本发明提供了一种高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具。其包括钢丝绳和浇铸索套,所述浇铸索套与所述钢丝绳连接,所述钢丝绳包括钢丝绳绳芯和钢丝绳绳股,按质量百分比计,所述钢丝绳的绳股由以下化学成分组成:C<0.03%、Si<0.50%、Mn<0.30%、P<0.02%、S<0.03-0.05%、Cr19.0-21.0%、Ni19.0-21.0%、Mo1.5-2.5%、Ti1.50-2.5%、Zn0.20-0.25%、W0.35-0.40%、Pr0.05-0.07%,余量为Fe;所述钢丝绳绳股的外边面设有氮化硅层。本发明的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具具有良好的机械性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,延长了钢丝绳使用寿命,极大提高了承载力。

技术领域
本发明涉及索具技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具。
背景技术
钢丝绳是生产、生活中使用量非常大的一种耗材,钢丝绳的使用寿命直接影响生产、生活的效率和安全。
随着吊装行业竞争的日趋激烈,市场对钢丝绳索具的承载力和抗疲劳寿命等方面的要求也日益提高,目前市场上的索具用钢丝绳为普通圆股线接触钢丝绳,其断裂拉力系数和承载力较低,同时,钢丝绳长期处于高湿、酸碱侵蚀等恶劣环境中,使用时绳股之间磨擦,容易磨损和腐蚀,大大影响了钢丝绳的寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,本发明的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐磨损和强度,延长了钢丝绳使用寿命,提高了承载力。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具包括钢丝绳和浇铸索套,所述浇铸索套与所述钢丝绳连接,所述钢丝绳包括钢丝绳绳芯和钢丝绳绳股,按质量百分比计,所述钢丝绳的绳股由以下化学成分组成:
C<0.03%、Si<0.50%、Mn<0.30%、P<0.02%、S<0.03-0.05%、Cr19.0-21.0%、Ni19.0-21.0%、Mo1.5-2.5%、Ti1.50-2.5%、Zn0.20-0.25%、W0.35-0.40%、Pr0.05-0.07%,余量为Fe;
所述钢丝绳绳股的外边面设有氮化硅层,所述氮化硅层的厚度为0.1~2mm。
氮化硅具有高强度、耐高温的特点,其综合力学性能优良,耐热震性能、抗氧化性能、耐磨损性能、耐蚀性能好。
优选地,所述钢丝绳绳芯为碳纤维。
优选地,所述钢丝绳为6*19+1WRC结构。
优选地,所述钢丝绳的外表面设有聚酰亚胺层,所述聚酰亚胺层的厚度为2~10mm。
聚酰亚胺是综合性能最佳的有机高分子材料之一,耐高温达400℃以上,长期使用温度范围-200~300℃,无明显熔点,高绝缘性能,103赫下介电常数4.0,介电损耗仅0.004~0.007,属F至H级绝缘材料,聚酰亚胺具有优良的机械性能,未填充的塑料的抗张强度都在100Mpa以上,均苯型聚酰亚胺的薄膜(Kapton)为170MPa以上。
优选地,所述浇铸索套的外表面设有PBT层,所述PBT层的厚度为2~5mm。
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,英文名polybutyleneterephthalate(简称PBT)具有以下特性:⒈优良的机械性能,机械强度高,耐疲劳性和尺寸稳定好,蠕变也小,这些性能在高温条件下也极少有变化;⒉生产PBT所消耗的能量是工程塑料中最低的,这对于世界范围内能源紧缺的情况下,具有十分重要的意义;⒊耐热老化性优异,增强后的UL温度指数达到120~140℃,此外,户外长期老化性也很好;⒋耐溶剂好,无应力开裂;⒌PBT易于阻燃,可达UL94V-0级,由于与阻燃剂亲和性能好,所以容易开发反应型或添加型的阻燃品级;6.易成型加工和二次加工,易用普通设备注塑或挤塑,由于结晶速度快,流动性好,模具温度也比其他工程材料要求低,在加工薄壁制件时仅需几秒钟,对大部件也只需40-60s即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具包括钢丝绳和浇铸索套,所述浇铸索套与所述钢丝绳连接,所述钢丝绳包括钢丝绳绳芯和钢丝绳绳股,按质量百分比计,所述钢丝绳的绳股由以下化学成分组成:C<0.03%、Si<0.50%、Mn<0.30%、P<0.02%、S<0.03-0.05%、Cr19.0-21.0%、Ni19.0-21.0%、Mo1.5-2.5%、Ti1.50-2.5%、Zn0.20-0.25%、W0.35-0.40%、Pr0.05-0.07%,余量为Fe;所述钢丝绳绳股的外边面设有氮化硅层。本发明钢丝绳的绳股的组分中加入钛和稀土镨,并对各组分含量进行优化处理,并增加氮化硅层,显著提高钢丝绳的机械性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,本发明的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具具有良好的机械性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,延长了钢丝绳使用寿命,极大提高了承载力。

下面结合附图及实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本实施例中的一种高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具包括钢丝绳2和浇铸索套1,所述浇铸索套1与所述钢丝绳2连接,所述钢丝绳2包括钢丝绳绳芯和钢丝绳绳股,按质量百分比计,所述钢丝绳绳股由以下化学成分组成:C<0.03%、Si<0.50%、Mn<0.30%、P<0.02%、S<0.03-0.05%、Cr19.0-21.0%、Ni19.0-21.0%、Mo1.5-2.5%、Ti1.50-2.5%、Zn0.20-0.25%、W0.35-0.40%、Pr0.05-0.07%,余量为Fe;所述钢丝绳绳股的外边面设有氮化硅层,所述氮化硅层的厚度为0.1~2mm。本发明钢丝绳绳股的组分中加入钛和稀土镨,并对各组分含量进行优化处理,并增加氮化硅层,显著提高钢丝绳2的机械性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,本发明的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具具有良好的机械性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,延长了钢丝绳2使用寿命,极大提高了承载力。
所述钢丝绳2为6*19+1WRC结构,所述钢丝绳绳芯为碳纤维。
所述钢丝绳2的外表面设有聚酰亚胺层,所述聚酰亚胺层的厚度为2~10mm。聚酰亚胺具有优良的机械性能,未填充的塑料的抗张强度都在100Mpa以上,均苯型聚酰亚胺的薄膜(Kapton)为170MPa以上。
所述浇铸索套1的外表面设有PBT层,PBT层的厚度为2~5mm。PBT具有优良的机械性能,机械强度高,耐疲劳性和尺寸稳定好。

C<0.02%、Si<0.50%、Mn<0.30%、P<0.02%、S<0.03-0.05%、Cr19.0-21.0%、Ni19.0-21.0%、Mo0.5-1.5%、Ti1.50-2.5%、Zn0.20-0.25%、W0.35-0.40%、Pr0.05-0.07%,余量为Fe;
所述钢丝绳绳股的外边面设有氮化硅层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳绳芯为碳纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳(2)为6*19+1WRC结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳(2)的外表面设有聚酰亚胺层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述浇铸索套(1)的外表面设有PBT层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述氮化硅层的厚度为0.1~2mm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的高强度钢丝绳浇铸索具,其特征在于,所述聚酰亚胺层的厚度为2~10mm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的压实股钢丝绳压接索具,其特征在于,所述PBT层的厚度为2~5mm。
