Abstract

本发明公开了一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有固定座,所述固定座上方设有压料组件,所述固定座左右两侧均设有竖向切割组件与横向切割组件,所述机架下方设有一对倾斜切割组件,所述机架与固定座上设有一对可容倾斜切割组件通过的切割通道。通过该装置对车窗导槽密封条进行切割,不但工作效率与安全性高,而且每次切割出来的密封条具有良好的稳定性,符合大批量生产的要求,可以大大降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置。
背景技术
车窗导槽密封条需要进行切割才可以安装到车窗上,目前都是人工切割,存在一定的缺点:由于导槽密封条具有一定的柔软性,不但操作不方便,工作效率差,安全系数差,而且切割出来的稳定性差,无法满足大批量生产的需求,生产成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,提高工作效率与安全性,而且切割出来的密封条稳定性好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有固定座,所述固定座上方设有压料组件,所述固定座左右两侧均设有竖向切割组件与横向切割组件,所述机架下方设有一对倾斜切割组件,所述机架与固定座上设有一对可容倾斜切割组件通过的切割通道。
进一步,所述一对切割通道交叉设置。
所述压料组件包括压料气缸,所述压料气缸连有压料板,所述压料板正对固定座,从而使压料板在压料气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座。
所述竖向切割组件包括第二固定架,所述第二固定架上固设有上下气缸,所述上下气缸连有滑块,所述滑块在上下气缸的带动下上下移动,所述滑块上设有第一无杆气缸,所述第一无杆气缸连有第一旋转电机,所述第一旋转电机在第一无杆气缸的作用下前后移动,所述第一旋转电机连有竖向切割刀具。
所述横向切割组件包括横向切割刀具,所述横向切割刀具下方设有通孔,所述机架下方设有第二旋转电机,所述第二旋转电机的电机轴穿过通孔与横向切割刀具相连,所述第二旋转电机分别与左右气缸、前后气缸相连,从而使横向切割刀具在左右气缸与前后气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座端部。
所述第二固定架上还设有用于横向切割刀具穿过的导向通孔。
所述一对倾斜切割组件包括第一倾斜切割刀具与第二倾斜切割刀具,所述第一倾斜切割刀具与第三旋转电机相连,所述第三旋转电机与倾斜气缸相连,在倾斜气缸的带动下第一倾斜切割刀具靠近或远离其中一条切割通道,所述第二倾斜切割刀具位于另一条切割通道内,所述第二倾斜切割刀具与第四旋转电机相连,所述第四旋转电机与第二无杆气缸相连,从而使第二倾斜切割刀具在第二无杆气缸的作用下沿着另一条切割通道来回移动。
所述机架上方与下方均设有安全光栅,安全光栅可以让操作人员从外面看到机架内的操作过程,防止操作错误,同时又可以提高操作人员的安全性。
本发明得到的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其技术效果是:通过该装置对车窗导槽密封条进行切割,不但工作效率与安全性高,而且每次切割出来的密封条具有良好的稳定性,符合大批量生产的要求,可以大大降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-5所示,本发明提供的一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,包括机架1,机架上设有固定座2,固定座上方设有压料组件,固定座左右两侧均设有竖向切割组件与横向切割组件,机架下方设有一对倾斜切割组件,机架与固定座上设有一对可容倾斜切割组件通过的切割通道3,本实施例中的一对切割通道交叉设置。
固定座两端以及中间部位均设有凹字形的凸块4,该一对切割通道位于固定座与机架的中间位置并穿过位于固定座中间部位的凸块。
压料组件包括压料气缸5,压料气缸固设在第一固定架6上,压料气缸连有压料板7,压料板正对固定座2,从而使压料板在压料气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座,为了更好将压料板更好的固定住位于固定座上的车窗导槽密封条,压料板下端设有凸起8,凸起一端呈倾斜设置。
竖向切割组件包括第二固定架9,第二固定架上固设有上下气缸10,上下气缸连有滑块11,滑块在上下气缸的带动下沿着第二固定架上下移动,滑块上设有第一无杆气缸12,第一无杆气缸连有第一旋转电机13,第一旋转电机在第一无杆气缸的作用下前后移动,第一旋转电机连有竖向切割刀具14。
横向切割组件包括横向切割刀具15,横向切割刀具下方设有通孔16,机架下方设有第二旋转电机17,第二旋转电机的电机轴穿过通孔与横向切割刀具相连,第二旋转电机分别与左右气缸18、前后气缸28相连,从而使横向切割刀具在左右气缸与前后气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座端部。
第二固定架上还设有用于横向切割刀具穿过的导向通孔19。
一对倾斜切割组件包括第一倾斜切割刀具20与第二倾斜切割刀具21,第一倾斜切割刀具与第三旋转电机22相连,第三旋转电机与倾斜气缸23相连,在倾斜气缸的带动下第一倾斜切割刀具靠近或远离其中一条切割通道,第二倾斜切割刀具位于另一条切割通道内,第二倾斜切割刀具与第四旋转电机24相连,第四旋转电机与第二无杆气缸25相连,从而使第二倾斜切割刀具在第二无杆气缸的作用下沿着另一条切割通道来回移动,为了更好的控制第四旋转电机的移动,在机架下方设有一条滑轨26,第四旋转电机滑设在该滑轨上。
机架上方与下方均设有安全光栅27,安全光栅可以让操作人员从外面看到机架内的操作过程,防止操作错误,同时又可以提高操作人员的安全性。
操作人员先将待切割的密封条放到固定座2上,然后启动压料气缸5,压料气缸往下移动使压料板7压在固定座上,从而固定住待切割的密封条,然后再开启上下气缸10与倾斜气缸23,上下气缸带动滑块11往下移动一定距离,然后第一无杆气缸12带动第一旋转电机13左右移动,移动到固定座一端,第一旋转电机驱动竖向切割刀具14转动,对固定在固定座上的密封条端部进行切割,同时倾斜气缸驱动第三旋转电机22靠近固定座上的其中一条切割通道,第三旋转电机驱动第一倾斜切割刀具20转动,对位于固定座上的密封条进行切割,切割完成后,第一无杆气缸以及上下气缸带动第一旋转电机与滑块恢复到初始状态,倾斜气缸带动第三旋转电机恢复到初始状态,然后再开启左右气缸18、前后气缸28与第二无杆气缸25,左右气缸与前后气缸推动第二旋转电机17靠近固定座一端,横向切割刀具15穿过导向通孔19对固定在固定座上的密封条端部进行横向切割,第二无杆气缸驱动第四旋转电机沿着另一条切割通道来回移动,第四旋转电机驱动第二倾斜切割刀具对固定在固定座上的密封条进行切割,切割完成后,第二无杆气缸驱动第四旋转电机恢复到初始状态,左右气缸带动第二旋转电机恢复到初始状态,压料气缸带动压料板往上移动,操作人员可以取出切割好的密封条。
通过上下气缸以及第一无杆气缸控制竖向切割刀具的位置,左右气缸控制横向切割刀具的位置,倾斜气缸控制第一倾斜切割刀具的位置以及第二无杆气缸控制第二倾斜切割刀具的位置,并且第一旋转电机、第二旋转电机、第三旋转电机以及第四旋转电锯均为变频电机,控制方便简单,加工出来的车窗导槽密封条的稳定性好,返工率低,大大提高了加工效率,降低了生产成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上设有固定座,所述固定座上方设有压料组件,所述固定座左右两侧均设有竖向切割组件与横向切割组件,所述机架下方设有一对倾斜切割组件,所述机架与固定座上设有一对可容倾斜切割组件通过的切割通道;
所述一对切割通道交叉设置,所述一对倾斜切割组件包括第一倾斜切割刀具与第二倾斜切割刀具,所述第一倾斜切割刀具与第三旋转电机相连,所述第三旋转电机与倾斜气缸相连,在倾斜气缸的带动下第一倾斜切割刀具靠近或远离其中一条切割通道,所述第二倾斜切割刀具位于另一条切割通道内,所述第二倾斜切割刀具与第四旋转电机相连,所述第四旋转电机与第二无杆气缸相连,从而使第二倾斜切割刀具在第二无杆气缸的作用下沿着另一条切割通道来回移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其特征在于:所述压料组件包括压料气缸,所述压料气缸连有压料板,所述压料板正对固定座,从而使压料板在压料气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其特征在于:所述竖向切割组件包括第二固定架,所述第二固定架上固设有上下气缸,所述上下气缸连有滑块,所述滑块在上下气缸的带动下上下移动,所述滑块上设有第一无杆气缸,所述第一无杆气缸连有第一旋转电机,所述第一旋转电机在第一无杆气缸的作用下前后移动,所述第一旋转电机连有竖向切割刀具。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其特征在于:所述横向切割组件包括横向切割刀具,所述横向切割刀具下方设有通孔,所述机架下方设有第二旋转电机,所述第二旋转电机的电机轴穿过通孔与横向切割刀具相连,所述第二旋转电机分别与左右气缸、前后气缸相连,从而使横向切割刀具在左右气缸与前后气缸的带动下靠近或远离固定座端部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其特征在于:所述第二固定架上还设有用于横向切割刀具穿过的导向通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车窗导槽密封条的切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架上方与下方均设有安全光栅。
