本发明提供一种螺纹式强力锚索装置,它包括:主体(1),其特征在于:在主体(1)上设有环槽(2),在环槽(2)内设有涨环(3),在涨环(3)上设有锁销(3a),在主体(1)上沿轴向设有一个通孔(1a),在通孔内穿设有钢丝绳(5),在钢丝绳(5)的一端设有锁头(4),在锁头(4)上设有锁头螺纹(4a),在所述的通孔(1a)的一端上设有一个扩大孔(1b),在所述的扩大孔(1b)的内壁上设有内壁螺纹(1c),所述的锁头螺纹(4a)与内壁螺纹(1c)对应配合。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以有效的提高锚索的使用强度,提高锚索的适用范围。

本发明提供一种锚索装置,具体的说就是一种螺纹式强力锚索装置。
背景技术:
工程中的锚索是通过外端固定于坡面,另一端锚固在岩体滑动面以内的稳定岩体中的穿过岩体边坡滑动面的预应力钢绞线,通过施加预应力,直接在滑面上产生抗滑阻力,增大抗滑摩擦阻力,使结构面处于被迫压紧状态,以提高边坡岩体的整体性,从而从根本上改善岩体的力学性能,有效地控制岩体的相对位移,促使其稳定,达到整治顺层、滑坡及危岩、危石滑落的目的。
目前市场的锚索在使用时,都将锥形锁头拉入锚索主体的通孔中,通过锥形锁头与通孔壁之间的相互挤压来为锁头上的钢丝绳提供拉力的支点。但是由于通孔壁与锥形锁头的接触面均是光面,所以如果拉力较大的话,锁头与通孔壁之间的压力就会成几何倍增大,可能会出现因锥形锁头变形、碎裂使得钢丝绳脱出的现象发生。所以为了使的锁头可以承受更大的拉力,所以就要对应增加锚索尺寸。

本发明就是为了克服现有技术上的不足,提供一种结构简单、使方便的螺纹式强力锚索装置,
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种螺纹式强力锚索装置,它包括:主体,其特征在于:在主体上设有环槽(2),在环槽内设有涨环,在涨环上设有锁销,在主体上沿轴向设有一个通孔,在通孔内穿设有钢丝绳,在钢丝绳的一端连接有锁头,所述的锁头为锥形,且在锥形锁头上还设有锁头螺纹,在所述的通孔的一端上设有一个与锁头相对应的锥形扩大孔,在所述的锥形扩大孔的内壁上设有内壁螺纹,所述的锁头螺纹与内壁螺纹对应配合。
发明优点:
本发明具有结构简单,使用方便,且在不增加锚索尺寸的情况下,通过在锁头与主体上设有相互对应配合的螺纹,增加了锁头与主体通孔之间的接触面,分散了压力,使得锁头可以承受更大的拉力。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种螺纹式强力锚索装置,它包括:设置一个圆柱形的主体1,在靠近主体1一端的圆柱面上设有一个与主体1同轴的环槽2。在环槽2内设有涨环3,在涨环3上设有锁销3a。所述的涨环3在未抽出锁销3a时,涨环3的直径与主体1的直径相同,当锁销3a从涨环3抽出后,涨环3直径变大,超过主体1的直径。
在主体1上沿轴向设有一个通孔1a,在通孔内穿设有钢丝绳5,在钢丝绳5的一端连接有锥形锁头4,在锥形锁头4的锥面上设有一段与锁头同轴的锁头螺纹4a。
在所述的通孔1a的一端上设有一个与锁头外形相对应的扩大孔1b,在所述的扩大孔1b的内壁上设有一段内壁螺纹1c。使得所述的锁头螺纹4a与内壁螺纹1c形成对应配合。

1.一种螺纹式强力锚索装置,它包括:主体(1),其特征在于:所述的主体(1)为圆柱形,在靠近主体(1)一端的圆柱面上设有一个与主体(1)同轴的环槽(2),在环槽(2)内设有涨环(3),在涨环(3)上设有锁销(3a),在主体(1)上沿轴向设有一个通孔(1a),在通孔内穿设有钢丝绳(5),在钢丝绳(5)的一端连接有锥形锁头(4),在锥形锁头(4)的锥面上设有一段与锁头同轴的锁头螺纹(4a),在所述的通孔(1a)的一端上设有一个与锥形锁头相对应的扩大孔(1b),在所述的扩大孔(1b)的内壁上设有内壁螺纹(1c),所述的锁头螺纹(4a)与内壁螺纹(1c)对应配合。
