Abstract

本发明涉及一种有机纤维增强的发泡材料及制备方法,材料的组成包括:EVA、低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、填充料、有机纤维、交联剂、发泡剂本发明将锦纶纤维结合到橡塑发泡材料中,对比现有的技术,本材料不仅具有更好的拉伸强度和抗撕裂性能,而且还具有回弹性和止滑性能。

一种有机纤维增强发泡材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及发泡材料及制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及有机纤维增强发泡材料及制备方法的技术领域。
背景技术
中国EVA发泡材料的生产和应用起步较晚,但由于产品的加工性能优良且应用广泛,近几年需求增长十分迅速,目前市场处于成长期。尽管在全球金融危机的冲击下,下游出口需求减弱,市场从2006年到2010年年复合增长率依然超过9%,2010年市场规模超过180亿元。市场高速增长吸引了众多厂家进入该行业。2010年中国市场上有3000家以上的企业具有生产EVA发泡材料的能力。大部分EVA发泡材料生产商为小型企业,年销售额小于1000万元。大型生产商数量较少,其年销售额在3000万元以上,高的达上亿元。市场前5的企业EVA发泡材料销售总额接近20亿元,只占市场份额的10%,集中度不高
EVA发泡配方是由以下几种原料构成:主料,填充剂,发泡剂,架桥剂,发泡促进剂,润滑剂。填充剂,目前一般用碳酸钙或者滑石粉。它的用途在与降低成本,增加产品刚性等等,还能起一点导热的作用。一般以粒径大小做为质量指标(当然,含水量也是一方面),比如说120目,400目等。原则上,越细越好,当然价格也会高一些。最大用量在我见过的配方中有40Phr(用量为主料的百分比)发泡剂,一般都习惯用AC系列的发泡剂,比如AC-3000H,AC系列发泡剂属于高温发泡剂,分解温度在220多度。也有低温发泡剂,比如AD-300,分解温度在140度,还有中温发泡剂等。因为价格相差并不大,而高温发泡剂相对来说会稳定一些,所以现在很多老做EVA的都改用高温的了,也有搭配使用的。
日本Asahi化学工业公司和Aichi机械工业公司最近开发成功一种名为LeonaHR100的新型发泡锦纶,它是由玻璃纤维增强的锦纶和一种有机发泡剂结合而成的。日本NissanMotor公司已将这种轻质材料制成了汽车发动机中的一些部件,并用它替换了Sunny牌汽车中的某些压铸铝合金组件。
发明内容
本发明目的在于制备一种有机纤维增强的发泡橡塑材料,本发明通过将以下材料:
所述的填充料为氢氧化铝粉;
所述的有机纤维为锦纶短切纤维,纤维长度1~10mm;
所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
按照如下步骤:
①先将EVA、低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、填充料、有机纤维、交联剂、发泡剂按照比例导入密炼机中,密炼至料温达到120℃,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出,切成直径约1cm,厚度约0.5cm片状纤维增强材料;
②再将片状纤维增强料加入模压机中,上下模具温度为180~190℃,抽真空,加热3.5min~6min,即得有机纤维发泡材料。
EVA和低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶按照一定的比例作为主要材料,是制备橡塑发泡材料的主要配方,加入锦纶短切纤维能够很好的分散在发泡后的泡孔中,起到提高拉伸强度的作用,控制纤维的长度,是为了纤维能够更好的分散。
制备中切片和模压,而不是选择造粒和注塑,是防止造粒切割中使得纤维变得更短,力学性能受到影响。

下面结合实施例详述本申请,但本申请并不局限于这些实施例。
实施案例1样品1#~样品4#的制备单位为份
按照如下步骤:
①先将EVA、低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、填充料、有机纤维、交联剂、发泡剂按照比例导入密炼机中,密炼至料温达到120℃,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出,切成直径约1cm,厚度约0.5cm片状纤维增强材料;
②再将片状纤维增强料加入模压机中,上下模具温度为185℃,抽真空,加热5min,即得有机纤维发泡材料。
以上所述,仅是本申请的几个实施例,并非对本申请做任何形式的限制,虽然本申请以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限制本申请,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本申请技术方案的范围内,利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许的变动或修饰均等同于等效实施案例,均属于技术方案范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种有机纤维增强发泡材料,其特征在于,该材料包括如下配方:
名称 重量份 EVA 70~90 低密度聚乙烯 5~20 三元乙丙橡胶 3~10 填充料 5~40 有机纤维 2~15 交联剂 0.5~2 发泡剂 0.5~2
所述的填充料为氢氧化铝粉;
所述的有机纤维为锦纶短切纤维,纤维长度1~10mm;
所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1中所述有机纤维增强发泡材料,其特征在于,该材料包括如下配方:
所述的填充料为氢氧化铝粉;
所述的有机纤维为经过表面处理的锦纶短切纤维,纤维长度6~10mm;经过
所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
3.一种有机纤维增强发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
先将EVA、低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、填充料、有机纤维、交联剂、发泡剂按照比例导入密炼机中,密炼至料温达到120℃,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出,切成直径约1cm,厚度约0.5cm片状纤维增强材料;
再将片状纤维增强料加入模压机中,上下模具温度为180~190℃,抽真空,加热3.5min~6min,即得有机纤维发泡材料。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的有机纤维增强发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
先将EVA、低密度聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、填充料、有机纤维、交联剂、发泡剂按照比例导入密炼机中,密炼至料温达到120℃,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出,切成直径约1cm,厚度约0.5cm片状纤维增强材料;
再将片状纤维增强料加入模压机中,上下模具温度为185℃,抽真空,加热4min,即得有机纤维发泡材料。
