Abstract

本发明公开一种防水结构及具有该结构的充电枪,防水结构包括软质防水帽和拟防水件。防水帽具有帽顶和帽侧壁,帽侧壁向内凸伸形成第一延伸部,第一延伸部末端向下延伸形成第二延伸部,第二延伸部末端向外延伸形成第三延伸部。第一延伸部、第二延伸部、第三延伸部与帽侧壁之间形成开口槽。拟防水件具有槽孔,软质防水帽盖合于拟防水件的槽孔上,其中软质防水帽的开口槽扣于拟防水件的槽孔边缘上,不但能够实现对拟防水件的防水,而且还能防止软质防水帽的脱落,确保防水的稳定性和可靠性。拟防水件的凸部扣合于软质防水帽的卡槽内,能够进一步增强防水效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水结构及具有该结构的充电枪。
背景技术
汽车充电枪与充电桩配套使用,为方便汽车充电,充电桩应可能满足汽车充电需要,充电桩可能设置于各种场合包括露天环境中,这就需要充电枪必须具有防水效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水效果好的防水结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供防水结构包括软质防水帽和拟防水件,该防水帽具有帽顶和帽侧壁,帽侧壁向内凸伸形成第一延伸部,第一延伸部末端向下延伸形成第二延伸部,第二延伸部末端向外延伸形成第三延伸部。第一延伸部、第二延伸部、第三延伸部与帽侧壁之间形成开口槽。拟防水件具有槽孔,软质防水帽盖合于拟防水件的槽孔上,其中软质防水帽的开口槽扣于拟防水件的槽孔边缘上。
优选地,所述拟防水件于槽孔周缘向上凸伸有凸部,所述软质防水帽的第一延伸部、第二延伸部与所述帽侧壁之间围成有卡槽,所述凸部扣合于卡槽内。
优选地,所述第二延伸部向外凸伸有至少一夹持部,所述拟防水件于所述槽孔处开设有至少一夹持槽,所述夹持部夹持于所述夹持槽内。
优选地,所述帽顶向内凸伸有挤压部。
本发明还提供一种充电枪,充电枪壳体为所述拟防水件,所述开关按钮收容于软质防水帽的帽孔和拟防水件的槽孔内。
如上所述,本发明防水结构的软质防水帽盖合于拟防水件的槽孔上,软质防水帽的开口槽扣于拟防水件的槽孔边缘上,不但能够实现对拟防水件的防水,而且还能防止软质防水帽的脱落,确保防水的稳定性和可靠性。拟防水件的凸部扣合于软质防水帽的卡槽内,能够进一步增强防水效果。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明防水结构包括软质防水帽10和拟防水件20。
软质防水帽10具有帽顶11和帽侧壁12。帽侧壁12向内凸伸形成第一延伸部121,第一延伸部121末端向下延伸形成第二延伸部122,第二延伸部122末端向外延伸形成第三延伸部123。第一延伸部121、第二延伸部122、第三延伸部123与帽侧壁12之间形成开口槽13。
在本实施例中,拟防水件20为充电枪壳体,具有槽孔21。软质防水帽10盖合于拟防水件20的槽孔21上,其中软质防水帽10的开口槽13扣于拟防水件20的槽孔21边缘上。
拟防水件20于槽孔21周缘向上凸伸有凸部22。软质防水帽10的第一延伸部121、第二延伸部122与帽侧壁12之间围成有卡槽13,凸部22扣合于卡槽13内。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,第二延伸部122向外凸伸有至少一夹持部14,拟防水件20于槽孔21处开设有至少一夹持槽23,夹持部14夹持于夹持槽23内。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,帽顶11向内凸伸有挤压部111。在按压软质防水帽10的帽顶11时,帽顶11向内凸伸的挤压部111更容易与开关按钮30抵接。这里需要说明的是,开关按钮30收容于软质防水帽10的帽孔14和充电枪20的槽孔21内。
综上所述,本发明防水结构的软质防水帽10盖合于拟防水件20的槽孔上,软质防水帽10的开口槽13扣于拟防水件20的槽孔21边缘上,不但能够实现对拟防水件的防水,而且还能防止软质防水帽10的脱落,确保防水的稳定性和可靠性。拟防水件20的凸部22扣合于软质防水帽10的卡槽13内,能够进一步增强防水效果。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种防水结构,包括软质防水帽和拟防水件,该防水帽具有帽顶和帽侧壁,帽侧壁向内凸伸形成第一延伸部,第一延伸部末端向下延伸形成第二延伸部,第二延伸部末端向外延伸形成第三延伸部,第一延伸部、第二延伸部、第三延伸部与帽侧壁之间形成开口槽;所述拟防水件具有槽孔,所述软质防水帽盖合于所述拟防水件的槽孔上,其中所述软质防水帽的开口槽扣于所述拟防水件的槽孔边缘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水结构,其特征在于:所述拟防水件于槽孔周缘向上凸伸有凸部,所述软质防水帽的第一延伸部、第二延伸部与所述帽侧壁之间围成有卡槽,所述凸部扣合于卡槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水结构,其特征在于:所述第二延伸部向外凸伸有至少一夹持部,所述拟防水件于所述槽孔处开设有至少一夹持槽,所述夹持部夹持于所述夹持槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水结构,其特征在于:所述帽顶向内凸伸有挤压部。
5.一种防水充电枪,包括充电枪壳体和开关按钮,其特征在于:该充电枪具有权利要求1至4任一项所述的防水结构,所述充电枪壳体为拟防水件,所述开关按钮收容于软质防水帽的帽孔和拟防水件的槽孔内。
