一种新型注塑机
技术领域
本发明属于电缆生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型注塑机。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。电缆主要由以下4部分组成。①导电线心:用高电导率材料(铜或铝)制成。根据敷设使用条件对电缆柔软程度的要求,每根线心可能由单根导线或多根导线绞合而成。②绝缘层:用作电缆的绝缘材料应当具有高的绝缘电阻,高的击穿电场强度,低的介质损耗和低的介电常数。电缆中常用的绝缘材料有油浸纸、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯、橡皮等。电缆常以绝缘材料分类,例如油浸纸绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯电缆、交联聚乙烯电缆等。③密封护套:保护绝缘线心免受机械、水分、潮气、化学物品、光等的损伤。对于易受潮的绝缘,一般采用铅或铝挤压密封护套。④保护覆盖层:用以保护密封护套免受机械损伤。
电缆注塑机是电缆生产行业中一种最常见的生产设备,电缆注塑机是用于电缆外表绝缘层等塑料包覆层挤出成型的设备。电缆注塑机的前端设置有注塑模具,熔融的电缆外表绝缘层物料包裹电缆线芯从注塑模具挤出。当注塑模具内的温度较高时,一方面容易出现漏料现象,漏料粘附于注塑模具的表面,影响电缆注塑机的美观;另一方面电缆外表绝缘层物料在挤出后不能及时冷却,生产出的电缆表面不够圆润光滑。
发明内容
为克服现有技术所存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型注塑机,能够解决上述问题。
本发明要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:设计一种新型注塑机,包括底座,在底座上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在底座上端设置喂料机构,在喂料机构上端设置进料斗,进料斗通过进料口与喂料机构连接,在喂料机构一侧设置模具,在喂料机构另一侧设置电机,在喂料机构内设置转轴,转轴贯穿喂料机构和模具,在所述的转轴上设置搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片通过铰链连接在转轴上,在转轴内设置驱动器,驱动器驱动铰链;在所述的模具内设置腔体,在腔体与模具之间设置电加热器,在模具一侧设置鼓风机,鼓风机内设置制冷器,鼓风机一侧设置切料机;主控制器控制电机、驱动器、电加热器、鼓风机和切料机。
优选的,在所述的进料斗内设置压力感应器,压力感应器通过主控制器连接电机,在电机内设置一级信号感应器,一级信号感应器通过主控制器连接电加热器,在所述的电加热器内设置二级信号感应器,二级信号感应器通过主控制器连接驱动器,在所述的驱动器内设置三级信号感应器,三级信号感应器通过主控制器连接鼓风机。
优选的,在所述的主控制面板上设置温度显示屏,在所述的电加热器内设置温度感应器,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接温度显示屏。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明包括底座,在底座上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在底座上端设置喂料机构,在喂料机构上端设置进料斗,进料斗通过进料口与喂料机构连接,在喂料机构一侧设置模具,在喂料机构另一侧设置电机,在喂料机构内设置转轴,转轴贯穿喂料机构和模具,在所述的转轴上设置搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片通过铰链连接在转轴上,在转轴内设置驱动器,驱动器驱动铰链;在所述的模具内设置腔体,在腔体与模具之间设置电加热器,在模具一侧设置鼓风机,鼓风机内设置制冷器,鼓风机一侧设置切料机;主控制器控制电机、驱动器、电加热器、鼓风机和切料机。可以通过搅拌叶片将附着在腔体内的物料刮出,保证提高其美观性。同时,可通过制冷器能够及时进行冷却,保证生产出的电缆表面光滑。
2、本发明在所述的进料斗内设置压力感应器,压力感应器通过主控制器连接电机,在电机内设置一级信号感应器,一级信号感应器通过主控制器连接电加热器,在所述的电加热器内设置二级信号感应器,二级信号感应器通过主控制器连接驱动器,在所述的驱动器内设置三级信号感应器,三级信号感应器通过主控制器连接鼓风机。能够实现自动化操作,并且能够节约资源。
3、本发明在所述的主控制面板上设置温度显示屏,在所述的电加热器内设置温度感应器,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接温度显示屏。能够通过温度显示屏显示出电加热器的温度,方便操作者及时了解工作情况。
4、本发明结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所述的一种新型注塑机,包括底座12,在底座12上设置主控制面板13,在主控制面板13内设置主控制器14,在底座12上端设置喂料机构9,在喂料机构9上端设置进料斗2,进料斗2通过进料口与喂料机构9连接,在喂料机构9一侧设置模具10,在喂料机构9另一侧设置电机4,在喂料机构9内设置转轴8,转轴8贯穿喂料机构9和模具10,在所述的转轴8上设置搅拌叶片5,搅拌叶片5通过铰链6连接在转轴8上,在转轴8内设置驱动器7,驱动器7驱动铰链6;在所述的模具10内设置腔体22,在腔体22与模具10之间设置电加热器17,在模具10一侧设置鼓风机19,鼓风机19内设置制冷器20,鼓风机19一侧设置切料机21;主控制器14控制电机4、驱动器7、电加热器17、鼓风机19和切料机21。可以通过搅拌叶片5将附着在腔体22内的物料刮出,保证提高其美观性。同时,可通过制冷器20能够及时进行冷却,保证生产出的电缆表面光滑。在所述的进料斗2内设置压力感应器1,压力感应器1通过主控制器14连接电机4,在电机4内设置一级信号感应器3,一级信号感应器3通过主控制器14连接电加热器17,在所述的电加热器17内设置二级信号感应器18,二级信号感应器18通过主控制器14连接驱动器7,在所述的驱动器7内设置三级信号感应器11,三级信号感应器11通过主控制器14连接鼓风机19。能够实现自动化操作,并且能够节约资源。在所述的主控制面板13上设置温度显示屏15,在所述的电加热器17内设置温度感应器16,温度感应器16连接主控制器14,主控制器14连接温度显示屏15。能够通过温度显示屏15显示出电加热器17的温度,方便操作者及时了解工作情况。

1.一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:包括底座,在底座上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在底座上端设置喂料机构,在喂料机构上端设置进料斗,进料斗通过进料口与喂料机构连接,在喂料机构一侧设置模具,在喂料机构另一侧设置电机,在喂料机构内设置转轴,转轴贯穿喂料机构和模具,在所述的转轴上设置搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片通过铰链连接在转轴上,在转轴内设置驱动器,驱动器驱动铰链;在所述的模具内设置腔体,在腔体与模具之间设置电加热器,在模具一侧设置鼓风机,鼓风机内设置制冷器,鼓风机一侧设置切料机;主控制器控制电机、驱动器、电加热器、鼓风机和切料机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:在所述的进料斗内设置压力感应器,压力感应器通过主控制器连接电机,在电机内设置一级信号感应器,一级信号感应器通过主控制器连接电加热器,在所述的电加热器内设置二级信号感应器,二级信号感应器通过主控制器连接驱动器,在所述的驱动器内设置三级信号感应器,三级信号感应器通过主控制器连接鼓风机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:在所述的主控制面板上设置温度显示屏,在所述的电加热器内设置温度感应器,温度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接温度显示屏。
