Abstract
本发明公开了一种下肢移动式平衡站立床,其包括:床体支撑架及与其构成转动副的活动床面,第一直线致动器的两端分别与活动床面的背面和床体支撑架铰接;活动床面上方的移动床面与活动床面之间通过直线导轨实现滑动,在活动床面的底端固设有支撑架,并设置第一连杆和第二连杆,第一连杆的前端与支撑架的前端通过球形铰链铰接,第一连杆的后端与第二连杆的前端铰接,第二连杆的后端通过弹簧悬吊于床体支撑架上;在第一连杆上设有导槽,脚踏的底部设有与导槽匹配的滑块;设置第三直线致动器,第三直线致动器的两端分别与脚踏和床体支撑架铰接。本发明加入脚部的滑动功能,让康复者在站立训练时可以做脚部滑动训练,活动下肢各个关节的活动度。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种下肢移动式平衡站立床,属于康复医疗器械领域。
背景技术:
目前脑血栓、偏瘫、脑中风等进行下肢康复训练的患者普遍使用站立床进行下肢康复训练,站立床能有效预防肌肉萎缩、低血压等,有效的训练了下肢肌肉的承受力,但是不能很好的活动下肢各个关节的活动度。可以很好的训练踝关节、膝关节和髋关节。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种下肢移动式平衡站立床,加入脚部的滑动功能,让康复者在站立训练时可以做脚部滑动训练,活动下肢各个关节的活动度。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
下肢移动式平衡站立床,其包括:
床体支撑架、与所述床体支撑架构成转动副的活动床面,设置第一直线致动器,所述第一直线致动器的两端分别与所述活动床面的背面和床体支撑架铰接;
在所述活动床面上部设有移动床面,移动床面与活动床面之间通过直线导轨实现滑动,并设置第二直线致动器和缓冲器,所述第二直线致动器、缓冲器的两端分别与所述活动床面的背面和移动床面的背面铰接;
在所述活动床面的底端固设有支撑架,并设置第一连杆和第二连杆,所述第一连杆的前端与所述支撑架的前端通过球形铰链铰接,第一连杆的后端与第二连杆的前端铰接,第二连杆的后端通过弹簧悬吊于所述床体支撑架上;
在所述第一连杆上设有导槽,脚踏的底部设有与所述导槽匹配的滑块;设置第三直线致动器,所述第三直线致动器的两端分别与所述脚踏和床体支撑架铰接。
所述床体支撑架具有四条支腿,各所述支腿的底端设有万向轮。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明的移动床面与活动床面的直线导轨形成移动副,直线导轨固定在活动床面上,通过第二直线致动器实现两个床面之间的相对位移,康复者上半身倚靠在移动床面上,下半身倚靠在活动床面上,脚部绑在脚踏上,可以调节移动床面与脚踏的距离,方便不同身高的康复者进行训练;当第二直线致动器缩短时,带动康复者上肢下移,即康复者下肢弯曲,当第二直线致动器伸长时,带动康复者上肢上移,即康复者弯曲的下肢缓慢的成为直立状态,完成下肢屈伸运动,在站立床的基础上加大了对康复者下肢承受力的训练。与第一直线致动器并列设置了缓冲器,有效降低活动床面在转动时引起的震动,保证康复者在舒适的状态下进行训练。
本发明的下肢移动式平衡站立床,其脚踏设于第一连杆上,并能在第三直线致动器的驱动下沿第一连杆的长度方向前后滑动,能很好的活动下肢各个关节的活动度,可以很好的训练踝关节和髋关节。
第一连杆的后端与第二连杆铰接,而第二连杆的后端通过弹簧悬吊于床体支撑架上,弹簧不仅可以使脚踏在屈伸运动时进行微量的位移调节,而且可以有效减轻康复者在屈伸运动时产生的震动。

具体实施方式:
实施例:参见附图,本实施例的下肢移动式平衡站立床,其包括:
床体支撑架1、与床体支撑架1构成转动副的活动床面4,具体是将活动床面4的底端通过轴承或铰链或销轴铰接在床体支撑架1的端部,设置第一直线致动器3,该第一直线致动器3的两端分别与活动床面4的背面和床体支撑架1铰接;这样可以通过第一直线致动器3的伸缩控制活动床面4的角度,保证康复者在舒适的状态下进行训练。
在活动床面4上部设有移动床面7,移动床面7与活动床面之间通过活动床面上端固设的直线导轨14实现滑动,并设置第二直线致动器5和缓冲器6,第二直线致动器5、缓冲器6的两端分别与活动床面1的背面和移动床面7的背面铰接;
当第二直线致动器5缩短时,带动康复者上肢下移,即康复者下肢弯曲,当第二直线致动器5伸长时,带动康复者上肢上移,即康复者弯曲的下肢缓慢的成为直立状态,完成下肢屈伸运动,在站立床的基础上加大了对康复者下肢承受力的训练。缓冲器6有效降低移动床面7在升降时引起的震动,保证康复者在舒适的状态下进行训练。
在活动床面的底端固设有支撑架9,并设置第一连杆10和第二连杆11,第一连杆10的前端与支撑架9的前端通过球形铰链铰接,第一连杆10的后端与第二连杆11的前端铰接,第二连杆11的后端通过弹簧12悬吊于床体支撑架1上;具体可在支撑架9的两端延伸出横杆,两个对称设置的第一连杆10通过球形铰链铰接在横杆上。
在第一连杆10上设有导槽,脚踏8的底部设有与所述导槽匹配的滑块;设置第三直线致动器13,该第三直线致动器13的两端分别与所述脚踏8和床体支撑架1铰接。床体支撑架1具有四条支腿,各支腿的底端设有万向轮2,方便康复者移动站立床。具体设置中,第一连杆、第二连杆、脚踏以及第三直线致动器均可以设置为两个,彼此独立。
康复训练时,康复者上半身倚靠在移动床面7上,下半身倚靠在活动床面4上,脚踩在脚踏上,当第二直线致动器5缩短时,带动康复者上肢下移,即康复者下肢弯曲,当第二直线致动器5伸长时,带动康复者上肢上移,即康复者弯曲的下肢缓慢的成为直立状态,完成下肢屈伸运动,在站立床的基础上加大了对康复者下肢承受力的训练。
训练髋关节时,第二直线致动器5停止工作,第三直线致动器13伸缩,带动脚踏8沿着第一连杆10的导槽前后滑动,此时人体模拟行走状态(但膝关节可以保持不弯曲),可以训练康复者的髋关节。
Claims (2)
1.下肢移动式平衡站立床,其特征在于包括:
床体支撑架(1)、与所述床体支撑架(1)构成转动副的活动床面(4),设置第一直线致动器(3),所述第一直线致动器(3)的两端分别与所述活动床面(4)的背面和床体支撑架(1)铰接;
在所述活动床面(4)上部设有移动床面(7),移动床面(7)与活动床面之间通过直线导轨实现滑动,并设置第二直线致动器(5)和缓冲器(6),所述第二直线致动器(5)、缓冲器(6)的两端分别与所述活动床面(1)的背面和移动床面(7)的背面铰接;
在所述活动床面的底端固设有支撑架(9),并设置第一连杆(10)和第二连杆(11),所述第一连杆(10)的前端与所述支撑架(9)的前端通过球形铰链铰接,第一连杆(10)的后端与第二连杆(11)的前端铰接,第二连杆(11)的后端通过弹簧(12)悬吊于所述床体支撑架(1)上;
在所述第一连杆(10)上设有导槽,脚踏(8)的底部设有与所述导槽匹配的滑块;设置第三直线致动器(13),所述第三直线致动器(13)的两端分别与所述脚踏(8)和床体支撑架(1)铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的下肢移动式平衡站立床,其特征在于,所述床体支撑架(1)具有四条支腿,各所述支腿的底端设有万向轮(2)。
