Abstract
<b>本发明公开了一种治疗牛皮癣制剂及其制备方法，该治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉</b><b>55-65</b><b>％、</b><b>纳米级</b><b>电气石细粉10-15％、蛇床子提取物10-25％、白矾细粉10-15％、无花果叶提取物5-10％、纳米级银粉0.1％-0.5％。</b><b>该制剂以深入到皮肤深层甚至血液抑制牛皮癣组织细胞的活性，控制病变细胞的合成及繁殖，提高自身免疫力，促进表皮细胞恢复正常，自然更新，最后治愈牛皮癣。</b>

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗牛皮癣制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛皮癣是一种皮肤顽疾，患牛皮癣后，令人又痒又烦，坐立不安，令患者心烦。久治不愈，令医生头疼。目前尚无特效药物能够治疗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，该制剂以深入到皮肤深层甚至血液抑制牛皮癣组织细胞的活性，控制病变细胞的合成及繁殖，提高自身免疫力，促进表皮细胞恢复正常，自然更新，最后治愈牛皮癣。
本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉55-65％、纳米级电气石细粉10-15％、蛇床子提取物10-25％、白矾细粉10-15％、无花果叶提取物5-10％、纳米级银粉0.1％-0.5％；
优选地，一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg；
优选地，一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg；
上述一种治疗牛皮癣制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：上述无花果提取物的制备步骤如下：
A、将无花果碎至重2-3g重粒径，晒干，然后以饮水浸泡24-48小时，并不断搅拌；
B、用离心机将A中的无花果分离出来，浸泡液储存备用；
C、将B得到的无花果在温度为50-65℃，真空罐压力为0.1-0.3MPa条件下烘干；
D、向C烘干的无花果中加入其重量5倍的石油醚浸泡8小时后，取出无花果，将乙醚在真空罐内以负压0.1MPa、温度为45℃条件下，使石油醚分离，得到无花果分离物；
E、将步骤B得到的浸泡液与D得到的无花果分离物混合，过1200筛孔后过滤，弃去未通过残渣，然后置入真空罐内，以65℃，负压0.1-0.3MPa将水分降至12％-15％即得无花果提取物备用；
步骤二：将蛇床子以75％酒精浸泡48小时，使蛇床子与酒精分离，用酒尾回收器回收酒精，再次利用，将上述浸泡的蛇床子过1200筛孔后过滤，弃去未通过残渣，然后置入真空罐内，以65℃，负压0.1-0.3MPa将水分降至12％-15％％即得蛇床子提取物备用；
步骤三：将银在80℃温度下细化处理，细化致1-3纳米得到纳米级银粉；
步骤四：将砭石在80℃温度下细化处理，细化致100纳米得到纳米级砭石细粉；
步骤五：将电气石在80℃温度下细化处理，细化致100纳米得到纳米级电气石细粉；
步骤六：将明矾在80℃温度下细化处理，细化致过200目筛得到白矾细粉；
步骤七：将上述步骤得到的纳米级砭石细粉、电气石纳米级细粉、蛇床子提取物、白矾细粉、无花果叶提取物、纳米级银粉原料通过120目筛，混合均匀，即可得到一种治疗牛皮癣制剂。
本发明的优点效果是：本发明经过试验表明，可有有效治疗牛皮癣，疗程短，皮肤修复快。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明：
实施例1：
一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，取按上述方法制备好的下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg；混合即可得到治疗牛皮癣制剂，根据患者牛皮癣部位以下列两种形式调配：如患者牛皮癣在肢干处（手、臂、眼等处，以油脂调制，以使本配方原料能附着在患处表面，矿物油凡士林或芝麻油均匀。如果患处在平面较大处，将上述制剂以毛刷刷在其表面上，以覆盖面大于患面的胶布盖严即可。
实施例2：
一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，取按上述方法制备好的下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg；如患面在想多较平的背、腹部，可将该试剂用毛刷均匀的刷在患处表面，以面积大于换面的胶布贴于换面，如患面在手腕等易脱落处，应以凡士林或香油将本制剂混匀，涂抹在患处。
实施例1中，杀灭微生物杀菌作用较强。应在治疗初期，以杀菌为主，已阻止细菌病毒再危害患者机体。
实施例2中，以活血化瘀的材料较多。该制剂待第一治疗阶段过后，即细菌病毒被控制后，应以促进皮肤再生为主。如电气石、砭石、可发出极远红外线，超声波脉冲，及电气石表面微电流可作用于深层皮肤，促使患处生肌，恢复原态。

1.一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉55-65％、纳米级电气石细粉10-15％、蛇床子提取物10-25％、白矾细粉10-15％、无花果叶提取物5-10％、纳米级银粉0.1％-0.5％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉35Kg、电气石纳米级细粉15Kg、蛇床子提取物25Kg、白矾细粉15Kg、无花果叶提取物10Kg、纳米级银粉0.5Kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的材料生产而成：纳米级砭石细粉65Kg、纳米级电气石细粉10Kg、蛇床子提取物10Kg、白矾细粉5Kg、无花果提取5Kg、纳米级银粉0.1Kg。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种治疗牛皮癣制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：上述无花果提取物的制备步骤如下：
A、将无花果碎至重2-3g重粒径，晒干，然后以饮水浸泡24-48小时，并不断搅拌；
B、用离心机将A中的无花果分离出来，浸泡液储存备用；
C、将B得到的无花果在温度为50-65℃，真空罐压力为0.1-0.3MPa条件下烘干；
