<b>本发明公开了一种治疗牛皮癣制剂及其制备方法,该治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉</b><b>55-65</b><b>%、</b><b>纳米级</b><b>电气石细粉10-15%、蛇床子提取物10-25%、白矾细粉10-15%、无花果叶提取物5-10%、纳米级银粉0.1%-0.5%。</b><b>该制剂以深入到皮肤深层甚至血液抑制牛皮癣组织细胞的活性,控制病变细胞的合成及繁殖,提高自身免疫力,促进表皮细胞恢复正常,自然更新,最后治愈牛皮癣。</b>

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域,特别涉及一种治疗牛皮癣制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛皮癣是一种皮肤顽疾,患牛皮癣后,令人又痒又烦,坐立不安,令患者心烦。久治不愈,令医生头疼。目前尚无特效药物能够治疗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,该制剂以深入到皮肤深层甚至血液抑制牛皮癣组织细胞的活性,控制病变细胞的合成及繁殖,提高自身免疫力,促进表皮细胞恢复正常,自然更新,最后治愈牛皮癣。
本发明的技术方案是:一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉55-65%、纳米级电气石细粉10-15%、蛇床子提取物10-25%、白矾细粉10-15%、无花果叶提取物5-10%、纳米级银粉0.1%-0.5%;
优选地,一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg;
优选地,一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg;
上述一种治疗牛皮癣制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:上述无花果提取物的制备步骤如下:
A、将无花果碎至重2-3g重粒径,晒干,然后以饮水浸泡24-48小时,并不断搅拌;
B、用离心机将A中的无花果分离出来,浸泡液储存备用;
C、将B得到的无花果在温度为50-65℃,真空罐压力为0.1-0.3MPa条件下烘干;
D、向C烘干的无花果中加入其重量5倍的石油醚浸泡8小时后,取出无花果,将乙醚在真空罐内以负压0.1MPa、温度为45℃条件下,使石油醚分离,得到无花果分离物;
E、将步骤B得到的浸泡液与D得到的无花果分离物混合,过1200筛孔后过滤,弃去未通过残渣,然后置入真空罐内,以65℃,负压0.1-0.3MPa将水分降至12%-15%即得无花果提取物备用;
步骤二:将蛇床子以75%酒精浸泡48小时,使蛇床子与酒精分离,用酒尾回收器回收酒精,再次利用,将上述浸泡的蛇床子过1200筛孔后过滤,弃去未通过残渣,然后置入真空罐内,以65℃,负压0.1-0.3MPa将水分降至12%-15%%即得蛇床子提取物备用;
步骤三:将银在80℃温度下细化处理,细化致1-3纳米得到纳米级银粉;
步骤四:将砭石在80℃温度下细化处理,细化致100纳米得到纳米级砭石细粉;
步骤五:将电气石在80℃温度下细化处理,细化致100纳米得到纳米级电气石细粉;
步骤六:将明矾在80℃温度下细化处理,细化致过200目筛得到白矾细粉;
步骤七:将上述步骤得到的纳米级砭石细粉、电气石纳米级细粉、蛇床子提取物、白矾细粉、无花果叶提取物、纳米级银粉原料通过120目筛,混合均匀,即可得到一种治疗牛皮癣制剂。
本发明的优点效果是:本发明经过试验表明,可有有效治疗牛皮癣,疗程短,皮肤修复快。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
实施例1:
一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,取按上述方法制备好的下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg;混合即可得到治疗牛皮癣制剂,根据患者牛皮癣部位以下列两种形式调配:如患者牛皮癣在肢干处(手、臂、眼等处,以油脂调制,以使本配方原料能附着在患处表面,矿物油凡士林或芝麻油均匀。如果患处在平面较大处,将上述制剂以毛刷刷在其表面上,以覆盖面大于患面的胶布盖严即可。
实施例2:
一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,取按上述方法制备好的下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg;如患面在想多较平的背、腹部,可将该试剂用毛刷均匀的刷在患处表面,以面积大于换面的胶布贴于换面,如患面在手腕等易脱落处,应以凡士林或香油将本制剂混匀,涂抹在患处。
实施例1中,杀灭微生物杀菌作用较强。应在治疗初期,以杀菌为主,已阻止细菌病毒再危害患者机体。
实施例2中,以活血化瘀的材料较多。该制剂待第一治疗阶段过后,即细菌病毒被控制后,应以促进皮肤再生为主。如电气石、砭石、可发出极远红外线,超声波脉冲,及电气石表面微电流可作用于深层皮肤,促使患处生肌,恢复原态。

1.一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉55-65%、纳米级电气石细粉10-15%、蛇床子提取物10-25%、白矾细粉10-15%、无花果叶提取物5-10%、纳米级银粉0.1%-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的材料生产而成:纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:上述无花果提取物的制备步骤如下:
A、将无花果碎至重2-3g重粒径,晒干,然后以饮水浸泡24-48小时,并不断搅拌;
B、用离心机将A中的无花果分离出来,浸泡液储存备用;
