Abstract

本发明涉及一种多功能黑白相间配色地膜及其制备方法,按重量百分比计,黑白膜的黑色带料层:45‑55%,白色带料层45‑55%。本发明解决由黑白膜接缝融合不好、厚度不均而带来了一系列使用问题。在保证黑白膜增温、保墒、除草功效的同时,加强其机械性能,防止过早老化以及撕裂,提高种植作物的产量、品质和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性农用地膜,具体涉及一种多功能黑白相间配色地膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
黑白相间配色地膜是近几年通过各种地膜效应比较实验,研制出的一种新型功能地膜。该地膜为单层膜,但白色带与黑色带共存,根据种植需要,既可以使用两白一黑系列,又可以使用两黑一白系列。此系列产品既具有白膜增温保墒之优点,又具有黑膜的灭草、保墒之功效。在保证了作物较高的出苗率的同时,又提高揭膜率及地膜回收率,减少了工作量,降低了成本。随着地膜栽培技术的发展,黑白相间配色地膜作为栽培绿色植物的过渡产品,给农民带来增收节支的好处,减少了残膜对土壤、环境的污染,有利地保护耕地及生态环境。
但是,纵观地膜市场,此黑白相间配色地膜系列产品都普遍存在以下缺陷:由于生产原料比例不好控制而造成黑白膜接缝处融合不好;由于黑白膜生产工艺不易调试而造成黑白膜整体厚度相差较大。由以上问题,易造成黑白膜在使用过程中出现开裂、过早老化等现象,影响农户的正常耕种,造成一系列的经济损失。
针对此现象,现急需利用新的生产工艺,调整配方,解决黑白相间配色地膜存在的问题,达到延长地膜使用寿命、提高产品性价比和产品质量的的目的。现如今,黑白相间配色地膜需求量已经占功能性地膜需求量中的相当大的比重。已经成为烟草种植,马铃薯、红薯等根系作物种植的必需品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能黑白相间配色地膜及其制备方法,解决由黑白膜接缝融合不好、厚度不均而带来了一系列使用问题。在保证黑白膜增温、保墒、除草功效的同时,加强其机械性能,防止过早老化以及撕裂,提高种植作物的产量、品质和经济效益。
本发明所述的一种多功能黑白相间配色地膜,按重量百分比计,黑白膜的黑色带料层:45-55%,白色带料层45-55%。
以重量百分比计,白色带料层为MI=1的LLDPE 15-25%、MI=2的LLDPE 73-84%、助融剂1-2%。
白色带料层中MI=1的LLDPE优选1001KW或101W。
MI=2的LLDPE优选1002KW或222WT。
以重量百分比计,黑色带料层为LLDPE 92-96%、助融剂1-2%、黑色母粒3-6%。
黑色带料层中LLDPE优选1002KW或222WT。
黑色母粒优选6252、2772或2762。6252、2772或2762的生产厂家均为卡博特投资有限公司。
黑色带料层主要是起到除草的功效。
白色带料层主要是通过调整料的添加比例,调整接缝处的厚薄。
助融剂均为PPA。
所述的多功能黑白相间配色地膜的制备方法,将黑色带料混料加入到黑色带料混料机筒,将白色带料混料加入到白色带料混料机筒后,将黑色带料混料和白色带料混料共挤吹塑得到成品;
其中,挤出机中黑色带料混料机筒一区150-155℃、机筒二区160-185℃、机筒三区180-190℃。白色带料混料机筒一区150-155℃、机筒二区160-175℃、机筒三区175-185℃。
挤出机连接体温度170-180℃,机头下温度180-190℃,机头上温度195-210℃。
原料经过混料机筒、连接体、机头、模口提膜、吹塑、过牵引、收卷得到成品。
本发明黑白膜挤出机的生产温度,使黑色带料和白色带料相融时恰好在最适相融温度;在原料中加入助融剂,使黑色带料与白色带料完美融合,解决黑白接缝融合不好、厚度不均的问题。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明有效解决由黑白膜接缝融合不好、厚度不均而带来了一系列使用问题,生产出的多功能黑白相间配色地膜,在具有最佳的保温性、保墒性、白色带高透光、黑色带高除草性的同时,依据地膜检测标准GB13735-1992,该黑白膜不管是黑色带、白色带,还是黑白接缝处都具有较好的机械性能,同时,膜的整体厚度均匀,不会出现厚道、薄道等厚薄不均的问题。防止过早老化以及撕裂,提高种植作物的产量、品质和经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
按重量百分比计,原料组成如下:
黑色带料层:95%1002KW、3%6252、2%PPA,白色带料层:20%1001KW、78%1002KW、2%PPA;
多功能黑白相间配色地膜的制备步骤如下:
将黑色带料和白色带料分别搅拌均匀后,将黑色带料混料加入到黑色带料混料机筒,将白色带料混料加入到白色带料混料机筒后,将黑色带料混料和白色带料混料依次经过混料机筒、连接体、机头、模口提膜、吹塑、过牵引、收卷得到两黑一白成品;
其中,共挤设备温度分别调试为:黑色带料层机筒:机筒一区150℃、机筒二区170℃、机筒三区180℃;白色带料层机筒:机筒一区150℃、机筒二区160℃、机筒三区170℃;连接体180℃;机头上:200℃;机头下:190℃。
实施例2
按重量百分比计,原料组成如下:
黑色带料层:92.5%222WT、5.5%2772、2%PPA,白色带料层:取20%101W、78%222WT、2%PPA;
多功能黑白相间配色地膜的制备步骤如下:
将黑色带料和白色带料分别搅拌均匀后,将黑色带料混料加入到黑色带料混料机筒,将白色带料混料加入到白色带料混料机筒后,将黑色带料混料和白色带料混料依次经过混料机筒、连接体、机头、模口提膜、吹塑、过牵引、收卷得到两白一黑成品;
将两层共挤设备温度分别调试为:黑色带料层机筒:机筒一区150℃、机筒二区180℃、机筒三区190℃;白色带料层机筒:机筒一区150℃、机筒二区170℃、机筒三区180℃;连接体185℃;机头上:210℃;机头下:200℃。
实施例3
按重量百分比计,原料组成如下:
黑色带料层:95%1002KW、4%2762、1%PPA,白色带料层:25%1001KW、74%222WT、1%PPA,
多功能黑白相间配色地膜的制备步骤如下:
将黑色带料和白色带料分别搅拌均匀后,将黑色带料混料加入到黑色带料混料机筒,将白色带料混料加入到白色带料混料机筒后,将黑色带料混料和白色带料混料依次经过混料机筒、连接体、机头、模口提膜、吹塑、过牵引、收卷得到两白一黑成品;
将两层共挤设备温度分别调试为:黑色带料层机筒:机筒一区155℃、机筒二区180℃、机筒三区185℃;白色带料层机筒:机筒一区150℃、机筒二区170℃、机筒三区180℃;连接体180℃;机头上:200℃;机头下:190℃。
成品检测
针对黑白黑的黑白膜生产出来后,与原产品作对照,依据GB13735-1992分别测试其厚度,具体数据如表1。

如表1所示,在相同条件下生产,本发明黑白膜厚度与原黑白膜厚度有明显不同,按原生产工艺生产的产品,在接缝处有明显的厚度不均现象,厚度偏差在±0.006左右,已经不符合地膜国标厚度偏差标准。这种现象就会造成膜易在接缝处过早老化,导致膜下温度降低、膜破洞,起不到保温、保墒的作用。而本发明黑白膜有效解决了原黑白膜的问题。

如上表数据所示,原黑白相间配色地膜,接缝处机械性能与黑色带、白色带相比,明显偏低,造成膜老化不均,出现局部老化、撕裂现象。本发明生产的黑白膜,接缝处膜的机械性能得到明显提高,膜整体的强度得到改善。完美解决接缝处存在的问题。
本发明所列原材料配方以及生产工艺方案生产的多功能黑白相间配色地膜,不仅保证了地膜良好的保温性、保墒性、除草性,同时保证地膜在使用过程中绝对不会出现局部过早老化、接缝处撕裂等问题。在我国烟草种植基地、马铃薯、红薯等根系作物种植基地等都具有很好的推广应用前景。

Claims (2)

1.一种多功能黑白相间配色地膜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,黑白膜的黑色带料层:45-55%,白色带料层45-55%;
以重量百分比计,白色带料层为MI=1的LLDPE 15-25%、MI=2的LLDPE 73-84%、助融剂1-2%;
以重量百分比计,黑色带料层为LLDPE 92-96%、助融剂 1-2%、黑色母粒 3-6%;
白色带料层中MI=1的LLDPE优选1001KW或101W;
MI=2的LLDPE优选1002KW或222WT;
助融剂均为PPA;
所述的多功能黑白相间配色地膜的制备方法,将黑色带料混料加入到黑色带料混料机筒,将白色带料混料加入到白色带料混料机筒后,将黑色带料混料和白色带料混料共挤吹塑得到成品;
其中,挤出机中黑色带料混料机筒一区150-155℃、机筒二区160-185℃、机筒三区180-190℃;
白色带料混料机筒一区150-155℃、机筒二区160-175℃、机筒三区175-185℃;
挤出机连接体温度170-180℃,机头下温度180-190℃,机头上温度195-210℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能黑白相间配色地膜,其特征在于,原料经过混料机筒、连接体、机头、模口提膜、吹塑、过牵引、收卷得到成品。
