Abstract
本发明公开了一种蝶阀,包括阀体,该阀体具有内腔,该内腔具有位于左侧的第一水口和位于右侧的第二水口,且该内腔内设有圈形的阀座以及可旋转的碟板,该碟板上固定有阀杆,该阀杆向上延伸至该阀体的外部,所述第一水口的开口部设有台阶,该阀座通过至少3个内六角螺钉固定于该台阶上,且该阀座和该台阶之间还通过该些内六角螺钉固定有外石墨垫圈,同时,该碟板的边侧固定有内石墨垫圈,该外石墨垫圈和该内石墨垫圈相配。本发明的优点是:部件不易损坏,且更换较为简单、使用成本较低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀主要由阀体、阀杆、蝶板和阀座组成。阀体呈圆筒形,轴向长度短,碟板位于阀体内。工作时,蝶板由阀杆带动,若转过90°,便能完成一次启闭,而改变蝶板的偏转角度,即可控制介质的流量。目前,蝶阀主要用于发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保、建筑给排水等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。
然而,蝶阀的阀座或碟板在工作时频繁发生摩擦,从而易于损坏,且更换任何一个部件均较为繁琐。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种蝶阀,它具有部件不易损坏,且更换较为简单、使用成本较低的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:蝶阀,包括阀体,该阀体具有内腔,该内腔具有位于左侧的第一水口和位于右侧的第二水口,且该内腔内设有圈形的阀座以及可旋转的碟板,该碟板上固定有阀杆,该阀杆向上延伸至该阀体的外部,所述第一水口的开口部设有台阶,该阀座通过至少3个内六角螺钉固定于该台阶上,且该阀座和该台阶之间还通过该些内六角螺钉固定有外石墨垫圈,同时,该碟板的边侧固定有内石墨垫圈,该外石墨垫圈和该内石墨垫圈相配。
所述碟板的左侧面上通过螺钉固定有环形的压板,该环形压板和该内石墨垫圈之间设有密封垫圈。
所述碟板和阀座的硬度不同。
所述碟板采用金属制备,阀座采用塑料制备。
所述碟板采用陶瓷制备,阀座采用铸铁制备。
采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:部件不易损坏,且更换较为简单、使用成本较低。本发明的蝶阀的阀座可拆卸的固定于第一水口处,在确保能够和碟板进行良好配合的前提下,便于随时进行更换,极为方便。同时,阀座和碟板之间通过石墨垫圈进行配合,降低了阀座和碟板磨损的几率,且使部件的使用寿命得到了延长。以及,阀座和碟板能够采用不同硬度的材质制备,从而使用者能够根据需要选择合适的搭配,有选择性的保护自己认为较为重要的部件,极大降低了产品的使用成本。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1所示:蝶阀,包括阀体10,该阀体10具有内腔,该内腔具有位于左侧的第一水口11和位于右侧的第二水口(图上未示出),且该内腔内设有圈形的阀座20以及可旋转的碟板30,该碟板30上固定有阀杆40,该阀杆40向上延伸至该阀体10的外部。
进一步的讲,该第一水口11的开口部设有台阶111。即,该第一水口11的左部的直径大于内部的直径。该阀座20通过至少3个内六角螺钉21固定于该台阶111上,且该阀座20和该台阶111之间还通过该些内六角螺钉21固定有外石墨垫圈22。显然,该外石墨垫圈22的内径应该小于该第一水口11的内部直径。同时,该碟板30的边侧固定有内石墨垫圈31,该外石墨垫圈22和该内石墨垫圈31相配。即,该外石墨垫圈22和该内石墨垫圈31接触后,即可实现该蝶阀的关闭。这样,该阀座20能够根据需要而更换,且阀座20和碟板30之间通过石墨垫圈(即外石墨垫圈和内石墨垫圈)进行密封配合,降低了阀座20和碟板30之间的磨损。
优化的,该碟板30的左侧面上通过螺钉321固定有环形的压板322,该环形压板322和该内石墨垫圈31之间设有密封垫圈323。这样,在一定程度上增加了该蝶阀的截断效果,且使内石墨垫圈31的装配和更换均较为方便。
继续优化,该碟板30和阀座20的硬度不同。比如,该碟板30采用金属制备,阀座20采用塑料制备;或者,该碟板30采用陶瓷制备,阀座20采用铸铁制备。这样,使蝶阀的使用更具有针对性,且使用成本较低。

1.蝶阀,包括阀体(10),该阀体(10)具有内腔,该内腔具有位于左侧的第一水口(11)和位于右侧的第二水口,且该内腔内设有圈形的阀座(20)以及可旋转的碟板(30),该碟板(30)上固定有阀杆(40),该阀杆(40)向上延伸至该阀体(10)的外部,其特征在于:所述第一水口(11)的开口部设有台阶(111),该阀座(20)通过至少3个内六角螺钉(21)固定于该台阶(111)上,且该阀座(20)和该台阶(111)之间还通过该些内六角螺钉(21)固定有外石墨垫圈(22),同时,该碟板(30)的边侧固定有内石墨垫圈(31),该外石墨垫圈(22)和该内石墨垫圈(31)相配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述碟板(30)的左侧面上通过螺钉(321)固定有环形的压板(322),该环形压板(322)和该内石墨垫圈(31)之间设有密封垫圈(323)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述碟板(30)和阀座(20)的硬度不同。
4.根据权利要求2所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述碟板(30)采用金属制备,阀座(20)采用塑料制备。
5.根据权利要求2所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述碟板(30)采用陶瓷制备,阀座(20)采用铸铁制备。
