本发明公开了一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料,该复合机械材料包括:钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒、明胶、聚乙烯醇、植物纤维、木塑复合材料、铝元素、镍元素、钛元素,其各组分的重量含量为:钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒10~20份、明胶20~30份、聚乙烯醇30~40份、植物纤维15~25份、木塑复合材料25~35份、铝元素10~20份、镍元素15~25份、钛元素15~25份。通过上述方式,本发明轴向滑动阻力小和磨损小,有效提高了传动效率。

一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料
技术领域
本发明涉及复合机械材料领域,特别是涉及一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料。
背景技术
传动轴总成主要由传动轴及其两端焊接的花键轴和万向节叉组成。传动轴中一般设有由滑动叉和花键轴组成的滑动花键,以实现传动长度的变化。为了减小滑动花键的轴向滑动阻力和磨损,有时对花键齿进行磷化处理或喷涂尼龙层;有的则在花键槽中放入滚针、滚柱或滚珠等滚动元件,以滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,提高传动效率。但这种结构较复杂,成本较高。有时对于有严重冲击载荷的传动,还采用具有弹性的传动轴。传动轴上的花键应有润滑及防尘措施,花键齿与键槽间隙不宜过大,且应按对应标记装配,以免装错破坏传动轴总成的动平衡。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料,轴向滑动阻力小和磨损小,有效提高了传动效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料,该复合机械材料包括:钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒、明胶、聚乙烯醇、植物纤维、木塑复合材料、铝元素、镍元素、钛元素,其各组分的重量含量为:钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒10~20份、明胶20~30份、聚乙烯醇30~40份、植物纤维15~25份、木塑复合材料25~35份、铝元素10~20份、镍元素15~25份、钛元素15~25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒的粒径为80~170nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的植物纤维为剑麻纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的植物纤维为椰子纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明轴向滑动阻力小和磨损小,有效提高了传动效率。

实施例2
一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料,该复合机械材料包括:粒径为170nm的钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒、明胶、聚乙烯醇、剑麻纤维椰子纤维、木塑复合材料、铝元素、镍元素、钛元素,其各组分的重量含量为:粒径为170nm的钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒15份、明胶25份、聚乙烯醇35份、剑麻纤维椰子纤维20份、木塑复合材料30份、铝元素15份、镍元素20份、钛元素20份。
实施例3
一种用于传动轴的复合机械材料,该复合机械材料包括:粒径为120nm的钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒、明胶、聚乙烯醇、剑麻纤维椰子纤维、木塑复合材料、铝元素、镍元素、钛元素,其各组分的重量含量为:粒径为120nm的钽铌酸钾纳米颗粒20份、明胶20份、聚乙烯醇30份、剑麻纤维椰子纤维15份、木塑复合材料25份、铝元素10份、镍元素15份、钛元素15份。
本发明用于传动轴的复合机械材料的有益效果是:本发明轴向滑动阻力小和磨损小,有效提高了传动效率。
