光镜和灯体封装时因为配光镜和灯体的材料往往不同,所以通过涂胶能够起到一定的粘连作用使得配光镜和灯体粘合,但是,如上所示,配光镜和灯体的材料均为聚碳酸酯或者为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的时候,胶合工艺的效果相当不好,配光镜和灯体的粘连作用极差,配光镜和灯体的密封性不好对汽车前罩大灯的照明使用会产生较大的影响。
为了克服聚碳酸酯或者聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯通过胶合工艺不能实现密封性粘连的问题,本实施例通过焊接的方法将配光镜和灯体进行封装。
进一步的,本实施例中的焊接方法可以为激光焊接、摩擦焊接等焊接方法,本实施例不进行限定,只要是能够实现配光镜和灯体封装的焊接工艺均可以应用在本申请中,图2为激光焊接工艺的示意图,通过激光焊接工艺能够提高汽车前灯装置的生产效率,同时也降低了制作成本,减少了生产时间。
综上所述,本发明通过焊接的方法将汽车前灯装置中的配光镜和灯体焊接在一起,有效的避免了因为胶合工艺造成的密封性不好、成本高等问题,此外焊接工艺本身可以重复的进行封装,不像胶液一样不能再次利用,采用焊接方法焊接配光镜和灯体的时间也是明显短于其他的封装方法,焊接工艺的可操作性也高于胶合等方法,对焊接材料的限定较少。

1.一种汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述焊接工艺包括:
提供一具有配光镜和灯体的汽车前灯装置;
将所述配光镜和所述灯体焊接在一起,以实现所述配光镜和所述灯体的封装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述配光镜和所述灯体的材质为高分子材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述配光镜和所述灯体的材质为相同的高分子材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述配光镜具有第一焊接区域,所述灯体具有第二焊接区域;以及
所述第一焊接区域和所述第二焊接区域的材质的高分子材料。
5.根据权利要求2-4任意一个所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述高分子材料包括:聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述焊接工艺中,
采用激光焊接工艺将所述配光镜和灯体焊接在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前灯装置的焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述焊接工艺中,
采用摩擦焊接工艺将所述配光镜和灯体焊接在一起。
