本发明公开了一种用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪,包括枪架,所述枪架为可导电枪架,枪架上连接有连接套,连接套上连接有绝缘套,绝缘套上连接有外枪管,外枪管的端部连接有喷嘴;喷嘴、外枪管、绝缘套和连接套的内腔形成一进气腔,进气腔仅靠近枪架的一端封闭,进气腔上设有进气口,进气腔内设有内枪管,内枪管一端穿出进气腔的封闭端且其另一端上连接有导电嘴,导电嘴位于喷嘴内,内枪管和导电嘴的内腔形成焊丝通道,内枪管和导电嘴与进气腔的内壁之间均设有间隙,内枪管与枪架电连接以使焊机的焊接电流能通过枪架、内枪管传到导电嘴上。该结构的焊枪,具有结构简单、使用寿命长和使用成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪。
背景技术
氩弧焊是在普通电弧焊的原理的基础上,利用氩气对金属焊材的保护,通过高电流使焊材在被焊基材上融化成液态形成熔池,使被焊金属和焊材达到冶金结合的一种焊接技术。焊枪是实现焊接的关键部件,现有的焊枪通过电弧在钨极和工件之间燃烧,将焊丝熔化与工件熔接在一起以此实现焊接,上述焊枪的钨极作为电极,钨极需经常更换,导致焊枪的使用寿命短和使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、使用寿命长和使用成本低的焊枪。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种如下结构的用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪,包括枪架,其结构特点是:所述枪架为可导电枪架,枪架上连接有连接套,连接套上连接有绝缘套,绝缘套上连接有外枪管,外枪管的端部连接有喷嘴;喷嘴、外枪管、绝缘套和连接套的内腔形成一进气腔,进气腔仅靠近枪架的一端封闭,进气腔上设有进气口,进气腔内设有内枪管,内枪管一端穿出进气腔的封闭端且其另一端上连接有导电嘴,导电嘴位于喷嘴内,内枪管和导电嘴的内腔形成焊丝通道,内枪管和导电嘴与进气腔的内壁之间均设有间隙,内枪管与枪架电连接以使焊机的焊接电流能通过枪架、内枪管传到导电嘴上。
所述绝缘套的内壁上设有环凸,环凸将绝缘套的内腔分隔为连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔,环凸上设有连通连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔的连通孔;连接套插在连接套插入腔内、内枪管插在外枪管插入腔内,从而实现连接套、绝缘套和内枪管的依次插装的连接方式。
所述外枪管通过端面与枪架进行连接,从而使枪架将进气腔的一端封闭;所述枪架上设有内枪管穿装孔,内枪管穿出进气腔的一端穿过内枪管穿装孔,内枪管与内枪管穿装孔密封配合且内枪管与枪架固接。
所述外枪管的管壁内环设有进水腔,进水腔的一端设有进水口、另一端设有出水口。
本发明使用时,焊丝直接通过内枪管到达焊接区,且焊丝作电极,并被不断熔化填入熔池,冷凝后形成焊缝,因而避免了现有产品的钨极需要更换的缺点,因而具有结构简单、使用寿命长和使用成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪包括枪架1,枪架1用于焊枪与焊机连接,所述枪架1为可导电枪架,例如可用金属材料制成。枪架1上连接有连接套2,连接套2上连接有绝缘套3,绝缘套3上连接有外枪管4;所述绝缘套3的内壁上设有环凸10,环凸10将绝缘套3的内腔分隔为连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔,环凸10上设有连通连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔的连通孔;连接套2插在连接套插入腔内、内枪管7插在外枪管插入腔内,从而实现连接套2、绝缘套3和内枪管7的依次插装的连接方式;连接套2、绝缘套3和内枪管7依次插装后,绝缘套3的内腔只剩下连通孔所在的部段。外枪管4的端部连接有喷嘴5;喷嘴5、外枪管4、绝缘套3和连接套2的内腔形成一进气腔6。进气腔6仅靠近枪架1的一端封闭,即所述外枪管4通过端面与枪架1进行连接,从而使枪架1将进气腔6的一端封闭。进气腔6上设有进气口15,进气腔6内设有内枪管7,内枪管7一端穿过设在枪架1上的内枪管穿装孔,从而实现内枪管7的一端穿出进气腔6的封闭端。内枪管7与内枪管穿装孔密封配合且内枪管7与枪架1固接,以使内枪管7与枪架1形成电连接,从而可使焊机的焊接电流能通过枪架1、内枪管7传到导电嘴8上。枪架1上还连接有套装在内枪管7穿出部段上的加强套14,以提高内枪管7的连接强度。内枪管7的另一端上连接有导电嘴8,导电嘴8位于喷嘴5内,内枪管7和导电嘴8的内腔形成焊丝通道9,内枪管7和导电嘴8与进气腔6的内壁之间均设有间隙。外枪管4的管壁内环设有进水腔11,进水腔11的一端设有进水口12、另一端设有出水口13。
本发明的使用方式如下所述。通过枪架1将焊枪与焊机连接后并将焊机的阳极与枪架1进行电连接,将进水口12和出水口13接通循环水以进行冷却,将进气口15与氩气供送装置连通,以进行气体保护,将焊接工件与焊机的阴极进行电连接,通过送丝机将焊丝送入内枪管7,启动焊机就可进行焊接。

1.一种用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪,包括枪架(1),其特征是:所述枪架(1)为可导电枪架,枪架(1)上连接有连接套(2),连接套(2)上连接有绝缘套(3),绝缘套(3)上连接有外枪管(4),外枪管(4)的端部连接有喷嘴(5);喷嘴(5)、外枪管(4)、绝缘套(3)和连接套(2)的内腔形成一进气腔(6),进气腔(6)仅靠近枪架(1)的一端封闭,进气腔(6)上设有进气口(15),进气腔(6)内设有内枪管(7),内枪管(7)一端穿出进气腔(6)的封闭端且其另一端上连接有导电嘴(8),导电嘴(8)位于喷嘴(5)内,内枪管(7)和导电嘴(8)的内腔形成焊丝通道(9),内枪管(7)和导电嘴(8)与进气腔(6)腔的内壁之间均设有间隙,内枪管(7)与枪架(1)电连接以使焊机的焊接电流能通过枪架(1)、内枪管(7)传到导电嘴(8)上;所述绝缘套(3)的内壁上设有环凸(10),环凸(10)将绝缘套(3)的内腔分隔为连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔,环凸(10)上设有连通连接套插入腔和外枪管插入腔的连通孔;连接套(2)插在连接套插入腔内、内枪管(7)插在外枪管插入腔内,从而实现连接套(2)、绝缘套(3)和内枪管(7)的依次插装的连接方式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪, 其特征是:所述外枪管(4)通过端面与枪架(1)进行连接,从而使枪架(1)将进气腔(6)的一端封闭;所述枪架(1)上设有内枪管穿装孔,内枪管(7)穿出进气腔(6)的一端穿过内枪管穿装孔,内枪管(7)与内枪管穿装孔密封配合且内枪管(7)与枪架(1)固接。
3.根据权利要求1或2 所述的用于铜件与钢件焊接的焊枪, 其特征是:所述外枪管(4)的管壁内环设有进水腔(11),进水腔(11)的一端设有进水口(12)、另一端设有出水口(13)。
