Abstract
本发明公开了一种无烟环保焊条,包括:焊芯以及将焊芯包裹的焊皮,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5~66.5份、锰铁11~22份、镁铝合金15~36份、石英20~36份、艾叶21~42份、草麻黄23~45份、积雪草13~48份和粘结剂28~46份。通过上述方式,本发明无烟环保焊条能够净化焊缝,避免在焊接时产生大量的烟雾,同时能够形成美观的焊缝,提高焊缝的质量,优化焊接环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种无烟环保焊条。
背景技术
焊条是在气焊或电焊时熔化填充在焊接工件的接合处的金属条,它是由药皮和焊芯两部分组成的。药皮在焊接过程中分解熔化后形成气体和熔渣,起到机械保护、冶金处理、改善工艺性能的作用。
目前在焊接过程中常常会产生较大的烟雾,这样会影响焊接的工作环境,对焊接工作人员造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种无烟环保焊条,能够净化焊缝,避免在焊接时产生大量的烟雾,同时能够形成美观的焊缝,提高焊缝的质量,优化焊接环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种无烟环保焊条,包括:焊芯以及将焊芯包裹的焊皮,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5~66.5份、锰铁11~22份、镁铝合金15~36份、石英20~36份、艾叶21~42份、草麻黄23~45份、积雪草13~48份和粘结剂28~46份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘结剂为龙胶、膨润土或马铃薯淀粉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5份、锰铁11份、镁铝合金15份、石英20份、艾叶21份、草麻黄23份、积雪草13份和龙胶28份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石44.5份、锰铁16.5份、镁铝合金25.5份、石英28份、艾叶31.5份、草麻黄34份、积雪草30.5份和膨润土37份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石66.5份、锰铁22份、镁铝合金36份、石英36份、艾叶42份、草麻黄45份、积雪草48份和马铃薯淀粉46份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明无烟环保焊条能够净化焊缝,避免在焊接时产生大量的烟雾,同时能够形成美观的焊缝,提高焊缝的质量,优化焊接环境。

本发明实施例包括:
一种无烟环保焊条,包括:焊芯以及将焊芯包裹的焊皮,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5~66.5份、锰铁11~22份、镁铝合金15~36份、石英20~36份、艾叶21~42份、草麻黄23~45份、积雪草13~48份和粘结剂28~46份。
所述粘结剂为龙胶、膨润土或马铃薯淀粉。
实施例一
一种无烟环保焊条,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5份、锰铁11份、镁铝合金15份、石英20份、艾叶21份、草麻黄23份、积雪草13份和龙胶28份。
实施例二
一种无烟环保焊条,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石44.5份、锰铁16.5份、镁铝合金25.5份、石英28份、艾叶31.5份、草麻黄34份、积雪草30.5份和膨润土37份。
实施例三
一种无烟环保焊条,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石66.5份、锰铁22份、镁铝合金36份、石英36份、艾叶42份、草麻黄45份、积雪草48份和马铃薯淀粉46份。
本发明无烟环保焊条的有益效果是:
能够净化焊缝,避免在焊接时产生大量的烟雾,同时能够形成美观的焊缝,提高焊缝的质量,优化焊接环境。

1.一种无烟环保焊条,其特征在于,包括:焊芯以及将焊芯包裹的焊皮,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5~66.5份、锰铁11~22份、镁铝合金15~36份、石英20~36份、艾叶21~42份、草麻黄23~45份、积雪草13~48份和粘结剂28~46份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无烟环保焊条,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为龙胶、膨润土或马铃薯淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一所述的无烟环保焊条,其特征在于,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石22.5份、锰铁11份、镁铝合金15份、石英20份、艾叶21份、草麻黄23份、积雪草13份和龙胶28份。
4.根据权利要求1~2任一所述的无烟环保焊条,其特征在于,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石44.5份、锰铁16.5份、镁铝合金25.5份、石英28份、艾叶31.5份、草麻黄34份、积雪草30.5份和膨润土37份。
5.根据权利要求1~2任一所述的无烟环保焊条,其特征在于,所述焊皮由下列重量份数的物质组成:金红石66.5份、锰铁22份、镁铝合金36份、石英36份、艾叶42份、草麻黄45份、积雪草48份和马铃薯淀粉46份。
