[0002]目前国内光电复合缆均采用光単元内置于电カ电缆中间或边测缝隙,敷设过程中光単元易损伤,且不便于施工安装。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是配合国家电网“多网融合”产品之一,提供一种光单元外置的易于施工安装的外置光电复合中压电缆。
[0004] 本实用新型的技术方案是:ー种新型外置光电复合中压电缆由导体、绝缘、导体屏蔽、绝缘屏蔽、金属屏蔽、填充、外护套和光单元构成。
[0005] 本实用新型主要是针对光缆与电カ电缆复合形式进行设计,将光缆、电カ电缆通过塑料挤出机挤包成型,光缆固定在电カ电缆外层(3600任意点),光缆与电カ电缆连接靠护套材料实现,成型后光単元为凸出状。
[0006] 导体采用第2类绞合导体,由多根裸铜丝绞合而成。
[0007] 导体屏蔽采用交联型半导电材料挤包。
[0008] 绝缘采用中压交联聚こ烯材料挤包。
[0009] 绝缘屏蔽采用交联型半导电材料挤包。
[0010] 外护套采用聚氯こ烯材料。
[0011] 缆芯排列:0+3或单芯光単元应采用光纤及非金属保护材料制成,如果用在特殊使用环境下,也可以采用光纤带及金属保护材料制成。
[0012]光单元中光纤芯数首选 1、2、4、6、8、12、16、18、24、30、36、48、60、72、84、96、120、132或144芯,也可以根据用户要求选择其它芯数。

1. ー种新型外置光电复合中压电缆,其特征在于,外置光电复合中压电缆由导体、绝缘、导体屏蔽、绝缘屏蔽、金属屏蔽、填充、外护套和光单元构成,导体绞合后,挤包导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层,三芯绝缘线芯成缆绞合,挤包聚氯こ烯内护套,有铠装电缆双层铠装钢带,挤包外护套;光単元同电カ电缆复合采用专用模具,通过一次挤包,使电カ电缆与光单分护套并紧密结合在一起,并且在电缆安装过程中可以通过专用工具实现完整分离。
2.根据权利要求I所述的外置光电复合中压电缆,其特征在于,所述的导体采用第2类绞合导体,由多根裸铜丝绞合而成;导体屏蔽采用交联型半导电材料挤包;绝缘采用中压交联聚こ烯材料挤包;绝缘屏蔽采用交联型半导电材料挤包;外护套采用聚氯こ烯材料。
3.根据权利要求I所述的外置光电复合中压电缆,其特征在于,所述的缆芯排列0+3或单芯光単元应采用光纤及非金属保护材料制成,如果用在特殊使用环境下,也可以采用光纤带及金属保护材料制成。
4.根据权利要求I所述的外置光电复合中压电缆,其特征在于,所述的光単元中光纤芯数首选1、2、4、6、8、12、16、18、24、30、36、48、60、72、84、96、120、132或144芯,也可以根据用户要求选择其它芯数,且光单元采用聚氯こ烯材料同电カ电缆挤包复合。
