Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型复位旁通阀,包括:上阀体、复位扳手、顶帽、导向套、顶杆、阀体、弹簧、钢球。其特征是:所述弹簧安放在阀体底部凹槽内,弹簧上面放置钢球,钢球与导向套下面O形密封圈接触密封,上阀体与阀体用螺钉紧固,顶杆、顶帽、复位扳手安装在阀体内。工作时,压下复位扳手和顶杆将钢球压下脱离O形密封圈,气体进入下游,反之,弹簧力将钢球与O形密封圈压实,实现密封。有益效果是:按下复位扳手使钢球与O形密封圈脱离,气体从旁通阀通过,松开复位扳手,弹簧将钢球推回原位,钢球与O形密封圈贴合密封,阻断气流,实现自动复位功能,防止因操作人员忘记关闭旁能阀而导致气体继续向下游流动的可能性,减少操作安全隐患。

自动复位旁通阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旁通阀,尤其涉及一种安全切断阀用自动复位旁通阀。
背景技术
安全切断阀门关闭时,阀门上游压力会大于下游压力,压力作用于安全切断阀的翻板上,而使阀门无法打开,此时需要将安全切断阀前后腔的压力差减小到零,使前后腔的压力保持一致,才能打开阀门。目前是通过在安全切断阀阀体外侧连接一个旁通管,安装一个开关球阀来控制平衡前后腔的压差,当打开开关球阀时,前后腔的压力平衡,安全切断阀即能够正常的开启。其弊端是:操作人员打开开关球阀时,安全切断阀前后腔压力一致,安全切断阀开启。阀门开启后,操作人员还需要将球阀及时关闭,否则当安全切断阀遇情况紧急切断后,气体仍可通过开关球阀流到下游,导致安全切断阀失去了切断气源的实际功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,针对上述问题,提供一种能够自动复位旁通阀应用在安全切断阀上。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种自动复位旁通阀,包括上阀体、复位扳手、顶帽、导向套、顶杆、阀体、弹簧、钢球。所述弹簧安放在阀体底部凹槽内,弹簧上面放置钢球,导向套与阀体之间用O形密封圈进行密封,导向套内安装顶杆和顶帽,导向套外安装上阀体,上阀体与阀体用螺钉紧固,上阀体安装有可上下活动的复位扳手。工作时,按下复位扳手,通过顶帽、顶杆将钢球压下脱离O形密封圈,可使气体顺利通过该旁通阀进入下游,松开复位扳手时,在弹簧力的作用下,钢球会向上运动推动顶杆、顶帽和复位扳手回到原位,钢球也与O形密封圈压实,阻断旁通阀前后腔的气体,实现自动复位密封功能。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过压下复位扳手后,钢球与O形密封圈脱离,气体从前腔到后腔顺利通过,当作用力离开复位扳手后,弹簧的反作用力将顶帽、顶杆、钢球、复位扳手推回原位,钢球与O形密封圈贴合,阻断旁通阀前后腔的气体,从而实现了复位旁通阀自动复位的功能,防止了因操作人员忘记关闭阀门而导致气体继续向下游流动的可能性,减少了操作安全隐患。

详见附图1,一种自动复位旁通阀,包括上阀体、复位扳手、顶帽、导向套、顶杆、阀体、弹簧、钢球。所述弹簧安放在阀体底部凹槽内,弹簧上面放置钢球,导向套与阀体之间用O形密封圈进行密封,导向套内安装顶杆和顶帽,导向套外安装上阀体,上阀体与阀体用螺钉紧固,上阀体安装有可上下活动的复位扳手。工作时,按下复位扳手,通过顶帽、顶杆将钢球压下脱离O形密封圈,可使气体顺利通过该旁通阀进入下游,松开复位扳手时,在弹簧力的作用下,钢球会向上运动推动顶杆、顶帽和复位扳手回到原位,钢球也与O形密封圈压实,阻断旁通阀前后腔的气体,实现自动复位密封功能。

1.一种新型自动复位旁通阀,包括:上阀体、复位扳手、顶帽、导向套、顶杆、阀体、弹簧、钢球;所述弹簧107安放在阀体106底部凹槽内,弹簧107上面放置钢球108,导向套104与阀体106之间用O形密封圈进行密封,导向套104内安装顶杆105和顶帽103,导向套104外安装上阀体101,上阀体101与阀体106用螺钉紧固,上阀体101安装有可上下活动的复位扳手102;工作时,按下复位扳手,通过顶帽、顶杆将钢球压下脱离O形密封圈,可使气体顺利通过该旁通阀进入下游,松开复位扳手时,在弹簧力的作用下,钢球会向上运动推动顶杆、顶帽和复位扳手回到原位,钢球也与O形密封圈压实,实现自动复位密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动复位旁通阀,其特征是:所述无外力的情况下,旁通阀能够自动复位,关闭阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动复位旁通阀,其特征是:所述施加外力于复位扳手上时,旁通阀打开,气体流入下游。
