Abstract
本发明涉及一种用中药配制的治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋。该药袋所含药物有柴胡、枳壳、赤芍、香附、川芎、川牛膝、乌药、小茴香、川断、杜仲、桔梗、干姜、桃仁、白芷、红花、元胡、当归。其中前13味中药每味剂量为1-8%，后4味中药每味剂量为3-11%，要求按上述药物组成和剂量配伍。使用时将本药袋中的药物作用于脐部神阙穴，药气持续渗入体内，起到理气活血、温经化瘀、疏肝解郁、通经止痛的作用，达到治疗痛经的疗效。
Description
本发明涉及一种用中药配制的治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋。
痛经的发病机制主要是气血运行不畅所致。本病每月随月经周期发作，常年不愈，严重危害了妇女的身心健康，许多患者因痛经而不能正常工作，而且在心理上带来压力。临床上多采用药物口服或注射及针炙治疗均有一定疗效，其不足之处在于不论煎熬口服、无论针剂注射还是针炙治疗的过程总是费时费力给患者带来不便，患者难以长期配合治疗，而且患者服用时难免口苦恶心，注射及针炙又可引起痛疼和不适之感。
在祖国医学中，中医脐疗法属内病外治法。脐属任脉，与脏腑经络有密切的联系，药物作用于脐部神阙穴时，经穴位渗透，通过经络的传导转输，使药到病处，发挥治疗作用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效地专一治疗痛经的复方中药袋，并以简单易行的工艺制取外用药袋，以达到具有内病外治，有效治疗痛经的功效。
本发明是以如下方案实现的。根据祖国医学“痛则不通”、“通则不痛”的理论，结合本人多年治疗痛经的临床实践经验，在对脐疗进行多方面深入研究的基础上，经过反复筛选配伍，选定出柴胡、枳壳、赤芍、香附、川芎、川牛膝、乌药、小茴香、川断、杜仲、桔梗、干姜、桃仁、白芷、红花、元胡、当归共17味中药，其中前13味中药每味剂量为1-8％，后4味中药每味剂量为3-11％，以上配比按重量百分比计。要求本中药袋按上述药物组成和剂量配伍。
本发明涉及的中药配伍，符合中医理论和中华人民共和国药典要求，对人体无毒副作用，药物作用于脐部神阙穴时，使药气持续不断地渗入体内，起到内病外治治疗痛经的作用。其功效在于：1、具有理气活血、温经化瘀、疏肝解郁、通经止痛的作用。
2、使用中能产生一种持续的药气，通过神阙穴进入体内，达到有效治疗痛经的疗效。
动物实验结果表明：本药袋能明显地减少小鼠扭体次数，延长小鼠热板镇痛时间，提示本药袋外用对机体有良好的镇痛作用。
本发明的主要适应症为：痛经，包括原发性痛经和继发性痛经。本发明可治疗在经期前后或在行经期间出现的小腹痛、胸胁痛、乳房胀、乳房痛、腰脊痛、腰骶痛、头晕、耳鸣、乏力、畏寒、腹泻。本发明对月经量少、宫寒不孕也有一定的治疗作用。
本外用药袋的制作方法是：将以上选取出的中药进行粉碎，使其全部通过80-100目筛孔，再将药粉按以上所给出的配伍比例进行配伍，再将其混合均匀，装入瓷罐加盖密封后在阴凉干燥处放置10天以上，最好是15-26天，取出后装入无纺布袋作袋芯，再将袋芯移入腰带的外带，最后封存在塑料袋中即可。本药袋药物的配制，也可以将其药物按其比例配伍好后再进行粉碎。最好是先粉碎再进行配伍。
本发明所用中药容易采集购买，制作工艺简便，造价低廉，使用和治疗方便，有效期长，可连续使用5个月经周期，无任何毒副作用，经动物实验证明本药袋无毒副作用。本发明的疗效显著，治疗有效率达96％。
本发明的使用方法：于月经前5天，将本药袋置于患者脐部，月经结束后取下，用塑料袋封存备用，可连续用5个月经周期。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋，其特征在于：组成它的药物为柴胡、枳壳、赤芍、香附、川芎、川牛膝、乌药、小茴香、川断、杜仲、桔梗、干姜、桃仁、白芷、红花、元胡、当归，其中柴胡、枳壳、赤芍、香附、川芎、川牛膝、乌药、小茴香、川断、杜仲、桔梗、干姜、桃仁这13味中药每味剂量为1-8％，白芷、红花、元胡、当归这4味中药每味剂量为3-11％，以重量百分比计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋的制作方法，其特征在于：将选取的中药柴胡、枳壳、赤芍、香附、川芎、川牛膝、乌药、小茴香、川断、杜仲、桔梗、干姜、桃仁这13味中药每味剂量为1-8％，白芷、红花、元胡、当归这4味中药每味剂量为3-11％，以重量百分比计，进行粉碎后全部通过80-100目筛孔，再将药粉混合均匀，装入瓷罐加盖密封后在阴凉干燥处放置10天以上，取出装入无纺布袋作袋芯，再将芯袋移入腰带的外带，最后封存在塑料袋中。
