本发明涉及中药配方，特别是一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉及制备方法。
背景技术
目前治疗失眠药物，人们常服用安定等抗精神病西药，但其成瘾性、依赖性和毒副作用，患者长期依赖安定类西药会对肝肾造成的刺激，甚至导致更多的并发症，让患者深受其害。中药疗法避免了西药治疗的耐药性和依赖性，中医中药治疗失眠，不论是从调整体质，还是从远期疗效上，都要优于强力镇静的西药。本发明采用中药治疗，治疗指数高，安全性高。基本不改变正常的生理睡眠结构，不易产生耐受性、依赖性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：针对上述的技术问题，提供一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉，由以下原料药材制成：郁金3份、丹参4份、琥珀4份、钩藤3份、泽泻2份、磁石6份、竹茹3份、红花2份、黄连5份、茯神4份、菊花5份、白芍6份、枳实7份、朱茯神3份、夜交藤4份、炙远志3份、柏子仁丸4份。
进一步地，一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉的制备方法为：按重量配份配比称取郁金、丹参、琥珀、钩藤、泽泻、磁石、竹茹、红花、黄连、茯神、菊花、白芍、枳实、朱茯神、夜交藤、炙远志、柏子仁丸为原料；将上述原料药材分别用温开水洗净，烘干；将干燥后的各原料粉碎至100～200目，均匀混合，灭菌，包装，即得。
一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉的使用方法为：每晚睡前3小时之前，泡脚效果最佳，每次一小包，将泡脚粉与2500-3500毫升水混和，加热至沸腾后维持微沸3-5分钟，将煮沸的药液倒入洗脚盆中，把双脚置于木桶夹层上，用浴足毛巾盖住木桶，让药效通过蒸汽熏蒸脚部，当药液温度凉至38～50℃即可泡脚，把双脚置于药液中再浸泡10-20分钟即可。
本发明的有益效果为：具有疗效显著、无毒副作用、不易产生依赖性的特点。

实施例
郁金3份、丹参4份、琥珀4份、钩藤3份、泽泻2份、磁石6份、竹茹3份、红花2份、黄连5份、茯神4份、菊花5份、白芍6份、枳实7份、朱茯神3份、夜交藤4份、炙远志3份、柏子仁丸4份。
制备方法：
1、根据一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉的配方称取具体份量的郁金、丹参、琥珀、钩藤、泽泻、磁石、竹茹、红花、黄连、茯神、菊花、白芍、枳实、朱茯神、夜交藤、炙远志、柏子仁丸为原料；
2、将上述各原料分别用温开水洗净，烘干；
3、将干燥后的各原料粉碎至100～200目，均匀混合，灭菌，包装，即得。
使用方法：每晚睡前3小时之前，泡脚效果最佳，每次一小包，将泡脚粉与2500-3500毫升水混和，加热至沸腾后维持微沸3-5分钟，将煮沸的药液倒入洗脚盆中，把双脚置于木桶夹层上，用浴足毛巾盖住木桶，让药效通过蒸汽熏蒸脚部，当药液温度凉至38～50℃即可泡脚，把双脚置于药液中再浸泡10-20分钟即可。注意：洗脚盆不能选用塑料桶，因为塑料桶遇热会释放化学危。

病例一：李智其，37岁，男，公司职员。失眠症状：入睡困难，易醒，早醒。平均睡眠时间不足4小时，偶见整夜失眠。使用该泡脚粉泡脚20天后，睡眠时间可延长至5—7小时，入睡相对较易。血压有所下降，食欲有所增加，脸色有血色。
病例二：刘丽，30岁，女，部门主管。巨大的工作压力让刘女士每天睡觉都是翻来覆去、半梦半醒的状态。严重时甚至彻夜不眠，长期失眠让刘女士痛苦不堪，使用该泡脚粉泡脚一个月后，刘女士睡眠情况好转，使用2个月达到了拥有良好睡眠的状态。
病例三：林婷婷，23岁，大学生。考研压力大，入睡困难，时常觉醒、睡而不稳，有时醒后不能再入睡、晨醒过早，白天昏沉欲睡，严重影响生活和学习。使用该泡脚粉泡脚半个月后，患者入睡快，深睡时间变长，每晚梦少，睡过之后精力全面恢复，白天大脑清醒。
病例四：罗力胜，45岁，大学教师。该患者工作压力大，整天忙碌紧张，白天劳累一天没有时间休息，夜间辗转难眠，难以入睡，感觉精神疲乏，力不从心，情绪起伏大，工作效率低。使用该泡脚粉泡脚45天后，睡眠质量大大提高，睡得香、睡得实、不容易被惊醒，对声音没有任何感觉，对灯光没有敏感。

1.一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉，其特征在于原料药材按重量配份配比如下：郁金3份、丹参4份、琥珀4份、钩藤3份、泽泻2份、磁石6份、竹茹3份、红花2份、黄连5份、茯神4份、菊花5份、白芍6份、枳实7份、朱茯神3份、夜交藤4份、炙远志3份、柏子仁丸4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗失眠的泡脚粉的制备方法为：按重量配份配比称取郁金、丹参、琥珀、钩藤、泽泻、磁石、竹茹、红花、黄连、茯神、菊花、白芍、枳实、朱茯神、夜交藤、炙远志、柏子仁丸为原料；将上述原料药材分别用温开水洗净，烘干；将干燥后的各原料粉碎至100～200目，均匀混合，灭菌，包装，即得。
