本发明公开了一种ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡,包括清洁卡本体两个对角上均设有一段磁条,磁条相对于清洁卡本体下陷,清洁卡本体包括塑料基板,塑料基板上侧面压接有清洗层,清洗层由密布的清洁孔相互排列构成,清洁孔包括依次压制的内层、中间层、外层,内层由塑料纤维相互缠绕构成,内层结构为底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封;所述的缠绕孔内存储有清洁剂,所述的清洁剂包括纳米壳聚糖水胶液、异丙醇。本发明通过缠绕密封的缠绕孔结构,其不受到压迫时具有存储内部清洁剂的功效,当受到压迫时缠绕密封结构被破坏,清洁剂溢出进行清洁,清洁完成后清洁卡退出ATM机压迫消失,恢复缠绕密封结构以备下次使用,达到多次使用的技术目的。

技术领域
本发明涉一种磁头清洁卡,具体地指一种ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡。
背景技术
ATM机作为一种便捷的存取款工具,已经得到了广泛的应用,随着大量频繁的使用ATM机内作为读取银行卡磁条信息的磁头往往会被蒙上一层灰层、油垢、垃圾等影响信息读取的有害物质。现有技术中对于磁头清洗较为先进的技术是清洁卡插入式清洗,但是这种清洁卡其卡面与磁条基本上的平齐的无法对于积灰较厚的磁头进行清洗,也无法进行深度清洗,并且这种平齐的清洁卡在清洗过程中非常容易挂住磁头导致吞卡、恰卡等技术缺陷。对于清洁卡目前均是一次性使用的先置入密封袋中,密封袋中容纳清洁剂浸泡清洁卡,清洁卡使用后由于清洁剂挥发马上会失效,如何提高清洁卡的使用次数也是本领域技术人员研究的对象。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、防止吞卡,可以多次使用具有深度清洗能力的ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡。
一种ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡,包括清洁卡本体,清洁卡本体两个对角上均设有一段磁条,所述的磁条相对于清洁卡本体下陷,清洁卡本体包括塑料基板,塑料基板上侧面压接有清洗层,清洗层由密布的清洁孔相互排列构成,清洁孔包括依次压制的内层、中间层、外层;所述的内层由塑料纤维相互缠绕构成,内层结构为底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封;所述的中间层由无纺纤维相互缠绕构成;所述的外层由棉纤维相互缠绕构成;所述的缠绕孔内存储有清洁剂,所述的清洁剂包括纳米壳聚糖水胶液、异丙醇;所述的清洁卡本体长度方向上分别沿两个对角上的磁条具有向上的15度倾斜。该种磁头清洁卡结构通过磁条相对于清洁卡本体下陷,相当于抬高了塑料基板上侧面的清洗层,增加了清洗层与磁头之间的接触深度,提高清洁能力。清洁卡本体长度方向上分别沿两个对角上的磁条具有向上的15度倾斜,该种倾斜结构使得清洁卡本体具有弹性变形力,当清洁卡进入ATM机时,磁条一侧水平滑入ATM机,而水平另一侧是具有向上倾斜的,这时这个倾斜发生弹性变形,变为平直结构,当退出时发生弹性变形的倾斜产生自动复位力量帮助退出进一步防止吞卡故障。
作为本发明实现清洁卡多次使用的关键技术是清洁孔包括依次压制的内层、中间层、外层;内层由塑料纤维相互缠绕构成,内层结构为底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封,这种缠绕密封的缠绕孔结构,其不受到压迫时具有存储内部清洁剂的功效,当受到压迫时缠绕密封结构被破坏,清洁剂溢出进行清洁,清洁完成后清洁卡退出ATM机压迫消失,恢复缠绕密封结构以备下次使用,达到多次使用的技术目的。
所述塑料基板的下侧面压接有第二清洗层,第二清洗层由无纺纤维、塑料纤维、棉纤维相互缠绕压制构成,实现对于ATM机内部的双面清洗。
作为结构优选缠绕孔制备方法如下:
首先通过缠绕机将塑料纤维缠绕成底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,并且缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封;
其次将异丙醇灌注入缠绕孔;
最后将壳聚糖水胶液灌注入缠绕孔;
纳米壳聚糖水胶液通过如下方法制得:
步骤一:将壳聚糖置于连续式湿法研磨机,湿法研磨处理5h后平均粒径降至543.8nm~290.6nm制得纳米壳聚糖;
步骤二:称取1g步骤一中制得的纳米壳聚糖,加入40ml重量百分比为1%的醋酸溶液,搅拌溶解而后加入16ml重量百分比为2%的戊二醛溶液搅拌,在50℃恒温1h,在室温放置48h得纳米壳聚糖水胶液。
异丙醇为无色透明液体,是一种高效清洁剂。纳米壳聚糖水胶液良好的配合了缠绕孔的缝隙形成薄膜密封效果,并且这种薄膜密封具有重复性,即使用破损后,不使用时又会重新形成薄膜密封。纳米壳聚糖同时也对脂类污物具有快速。良好降解效果提高清洁能力。
本发明通过缠绕密封的缠绕孔结构,其不受到压迫时具有存储内部清洁剂的功效,当受到压迫时缠绕密封结构被破坏,清洁剂溢出进行清洁,清洁完成后清洁卡退出ATM机压迫消失,恢复缠绕密封结构以备下次使用,达到多次使用的技术目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡,包括清洁卡本体1,清洁卡本体1两个对角上均设有一段磁条2,磁条2相对于清洁卡本体1下陷,清洁卡本体1包括塑料基板,塑料基板上侧面压接有清洗层,清洗层由密布的清洁孔相互排列构成,清洁孔包括依次压制的内层、中间层、外层;内层由塑料纤维相互缠绕构成,内层结构为底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封。缠绕孔内存储有清洁剂,清洁剂包括纳米壳聚糖水胶液、异丙醇。缠绕孔制备方法如下:
首先通过缠绕机将塑料纤维缠绕成底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,并且缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封;
其次将异丙醇灌注入缠绕孔;
最后将壳聚糖水胶液灌注入缠绕孔;
纳米壳聚糖水胶液通过如下方法制得:

为了实现双面清洗塑料基板的下侧面压接有第二清洗层,第二清洗层由无纺纤维、塑料纤维、棉纤维相互缠绕压制构成。
作为结构优选清洁孔中间层由无纺纤维相互缠绕构成,外层由棉纤维相互缠绕构成。为了获得退出时弹性复位力量,清洁卡本体长度方向上分别沿两个对角上的磁条具有向上的15度倾斜。

1.一种ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡,包括清洁卡本体,清洁卡本体两个对角上均设有一段磁条,其特征在于:所述的磁条相对于清洁卡本体下陷,清洁卡本体包括塑料基板,塑料基板上侧面压接有清洗层,清洗层由密布的清洁孔相互排列构成,清洁孔包括依次压制的内层、中间层、外层;所述的内层由塑料纤维相互缠绕构成,内层结构为底部大顶部小的缠绕孔,缠绕孔四周以及顶部通过塑料纤维相互缠绕密封;所述的中间层由无纺纤维相互缠绕构成;所述的外层由棉纤维相互缠绕构成;所述的缠绕孔内存储有清洁剂,所述的清洁剂包括纳米壳聚糖水胶液、异丙醇;所述的清洁卡本体长度方向上分别沿两个对角上的磁条具有向上的15度倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ATM机用高效磁头清洁卡,其特征在于:所述塑料基板的下侧面压接有第二清洗层,第二清洗层由无纺纤维、塑料纤维、棉纤维相互缠绕压制构成。
