称取全蝎10克、蜈蚣6克、桂枝10克、白芍10克、半枫荷10克、白透骨消12克、麻黄6克、川乌6克、黄柏12克、附子12克、当归20克、川芎20克、防己12克、白牛胆12克、白毛藤12克、鸡血藤25克、白马骨12克、出山虎12克、鹿衔草25克、白花苋12克、乌蛇12克、自然铜10克、桑枝15克、地龙12克、钩藤12克、穿石藤10克、大独叶草12克、川桐皮12克、泽泻10克、大叶骨碎补12克、灯台树12克、地茄子12克、秦艽12克、桑寄生15克、生石膏20克、白茅根25克、琥珀9克。加10倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入空胶囊中，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗颈椎病。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

用于治疗颈椎病。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
