本发明属于光谱仪器制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种高灵敏度样品架,包括样品架座、比色皿垫、光室盖、池架、弹片、反射镜,所述反射镜为两片,所述反射镜用胶分别固定在所述高灵敏度样品架座内的两个侧面上,所述弹片通过第一螺钉固定在所述池架上,所述比色皿垫通过第二螺钉固定在所述样品架座上,所述池架通过第三螺钉固定在所述样品架座上。本发明设计简单、结构紧凑,占用空间很小,适宜放在仪器的光路中,并且可以实现高效测量。

技术领域
本发明属于光谱仪器制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种高灵敏度样品架。
背景技术
目前在荧光光谱仪内使用的样品架为普通样品架,激发光一次性通过被测样品,大量的光透射过去,形成浪费;而被激发的光只有一部分进入到发射单色仪,未被充分利用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种结构紧凑、提高测量效果的高灵敏度样品架。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种高灵敏度样品架,其特征在于,包括样品架座、比色皿垫、光室盖、池架、弹片、反射镜,所述反射镜为两片,所述反射镜用胶分别固定在所述高灵敏度样品架座内的两个侧面上,所述弹片通过第一螺钉固定在所述池架上,所述比色皿垫通过第二螺钉固定在所述样品架座上,所述池架通过第三螺钉固定在所述样品架座上。
优选地,所述光室盖通过第四螺钉固定在所述样品架座上。
本发明的有益效果是:激发光可以两次通过被测样品,而且被激发出来的光一侧可以直接进入发射单色仪,另一侧的光通过反射镜的作用也可以进入发射单色仪,充分提高测量效率。本发明设计简单、结构紧凑,占用空间很小,适宜放在仪器的光路中,并且可以实现高效测量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1和图2所示,一种高灵敏度样品架,包括样品架座1、比色皿垫6、光室盖3、池架4、弹片5、弹片10、反射镜2、反射镜7,所述反射镜1和反射镜2用胶固定在所述样品架座1内,所述池架4通过第二螺钉12固定在所述比色皿垫6上,所述弹片5和弹片10通过第一螺钉11固定在所述池架4上,所述比色皿垫6再通过第三螺钉9固定在所述样品架座1上,所述光室盖3通过第四螺钉8固定在所述高灵敏度样品架座1上。
当激发光通过放置在高灵敏度样品架内的样品时,被激发出的光一侧可以直接进入发射单色仪,另一侧可以经过发射镜2汇入到发射单色仪内;而穿过被测样品的光被反射镜7反射再次经过被测样品,二次激发,同样被激发出的光直接及通过反射镜2间接进入发射单色仪。通过使用该高灵敏度样品架可以大大提高进入发射单色仪的光能量,从而提高测量效率,提高仪器的检出极限。本发明设计简单、结构紧凑,占用空间很小,适宜放在仪器的光路中,并且可以实现高效测量。

1.一种高灵敏度样品架,其特征在于,包括样品架座、比色皿垫、光室盖、池架、弹片、反射镜,所述反射镜为两片,所述反射镜用胶分别固定在所述高灵敏度样品架座内的两个侧面上,所述弹片通过第一螺钉固定在所述池架上,所述比色皿垫通过第二螺钉固定在所述样品架座上,所述池架通过第三螺钉固定在所述样品架座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高灵敏度样品架,其特征在于,所述光室盖通过第四螺钉固定在所述样品架座上。
