Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于更换刀具的切割机构,所述切割机构包括切割电机、以及与切割电机传动连接的切割转轴;其中,还包括用于安装刀盒的刀架本体、装有刀具的刀盒、以及压住刀盒的压板;所述刀架本体上设有放置刀盒的内腔;所述内腔上设有若干个安装刀盒的独立空间;所述刀盒依次插入所述独立空间内,刀盒的上方用压板压住。本发明通过将刀具设置在刀盒内,通过弹簧使分切刀紧紧压在切割转轴上,并可通过调节螺钉调整刀刃的切割压力,获得很好的切割效果。另外,将刀盒设置成独立模块,无论是刀盒的安装、调校还是刀盒的维修、更换都十分方便。很好地解决了现有砂布切割机构中存在的无法调整每把刀具的压力、刀具更换繁琐的技术问题。

一种便于更换刀具的切割机构
技术领域
本发明涉及千页轮自动生产线领域,尤其涉及一种便于更换刀具的切割机构。
背景技术
砂布分切成砂带是生产千页轮工艺当中的一个步骤。现有的做法是将刀具设置在同一根轴上,通过对轴施加压力来切割砂布,随着各把刀具不同程度的磨损,每把刀切割砂布所要的压力都不一样,现有的做法显然无法满足,所以导致砂带切开不齐或切不断。另外,更换刀具时需要把轴抽出,将磨损刀具逐一卸下,然后逐一安装,步骤繁琐,浪费时间。
因此现有用于砂布切割机构的技术需要进一步改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于更换刀具的切割机构,旨在解决现有砂布切割机构中存在的无法调整每把刀具的压力、刀具更换繁琐的技术问题。
本发明所设计的技术方案如下:
一种便于更换刀具的切割机构,所述切割机构包括切割电机、以及与切割电机传动连接的切割转轴;其中,还包括用于安装刀盒的刀架本体、装有刀具的刀盒、以及压住刀盒的压板;所述刀架本体固定在切割转轴上方,其上设有放置刀盒的内腔;所述内腔上设有若干个安装刀盒的独立空间,所述独立空间之间用隔板隔开;所述刀盒依次插入所述独立空间内,刀盒的上方用压板压住,压板的两端固定在刀架本体上。
所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其中,所述刀盒包括刀盒本体、将砂布切割成一条条砂带的分切刀、利用弹力将分切刀紧紧压在切割转轴上的弹性部件;所述刀盒本体底部设有安装分切刀的凹腔;所述分切刀上设有一支撑连杆;所述支撑连杆与分切刀铰接,其一端与刀盒本体活动连接;所述弹性部件一端抵住刀盒本体,另一端压在支撑连杆的另一端上。
所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其中,所述支撑连杆一端与刀盒本体铰接,并以此为支点转动。
所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其中,所述刀盒本体上还设有安装弹性部件的螺纹通孔、以及调节分切刀压力的调节螺钉;所述螺纹通孔从刀盒本体的顶部一直延伸至底部的凹腔;所述调节螺钉设置于螺纹通孔顶部,与通孔螺纹连接;所述弹性部件的一端与调节螺钉相抵接,另一端压住支撑连杆。
所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其中,所述弹性部件设置为压缩弹簧。
综上所述,本发明通过将刀具设置在刀盒内,通过弹簧使分切刀紧紧压在切割转轴上,并可通过调节螺钉调整刀刃的切割压力,获得很好的切割效果。另外,将刀盒设置成独立模块,无论是刀盒的安装、调校还是刀盒的维修、更换都十分方便。很好地解决了现有砂布切割机构中存在的无法调整每把刀具的压力、刀具更换繁琐的技术问题。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种便于更换刀具的切割机构,该切割机构将每一把刀具分开设置,通过弹性部件的作用力使刀具压在切割转轴A230上。刀具在磨损后可以调节弹性部件的压力,使切割压力保持恒定,或者单独更换该刀具,使用和维修都十分方便。
具体的,结合图1和图2所示,所述切割机构包括切割电机A240、以及与切割电机A240传动连接的切割转轴A230;切割电机A240启动后带动切割转轴A230转动,刀具和砂布随切割转轴A230转动。其中,所述切割机构还包括用于安装刀盒A100的刀架本体A210、装有刀具的刀盒A100、以及压住刀盒A100的压板A220。所述刀架本体A210固定在切割转轴A230上方,其上设有放置刀盒A100的内腔。所述内腔上设有若干个安装刀盒A100的独立空间,所述独立空间之间用隔板隔开。所述刀盒A100依次插入所述独立空间内,刀盒A100的上方通过压板A220压住,压板A220的两端固定在刀架本体A210上。刀盒A100成排地安装在刀架上,隔板限制刀盒A100的左右摆动,而压板A220压在刀盒A100上防止切割时刀盒A100跳动。
具体的,如图3和图4所示,所述刀盒A100包括刀盒本体A110、将砂布切割成一条条砂带的分切刀A120、利用弹力将分切刀A120紧紧压在切割转轴A230上的弹性部件A130。所述刀盒本体A110底部设有安装分切刀A120的凹腔A140。所述分切刀A120上设有一支撑连杆A150。所述支撑连杆A150与分切刀A120铰接,其一端与刀盒本体A110活动连接。所述弹性部件A130一端抵住刀盒本体A110,另一端压在支撑连杆A150的另一端上。在弹性部件A130的弹力作用下,支撑连杆A150可以绕该活动连接的支点向下运动,分切刀A120被紧紧压在切割转轴A230上,即使刀刃磨损后,刀刃上的压力也只是产生微小变化,并不影响切割的效果。
优选的,所述支撑连杆A150的一端与刀盒本体A110铰接,并以此为支点转动。
进一步,为了便于安装分切刀A120及弹性部件A130,同时为了方便调节分切刀A120刀刃处的压力,本实施例中所述刀盒本体A110上还设有安装弹性部件A130的螺纹通孔、以及调节分切刀A120压力的调节螺钉A160。所述螺纹通孔从刀盒本体A110的顶部一直延伸至底部的凹腔A140。所述调节螺钉A160设置于螺纹通孔顶部,与螺纹通孔连接。所述弹性部件A130安装在螺纹通孔内,其一端与调节螺钉A160相抵接,另一端压住支撑连杆A150。在安装刀盒A100时,将其置于切割工位上方固定,然后将弹性部件A130置于螺纹通孔内,最后装上调节螺钉A160并拧紧到合适的位置即可,操作简单,使用方便。另外,由于切割转轴A230上要设置多把分切刀A120,在使用过程中每把刀刃的磨损程度都不一样,工人可以分别对不同刀盒A100分别调整,时刀刃工作在最合适的压力之下,达到最高效率。
优选的,考虑到设备的成本需求和维修的成本高低,本实施例优选将所述弹性部件A130设置为压缩弹簧。
本发明所提供的切割机构在工作时,需要启动切割电机A240,在切割电机A240的带动下,切割转轴A230转动,向收卷方向送料;由于砂布是在切割转轴A230和分切刀A120之间,分切刀A120把砂布紧紧地压在切割转轴A230上,当切割转轴A230转动时,通过摩擦力带着砂布前进,同时分切刀A120也在摩擦力作用下转动,对砂布进行切割。
本发明所提供的刀架本体A210至少设置一个,当设置为两个时,切出来的砂带宽度减半,因此可以根据实际需求使用多个刀架本体A210,只要每个刀架本体A210的分切刀A120相互错位即可。
综上所述,本发明通过将刀具设置在刀盒A100内,通过弹簧使分切刀A120紧紧压在切割转轴A230上,并可通过调节螺钉A160调整刀刃的切割压力,获得很好的切割效果。另外,将刀盒A100设置成独立模块,无论是刀盒A100的安装、调校还是刀盒A100的维修、更换都十分方便。很好地解决了现有砂布切割机构中存在的无法调整每把刀具的压力、刀具更换繁琐的技术问题。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,例如,对本发明中的各组分的常见/惯用的替换等,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种便于更换刀具的切割机构,所述切割机构包括切割电机、以及与切割电机传动连接的切割转轴;其特征在于,还包括用于安装刀盒的刀架本体、装有刀具的刀盒、以及压住刀盒的压板;所述刀架本体固定在切割转轴上方,其上设有放置刀盒的内腔;所述内腔上设有若干个安装刀盒的独立空间,所述独立空间之间用隔板隔开;所述刀盒依次插入所述独立空间内,刀盒的上方用压板压住,压板的两端固定在刀架本体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其特征在于,所述刀盒包括刀盒本体、将砂布切割成一条条砂带的分切刀、利用弹力将分切刀紧紧压在切割转轴上的弹性部件;所述刀盒本体底部设有安装分切刀的凹腔;所述分切刀上设有一支撑连杆;所述支撑连杆与分切刀铰接,其一端与刀盒本体活动连接;所述弹性部件一端抵住刀盒本体,另一端压在支撑连杆的另一端上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其特征在于,所述支撑连杆一端与刀盒本体铰接,并以此为支点转动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其特征在于,所述刀盒本体上还设有安装弹性部件的螺纹通孔、以及调节分切刀压力的调节螺钉;所述螺纹通孔从刀盒本体的顶部一直延伸至底部的凹腔;所述调节螺钉设置于螺纹通孔顶部,与通孔螺纹连接;所述弹性部件的一端与调节螺钉相抵接,另一端压住支撑连杆。
5.根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的便于更换刀具的切割机构,其特征在于,所述弹性部件设置为压缩弹簧。
