本发明公开了一种快速充电电池组的存储装置,包括有储存箱,所述储存箱的内部设置有纵横交错的隔板,相邻的隔板构成一个存储室,所述存储室的底部设置有升降板,所述升降板与储存箱底部之间设置有座板,所述座板上设置有弹簧杆连接在升降板的中部,所述储存箱内设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器;通过设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器用来监控储存箱内的温度和湿度。本发明结构简单、操作方便、存储效率好。

技术领域
被发明涉及电池生产领域,尤其涉及一种快速充电电池组的安全存储装置。
背景技术
如今快速充电电池的使用越来越广泛,所需的充电时间也越来越少,随之而来的工厂内快速充电电池的需求也越来越高,目前,传统的快速充电电池组的存储大多是有普通的储存箱进行放置的,存储环境不是很好,由于刚生产后快速充电电池对温度、湿度的要求比较大,因此也就对环境的要求比较高,存储环境不达标很影响电池的性能,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明提供了快速充电电池组的存储装置,通过设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器用来监控储存箱内的温度和湿度,并且电池组存取方便,以解决现有电池组存取效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种快速充电电池组的存储装置,包括有储存箱,所述储存箱的内部设置有纵横交错的隔板,相邻的隔板构成一个存储室,所述存储室的底部设置有升降板,所述升降板与储存箱底部之间设置有座板,所述座板上设置有弹簧杆连接在升降板的中部,所述储存箱内设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述座板上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔的底部设置有设置有卡紧机构,所述弹簧杆通过卡紧机构固定在安装孔上。
进一步改进在于:所述储存箱上设置有密封盖,所述密封盖与储存箱上设置有卡扣和卡槽。
进一步改进在于:所述储存箱的底端设置有吸气管,所述吸气管的管口对应于存储室内。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器用来监控储存箱内的温度和湿度,并且再在座板上设置有卡紧结构和弹簧杆,工人只需对存储室内的电池组施加压力就可使得卡紧结构松开弹簧杆将升降板向上顶出,方便工人的拿取。本发明结构简单、操作方便、存储效率好。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种快速充电电池组的存储装置,包括有储存箱1,所述储存箱1的内部设置有纵横交错的隔板2,相邻的隔板2构成一个存储室3,所述存储室3的底部设置有升降板4,所述升降板4与储存箱1底部之间设置有座板5,所述座板5上设置有弹簧杆6连接在升降板4的中部,所述储存箱1内设置有温度传感器7和湿度传感器8。所述座板5上设置有安装孔9,所述安装孔9的底部设置有卡紧机构10,所述弹簧杆6通过卡紧机构10固定在安装孔5上。所述储存箱1上设置有密封盖11,所述密封盖11与储存箱1上设置有卡扣12和卡槽13。所述储存箱1的底端设置有吸气管14,所述吸气管14的管口对应于存储室3内。

1.一种快速充电电池组的存储装置,包括有储存箱(1),其特征在于:所述储存箱(1)的内部设置有纵横交错的隔板(2),相邻的隔板(2)构成一个存储室(3),所述存储室(3)的底部设置有升降板(4),所述升降板(4)与储存箱(1)底部之间设置有座板(5),所述座板(5)上设置有弹簧杆(6)连接在升降板(4)的中部,所述储存箱(1)内设置有温度传感器(7)和湿度传感器(8),所述座板(5)上设置有安装孔(9),所述安装孔(9)的底部设置有卡紧机构(10),所述弹簧杆(6)通过卡紧机构(10)固定在安装孔(9)上。
