技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温装置,具体涉及补偿器保温装置套筒。
背景技术
为了减少热量损失,供热管网中的补偿器都要进行保温,目前由于施工条件的限制,只能对补偿器进行简单的保温,在补偿器活动端也只能采用聚氨酯进行保温,而补偿器在温度变化伸缩时,由于聚氨酯为硬质保温材料,几次伸缩后,就会产生断裂,另补偿器聚氨酯保温外部不加设防水外保护套,地下水进入保温层,会对补偿器造成腐蚀,降低补偿器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提出补偿器保温装置套筒,该装置结构简单,保温效果好,性能安全可靠,使用寿命长。
本发明通过如下技术实现上述目的:补偿器保温装置套筒,其特征在于:包括缩口、梯形连接、筒体,缩口通过梯形连接与筒体相连接。
所述补偿器保温装置套筒为一体结构。
所述补偿器保温装置套筒为圆筒状,且为水平轴对称结构。
所述补偿器保温装置套筒为胶皮材质。
本发明的有益效果是:本补偿器保温装置套筒结构简单,易安装实现,保温效果好,性能安全可靠,不易变形,使用寿命长,且防水效果好,可有效保护内部的聚氨酯,提高补偿器的使用寿命。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,补偿器保温装置套筒,其特征在于:包括缩口1、梯形连接2、筒体3,缩口1通过梯形连接2与筒体3相连接。所述补偿器保温装置套筒为一体结构,所述补偿器保温装置套筒为圆筒状,且为水平轴对称结构,所述补偿器保温装置套筒为高密度聚乙烯材质。
将补偿器保温装置套筒安装于补偿器外部,由缩口1固定补偿器保温装置套筒的位置,补偿器保温装置套筒的筒体3与聚氨酯和玻璃丝棉贴合,形成良好的保温效果,且补偿器保温装置套筒具有良好的防水功能,可有效保护补偿器外部的聚氨酯材料以及补偿器设备,提高补偿器的使用寿命。

1.补偿器保温装置套筒,其特征在于:包括缩口(1)、梯形连接(2)、筒体(3),缩口(1)通过梯形连接(2)与筒体(3)相连接。

3.根据权利要求1所述的补偿器保温装置套筒,其特征在于:补偿器保温装置套筒为圆筒状,且为水平轴对称结构。
