本发明属于日用化学工业技术领域，具体涉及一种日化用品除菌剂和一种日化用品。
背景技术
目前，日化用品所采用的除菌成分多为3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚(PCMX)或二氯苯氧氯酚(三氯生)，但两者的杀菌速度较慢，如用于消毒液产品时，通常按1:20-50配制成水溶液，接触时间需要5-30分钟)，因此在洗衣液和洗手液产品中的除菌效果非常有限；此外，两者的水溶性差，PCMX的水中溶解度只有0.03％，而三氯生不溶于水，因此难以广泛应用于洗衣液和洗手液等日化用品中。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种日化用品除菌剂，以解决现有技术的不足之处。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种采用了上述除菌剂的日化用品。
为达到第一个目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：

作为优选，所述日化用品包含有2-5％重量的如上所述的日化用品除菌剂。
进一步，所述日化用品为消毒液、或洗衣液、或洗手液、或沐浴露。
本发明所述的日化用品除菌剂具有较高的除菌速度和效率，且对常见的革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有很好的消除和抑制作用，可广泛应用在消毒液、洗衣液、洗手液、沐浴露等日化产品中。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的除菌剂，由2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇、丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐、3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚和去离子水组成，其中：
3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚是配方中的主要除菌剂成分，3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚即对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)是市售消毒液的主要成分。其除菌原理是：裂解并穿透细胞壁，使菌体蛋白质变性，使微生物主要酶系失活，进而改变细胞膜的渗透性，造成细胞膜的渗漏破坏，阻止活性物运输，代谢物堆积，从而使菌体死亡。其缺点是在水中溶解度低(0.03％)，除菌作用慢。
丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐作为高分子聚合物载体，能增多配方中胶束所能携带的3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚单体的数量，并且增加3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚单体与被作用物表面的吸附性，从而加强除菌效率和效果。丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐是由丙二醇嵌段聚醚(通常采用巴斯夫Pluronic PE6400，分子量约2900g/mol)与邻苯二甲酸酐聚合，生成丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯，再用氢氧化钾中和而成。
2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇作为溶剂和渗透剂，能提高配方的除菌效率，并且由于其本身有抑制微生物的作用，产生协同增效，加强除菌作用。2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇是一种用途很广的二元醇，无色无味，与水完全混溶，溶解性特强的高级有机溶剂，可用于纺织助剂、农药、涂料和乳胶漆里，也可用于化妆品里，还可用于日化保湿剂、香精香料原料、液压油、高温润滑油、刹车油、干洗剂、印刷油墨、颜料分散剂、木材防腐剂等方面。通常作为渗透剂，乳化剂以及防冻剂。
去离子水用于降低配方的易燃性和成本。
实施例1
本实施例所述的除菌剂，其重量百分比的组成分为：2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇50％，丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐13％，3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚25％，去离子水12％。
实施例2
本实施例所述的除菌剂，其重量百分比的组成分为：2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇40％，丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐18％，3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚35％，去离子水7％。
实施例3
本实施例所述的除菌剂，其重量百分比的组成分为：2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇45％，丙二醇嵌段聚醚-邻苯二甲酸单酯钾盐15％，3,5-二甲基-4-氯-苯酚30％，去离子水10％。
应用实施例1
本发明用于消毒液产品。
1、消毒液产品的制备。
在20℃的水浴环境下，用去离子水将上述实施例1-3的除菌剂配制成2.30％的消毒液,再将消毒液按1:10配制成消毒水。另取市售某品牌消毒液(含PCMX 2.30％～2.80％)也按1:10配制成对比例。
2、定量除菌实验。
将金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌(8099)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC 15442)和白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)的24h新鲜斜面培养物用含胰蛋白胨稀释液(TPS)洗下菌苔并稀释配制成菌悬液。试验时将菌悬液与30g/L牛血清白蛋白溶液作对倍稀释，配制成试验用菌悬液。
在四支无菌试管中加入1ml菌液,同时分别加入4ml实施例1-3和对比例的消毒水,混匀。待作用至预定时间后,取0.5ml菌药混合液加入4.5ml中和剂试管中混匀。中和作用10min,取样接种进行活菌计数,计算杀灭对数值。试验重复3次以上。设定阳性对照组为磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)0.03mol/L，pH：7.2。结果如下表：
从上表可看出，本发明的除菌速度和效率优于现有同类消毒液产品。
应用实施例2
本发明用于洗衣液产品。
1、洗衣液产品的制备。
按照洗衣液的基本配方加入一定量实施例1-3的除菌剂配制洗衣液。配方(以配制100g为基准)：除菌剂3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4g、70％脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15g、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1g、NaCl 1.3g和余量去离子水。配制好的洗衣液密封后，放在温度(25±2)℃、相对湿度为(60±10)％条件下保存6个月。
2、除菌效果实验。
以1cm×1cm的白平纹布片作载体，滴染大肠菌悬液，自然晾干。将染菌后干燥的布片放在小布袋内，浸泡于含200mg/L采用上述实施例1‐3制备的洗衣液中，浸泡作用5min，然后按Q/BT 1224‐2012(衣料用液体洗涤剂)中的方法对小布袋进行洗涤。洗涤结束后，取出小布袋中的染菌布片，按操作要求测定洗衣前后的细菌总数。结果如下表：
本发明还可应用于制备洗手液、沐浴露等日化用品，用量为2-5％重量。
