背景技术
在许多产品中,例如在遍及全球的市场上销售的轴承,存在如下危险,即,这些产品被不合格材料仿制并被销售。由此产生高经济损失。然而,此外,更严重的是,使用不合格材料产生安全风险,所述不合格材料尤其在轴承的情况下还会导致人有危险。
但是由于通常仅能利用时间和开销密集的实验室分析来识别伪造,因此不能由客户或在展会上现场直接且快速地证明伪造。
在现有技术中在此已经尝试,通过在轴承部件上印制或雕刻代码来实现更高的防伪安全性。但是这样的代码对于造假者也是可见的并且同样能够被伪造。替换地提出了,对部件设置芯片,在该芯片上能够存储并且读取制造商信息。但是这样的芯片极其昂贵并且通常不能安装在小的部件上。此外,特别是在由塑料制成的轴承元件中的这样的芯片,在制造时由于塑料的高的熔化温度而被破坏,此外在布置轴承时可能成为机械薄弱处。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种至少部分地由塑料制成的轴承元件,该轴承元件是防伪的并且在该轴承元件情况下能够简单且快速地识别伪造的版本。
上述技术问题通过按照本发明的含塑料的轴承元件来解决。
按照本发明,提供一种含塑料的轴承元件,其至少部分地由塑料或塑料组合物制成。在此本发明基于如下思路,即,塑料或塑料组合物具有添加物,特别是安全颗粒,其可以解析地、特别是光学地被检测到。
这样的添加物/安全颗粒例如可以直接在合成塑料期间,也就是在塑料制造商处进行合成期间,或者在加工期间,也就是在(例如通过注塑、挤压、热成型、卷绕)形成轴承元件时,作为添加物、合成物或母料(Masterbatch)被添加,其使得可以明确识别原始的轴承组件并且可以与制造商对应。这样的已经公知的安全颗粒可以简单地借助解析测量法检测并且通常无问题地添加到塑料混合物中。因为可以简单地检测到这种安全颗粒,所以能够明确验证这样构造的轴承元件是真的。
在此特别有利的是,添加物是化学和热稳定的。由此其尤其可以在预计的高的塑料熔化温度下使用并且也可以在成型过程之前与塑料混合。
按照另一种优选的实施例,添加物包括色素,特别是反射色素,其使得能够进行特别简单的光学识别。在此特别有利的是,添加的反射色素在对于人眼不可见的波谱中,特别是在红外线和/或紫外线波谱中反射。这样的色素具有附加的优点,即,其不被裸眼所识别。由此产生更高的防伪安全性,因为产品剽窃不能区分这样的安全的产品与不安全的产品。
此外一种实施例是有利的,在该实施例中添加的色素包括可激光验证的色素,这种色素可以借助特定波长的激光来检测。与在红外线和/或紫外线波谱中反射的色素类似,该色素也不能被裸眼所识别,但可以简单地利用相应的设备来检测。这一点对于相应构造的轴承元件也保证了提高的防伪安全性。
按照另外的优选的实施例,添加物可以借助读取设备来检测。在此特别有利的是,读取设备被构造为辐射探测器,例如被构造为光电二极管,其对相应波长的光作出反应。在此,读取设备还可以具有辐射源,其确定具有由反射颗粒反射的波长的光。由此可以提供简单的防伪保护,因为可以将读取设备与轴承元件一起出售给客户,或者客户可以储备读取设备,并且可以直接且快速地检查此外购买的轴承元件的真实性。
按照另外的优选的实施例,塑料是热塑性塑料和/或热固性塑料和/或弹性塑料,或者包括热塑性塑料和/或热固性塑料和/或弹性塑料。因为轴承元件通常由这些塑料制成,因此特别有利的是,添加物恰好既不会化学地也不会机械地也不会热地影响这样的塑料,从而产品特性本身不受影响。
在此特别有利的是,用于容纳轴承的滚动体的保持架、轴承的密封件和/或滑动轴承的滑动层由这样的具有防伪的添加物的塑料制成。
总之,利用按照本发明的轴承元件可以提供低成本的防伪的轴承,其产品标记对于造假者是不可见的。此外,通过添加物的简单的解析可检测性,特别是光学可检测性,能够简单且快速地并且无需大的检查开销地验证真实性。此外,利用按照本发明的轴承元件可以提供允许明确且不可操纵的识别的轴承。因为该识别是明确的,所以分析结果甚至可以准许在法庭上作为证据。
Claims (8)
1.一种含塑料的轴承元件,所述轴承元件至少部分地由塑料或塑料组合物制成,其特征在于,塑料或塑料组合物具有添加物,特别是安全颗粒,其能够解析地、特别是光学地被检测到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承元件,其中,所述添加物是化学和热稳定的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承元件,其中,所述添加物包括色素,特别是反射色素。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴承元件,其中,添加的反射色素在对于人眼不可见的波谱中,特别是在红外线和/或紫外线波谱中反射。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的轴承元件,其中,添加的色素包括可激光验证的色素,其能够借助特定波长的激光来检测。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承元件,其中,所述添加物能够借助读取设备,特别是辐射探测器,优选光电二极管来检测。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承元件,其中,所述塑料是热塑性塑料和/或热固性塑料和/或弹性塑料,和/或包括热塑性塑料和/或热固性塑料和/或弹性塑料。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承元件,其中,所述轴承元件是用于容纳轴承的滚动体的保持架和/或轴承的密封件和/或滑动轴承的滑动层。
