Abstract

发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于衰减全反射红外光谱分析分析(ATR-红外光谱分析)的装置。
背景技术
在红外光谱分析中,通过使用波长范围位于红外线的光得到要进行光谱分析的样本的分子光谱。在有机和无机材料中,红外射线典型地通过一个或者多个分子的机械振动的激发被吸收。在比较小的分子的情况下也有可能激发转动能级。因为作为量子力学本征态的振动能量或者转动能量对于分子来说是特征性的,所以从吸收光谱可以得出分子和分子的键。红外光谱分析因此实现物质的定量的结构说明,对其的认定基于基准光谱进行。
红外光谱分析的一个特殊的实施是衰减全反射红外光谱分析(ATR-红外光谱分析)。在此,按照现有技术是在反射元件中通过全反射引导红外射线。如果这种全反射在样本和反射元件之间的界面上进行,那么在全反射的地方红外线光就指数地进入样本中。这些进入的易消散的波和样本相互作用,以此,对于该样本为特征性的频率范围被吸收。因此,被吸收的频率范围现在就在全反射光线的光谱中缺失。有利的是,在ATR红外光谱分析中也可以对所使用的红外射线不可穿透和以此不能得到透射光谱的物质或者样本进行光谱分析。此外,ATR红外光谱分析适合用于液态的和/或粉末的样本。对ATR红外光谱分析的很多应用来说,除了光谱信息之外还需要位置分辨,也就是说样本的成像。然而按照现有技术,这种成像的缺点是受强烈噪声影响。尤其ATR红外光谱分析在外科中的应用的情况下,需要有较高的信号强度和以此对健康和患病组织的较高的区分锐度。在外科中应用时,已知的ATR红外光谱的另外的缺点在于,样本始终被液体、尤其水和/或血液包围。周围的水会导致在约4μm到10μm的光谱范围中的强烈吸收,这和组织的真正的测量信号重叠。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用于ATR红外光谱分析的装置,所述装置实现含水的或者粉末的样本的信号良好和位置分辨的测量。此外本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种相应的方法。
所述技术问题通过具有独立权利要求1的特征的装置解决。在从属权利要求中给出了本发明的有利的扩展方案和改进方案。在方法方面通过权利要求11解决所述技术问题。
按照本发明的用于衰减全反射红外光谱分析的装置包括光源、射束成型部和探测器,所述光源用于发射光线、尤其红外光线,所述探测器用于要进行光谱分析的样本的图像的探测。此外,所述装置包括反射矩阵,所述反射矩阵具有多个反射元件,所述反射元件设计用于通过内部全反射进行光线引导。所述反射元件有规律地布置在一个面的两个相互垂直的方向上,以便其形成矩阵。尤其地,所述面可以弯曲。由此,在和所述面的两个相互垂直的方向垂直的方向上反射元件是相互错移的。此外,第一部分区域中的各个反射元件具有突出成形的压紧面,所述压紧面朝向要进行光谱分析的样本、尤其含水的或者粉末的样本。所述压紧面由此形成在样本和反射元件之间的边界面。
由压紧面的凸出的形状可以得到多个优点。一方面凸出的形状实现光线通过内部全反射的引导。另一方面通过压紧面的凸出的形状结合为矩阵的规则布置,把不可压缩的液体、尤其水和/或血液在压紧到样本上的情况下挤到通过凸出的形状形成的通道中。以此,在红外光谱分析中干扰性的液体、尤其水和/或血液,可以通过形成的通道流走。以此例如可以显著地减小水吸收的干扰性影响,所述水吸收位于整个中间的红外线波长范围中、尤其在从4μm到10μm的范围内。有利的是,以此可以不需要高准备开销地对含水的和/或粉末的样本进行光谱分析。
这在外科中的应用情况下是尤其有利的,手术期间的组织检查不允许进行准备,并且组织大多由复杂的液体、尤其被血液包围。在要进行光谱分析的组织上的水和/或血液被有意地通过凸出的压紧面的压紧被挤压并且通过形成的通道由测量地点排走。此外有利的是,将反射元件的布置适配于器官的表面、例如肝脏或者肾脏的表面。以此实现反射矩阵和要检查的器官之间的齐平的接触。通过适配,反射元件有规律地布置在弯曲的、相仿于器官的表面的面中。

-使用至少一个红外探测器探测由反射元件反射的光线。
所述方法实现至少一个反射元件的照射和从反射元件射出的或者由其反射的光线的探测。以此可以得到要进行光谱分析的样本的ATR红外光谱分析。
在有利的设计中反射元件可以在第一部分区域中构建为半圆柱形。以此在按照本发明的作为矩阵的布置情况下构建为平行通道。在此,例如通道沿着相互垂直的方向延伸。
有利地,通过半圆柱形状实现光线的全反射。
尤其有利的是,不可压缩的液体可以通过平行的通道流走。尤其不可压缩的液体被从全反射位置和以此从测量地点挤走。
在尤其有利的设计中,反射元件可以在第一部分区域中构建为半球形。以此在按照本发明的作为矩阵的布置情况下分别在矩阵的两个互相垂直的方向上形成平行的通道。以此,通道的数量增多,以此提高液体的流量。尤其有利的是,通过半球形的设计光线可以经历多次全反射,以此提高信号和以此提高信噪比。
在尤其有利的设计中,反射元件可以在第一部分区域中构建为棱锥形。以此得到和权利要求3同样的优点。有利的是,棱锥具有矩形的基面,这使和可以构建为六面体形的第二部分区域的连接变得简单。
反射元件的第二部分区域可以构建为六面体形。第二部分区域的六面体形状实现反射元件作为矩阵的简单和恰好匹配的或者齐平的布置。有利的是,通过反射元件的齐平的连接,不可压缩的液体穿过通道流出并且不会被引导到第二部分区域的背离样本的表面上。
在优选的实施形式中反射矩阵的反射元件可以具有反光、尤其例如反射红外线的涂层。以此可以影响光线的引导,以得到多次全反射。以此提高信噪比。例如,光线的圆周式引导也是可能的。作为对于反光的涂层的替代或者补充,也可以使用多种具有不同的折射率的材料。通过折射率的专门的调整,可以实现光线的预期的、尤其具有多次全反射的引导。
反射元件可以包括材料ZnSe、Ge、Si或者金刚石中的至少一种。通过所述材料的高折射率实现光线的内部全反射。尤其有利的是Ge,其具有约为4的折射率。以此可以在成像方法中实现较高的分辨率。
反射矩阵的有利的进一步设计包括多重反射晶体。所述多重反射晶体实现将同一光线多次引至反射元件。以此得到在反射元件的压紧面上的多个反复的全反射,以此提高信号强度和以此提高信噪比。根据样本以此强烈清楚显示出特征吸收光谱带。
多重反射元件可以布置为相对于反射矩阵能够移动。以此可以将多重反射元件定位在反射矩阵的任意的反射元件上方。该定位可以通过可移动性对于每个反射元件依次进行,以此有利地得到具有较高信噪比的位置分辨。
在有利的进一步设计中,多重反射元件和反射元件的第二部分区域具有基本相同的折射率。以此,可以避免在多重反射元件/反射元件的边界面上的、对光路具有负面影响的光线折射。

在有利的设计中,在该方法的情况下可以通过光源的光同时照射各个反射元件。以此得到样本的整体成像。接着通过使用矩阵探测器(FocalPlaneArray焦平面阵列)实现探测器中的位置分辨。以此对于每个像素记录ATR红外光谱。
在该方法情况下,反射元件可以压紧在要进行光谱分析的样本上。有利的是以此提高信号强度。尤其有利的是,通过按照本发明的反射矩阵的压紧形成通道,所述通道实现不可压缩液体、尤其水和/或血液的流出。在此可以减小尤其水对于测量信号的干扰性的影响。此外,有利的是不需要含水的和/或粉末的样本的耗费的样本准备。这在外科中的应用情况下是尤其有利的,手术期间的组织检查不允许进行样本准备,而组织大多由液体、尤其由血液包围。
在有利的进一步设计中,光源的光线首先进入多重反射元件并且接着进入反射元件。以此可以有利地将光线多次地引导到反射元件中的测量地点,以此提高信噪比。
有利的是,在红外探测器中探测之前,光线进入反射元件至少四次。尤其有利的是,进入次数为10。这可以通过多重反射元件实现。信号强度约和在反射元件/样本(压紧面)的边界面上的全反射数量成正比例。在压紧面上的四次的全反射可以通过已知的多重反射元件简便地实现。

具体实施方式

图2示出反射元件2的三维布置。在此,反射元件2在相互垂直的方向12、14上有规律地布置并且形成反射矩阵1。典型地,反射元件2的大小在约0.5mm到1.5mm的范围中。由此处未示出的红外光源22出发的光线18相对于两个方向12、14垂直地进入所述反射元件2的第二部分区域10。有利的是,第二部分区域构建为六面体形,以便得到反射元件2的齐平的矩阵布置。在本实施例中反射元件2在第一部分区域8中构建为半圆柱形。反射元件也可以设计成楔形。有利的是,通过压紧面4的凸出的形状形成通道30,所述通道30实现例如水和/或血液的流走。在此,在要进行光谱分析的样本26周围的水和/或血液通过压紧面4的压紧被挤入通道30中并且从通道30离开测量地点27。从第二部分区域中沿方向15出来的光线19可以被引导至此处未示出的红外探测器24或者通过未示出的多重反射元件16再次作为光线18引导回反射元件2。
图3示出反射矩阵1的三维显示。所示装置包括多重反射晶体16。各个反射元件2在平面6的两个互相垂直的方向12、14上有规律地布置。所述反射元件2以此形成反射矩阵1。在此,所述反射元件2的压紧面4在与方向12、14垂直的方向15上位于平面6之前,以便压紧面4可以被压紧在本实施例中未示出的样本26上。如图1中已经阐述的,光线18首先进入多重反射元件16,多次地被引导至反射元件2并且接着再作为光线19出来。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于衰减全反射红外光谱分析的装置,所述装置包括光源(22)、探测器(24)、射束成型部(28)和具有多个反射元件(2)的反射矩阵(1),其中,所述反射元件(2)构建为用于通过内部全反射引导光线,
其特征在于,
在反射元件(2)的第一部分区域(8)中突出地成形压紧面(4),其中,所述压紧面(4)是朝向要进行光谱分析的样本(26)的,其中,所述反射元件(2)在面(6)的两个相互垂直的方向(12、14)上有规律地布置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)在所述第一部分区域(8)中基本上构建为半圆柱形。
3.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)在所述第一部分区域(8)中基本上构建为半球形。
4.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)在所述第一部分区域(8)中基本上构建为棱锥形。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)在第二部分区域(10)中基本上构建为六面体形。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)具有反光的涂层。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述反射元件(2)具有材料ZnSe、Ge、Si或者金刚石中的一种。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的装置,所述装置具有多重反射晶体(16),所述多重反射晶体(16)设计用于通过内部全反射将光线多次引至反射元件(2)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多重反射晶体(16)布置为相对于反射矩阵(1)能够移动。
10.按照权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多重反射晶体(16)和所述反射元件(2)的第二部分区域(10)具有基本相同的折射率。
11.一种用于以按照权利要求1至10之一所述的反射矩阵进行红外光谱分析的方法,所述方法具有至少下面的步骤:
-使用红外光源(22)产生红外光线(18),
-光线(18)进入反射元件(2)中,
-使用至少一个红外探测器(24)探测由所述反射元件(2)反射的光线

12.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述光线(18)沿所述反射矩阵(1)移动,以便每个单个的反射元件(2)至少被照射一次。
13.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其中,通过所述光线(18)进行多个反射元件(2)的同时的照射。
14.按照权利要求11至13之一所述的方法,其中,所述反射元件(2)的压紧面(4)压紧在要进行光谱分析的样本(26)上。
15.按照权利要求11至14之一所述的方法,其中,所述光线(18)首先进入多重反射晶体(16)中并且接着进入反射元件(2)中。
16.按照权利要求11至15之一所述的方法,其中,所述光线(18)在红外探测器(24)中被探测之前至少四次进入反射元件(2)中。
