Abstract
The invention relates to a positioning device, which comprises a fixed flange, a movable flange, a hoisting flange arranged between the fixed flange and the movable flange, a cylinder arranged on the fixed flange, a control valve connected with the cylinder, and positioning pins arranged on the cylinder, wherein the fixed flange, the hoisting flange and the movable flange are respectively provided with positioning holes for the positioning pins to pass through, and the positioning pins can position and release the fixed flange, the hoisting flange and the movable flange along with the expansion and contraction of a piston of the cylinder. The positioning device has the advantages of being capable of being operated remotely, being used in a narrow operating environment, being capable of achieving stopping of the positioning pin at three different positions, and being capable of frequently positioning and releasing the flange at the operating position where the positioning pin is located.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pipeline positioning equipment, and particularly relates to a positioning device.
Background
When the interface between two pipelines is positioned (such as in butt joint operation), a positioning pin is usually needed to be used and directly operated by a worker, and the positioning pin is penetrated on the butt joint flanges of the two pipelines to finish the positioning of the two pipelines. In the nuclear power and nuclear chemical industry fields, in a strong radiation environment such as a hot room (the hot room is a shielding small room for high-radioactivity test and operation and isolated from the surrounding environment), when positioning of a pipeline interface is needed, workers cannot enter the field to directly operate a flange and a positioning pin; in addition, in some production links, such as the sealing assembly of the feeding device of the shearing machine, the requirements of two different pin inserting and pulling operation frequencies are required to be met, and the space is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a positioning device. The device can be remotely operated, and can be used for carrying out two positioning devices with different pin inserting and pulling operations at the same butt joint position in a limited space.

The invention has the following effects:

As shown in fig. 1, a positioning device includes a fixing flange 1, a moving flange 5, and a lifting flange 4 disposed between the fixing flange 1 and the moving flange 5, a cylinder 2 (in this embodiment, a secondary cylinder) disposed on the fixing flange 1, a control valve (not shown in the drawing) connected with the cylinder 2, a positioning pin 3 disposed on the cylinder 2, the positioning pin 3 being directly connected with a piston of the cylinder 2, and the positioning pin 3 being capable of positioning and releasing the fixing flange 1, the lifting flange 4, and the moving flange 5 along with expansion and contraction of the piston of the cylinder 2. The fixed flange 1, the hoisting flange 4 and the movable flange 5 are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning holes which are opposite to each other one by one and can allow the positioning pins 3 to pass through. The number of locating pins is 2 in the drawings and is only illustrative.
As shown in fig. 1, the cylinder 2 is provided with a first vent hole 6, a second vent hole 7, and a third vent hole 8, the control valve is connected with the first vent hole 6, the second vent hole 7, and the third vent hole 8 through a vent pipe, and controls the inflation and deflation of the vent holes, and the piston of the cylinder 2 stretches and contracts according to the inflation and deflation of the vent holes.
When the first vent hole 6 is inflated, the piston stretches out, and the positioning pin 3 penetrates into the positioning holes of the lifting flange 4 and the moving flange 5 to play a role in mutually positioning the fixed flange 1, the lifting flange 4 and the moving flange 5 (see figure 3);
when the first vent hole 6 is deflated and the third vent hole 8 is ventilated, the piston is contracted (first-stage contraction), the positioning pin 3 is retracted into the positioning hole of the lifting flange 4 from the positioning hole of the moving flange 5, at the moment, the fixed flange 1 and the lifting flange 4 are still mutually positioned and connected, and the moving flange 5 is separated from the lifting flange 4 (see figure 2);
when the first vent hole 6 is deflated and the second vent hole 7 is inflated, the piston is contracted (second-stage contracted), the positioning pin 3 is retracted into the positioning hole of the fixed flange 1, the hoisting flange 4 and the moving flange 5 are separated from each other, and complete disengagement of the three flanges can be realized (positioning is released, see fig. 1).
The control valve is far away from the strong radioactive area where the positioning device provided by the invention is positioned, is arranged in a relatively safe environment, and controls an external air source to perform air charging and discharging operation on the vent hole on the air cylinder 2 through the vent pipe, so that the effect of remote control is realized.
Finally, the specific application of the invention is illustrated.
In a strong-radioactivity hot chamber, a cylinder 2 is arranged on a fixed flange 1 which needs to be frequently positioned and contacted and positioned, a control valve is arranged in a safe environment outside the hot chamber and used for controlling an external air source, and ventilation holes on the cylinder 2 are inflated and deflated through a ventilation pipe. According to the inflation and deflation operations of different vent holes, the frequent positioning and release positioning operations among the fixed flange 1, the lifting flange 4 and the movable flange 5 are realized, and in the whole operation process, workers are all in a safe environment and do not need to be close to a strong-radioactivity environment, so that radiation hazard is avoided, and the quick-wear control valve can be safely maintained at any time. The fixed flange 1 is fixed, the lifting flange 4 and the moving flange 5 are required to be positioned with the fixed flange 1, but the positioning frequency of the lifting flange 4 is low, the positioning frequency of the moving flange 5 is high, and frequent positioning and positioning releasing operations with the fixed flange 1 and the lifting flange 4 are required. When needed, the positioning pins 2 can be completely withdrawn from the lifting flange 4 and the moving flange 5, so that complete detachment can be realized among the three flanges.

when the first vent hole (6) is deflated and the second vent hole (7) is inflated, the piston is contracted, and the locating pin (3) is retracted into the locating hole of the fixed flange (1).
